Abstract

Prior to expansion of area, West Aceh had an area of 10,097.04 km2 or 1,010,466 ha after expansion of the West Aceh area to 2,927.95 km2, consisting of 12 sub-districts and 322 villages. The city of Meulaboh is located in Johan Pahlawan Subdistrict, one of the sub-districts of Meulaboh City that has a shopping center, the Business Development Market. Pasar Bina Usaha is the best-selling shopping center on the southwest coast, with congestion due to increasing community activity. This increase in activity is caused by the large number of movements of houses - markets - houses that affect the existing transport system. Against this background, it is necessary to examine the trait of the movement of the community from the home market house with the attraction model of the market visitors. Based on the analysis of the dominant factors influencing the attractiveness of the business market visitors, the number of family members (X1), the number of motorcycles (X3), the number of marketers (X9), the transport costs (X11), the number of marketers per day (X12) travel time (X15) and age (X16). Weekdays are dominated by the number of family members (X1), the number of motorcycles (X3), the distance of the market houses (X8), the number of marketers (X9), the number of marketers per day (X12), the purchase cost (X14 ) and travel time (X15), age (X16)

Abstract

Jalan berperan penting sebagai akses atau jalur yang digunakan untuk akses atau jalur evakuasi yang digunakan pada saat terjadinya bencana, seperti gempa. Jalur evakuasi adalah jalur yang menghubungkan dari semua titik ke suatu titik tujuan atau titik kumpul (zona aman). Pada saat terjadinya bencana seperti gempa masyarakat dipesisir pantai dihimbau agar menjauh dari pantai, sehingga jalur yang digunakan untuk evakuasi harus dalam kondisi permukaan baik dan tidak membelok. Jika dilihat secara visual hamper semua jalur evakuasi mencapai kondisi baik namun ada beberapa kondisi jalan yang mengalami kerusakan khususnya pada ruas jalan di Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Jika jalur evakuasi dalam kondisi rusak akan berdampak pada keselamatan masyarakat yang menggunakan jalur tersebut ketika terjadinya bencana alam. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada waktu tempuh kendaraan akan menjadi lebih pelan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian terhadap kondisi permukaan jalan diperoleh dengan pengukuran menggunakan metode International Roughness Index (IRI) dan metode Surface Distress Index (SDI) untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi jalan dan kemantapan jalan sebagai jalur evakuasi di Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan. Jalur evakuasi ini dibagi kedalam 11 rute, dimana kondisi kemantapan jalan sebesar 90% berada pada ke 11 rute jalur evakuasi dan 10% dalam kondisi tidak mantap terdapat pada rute 7 dan 9. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode diatas maka jenis penanganan adalah pemeliharaan rutin sebesar 8%, serta pemeliharaan berkala sebesar 92%. Sedangkan jenis penanganan jalan dengan menggunakan metode SDI diperoleh pemeliharaan rutin 100%. Kondisi kematapan jalan sebesar 90% untuk ke 11 rute pada Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan layak dijadikan sebagai jalur evakuasi.

Abstract

The planning of the Air Pinang - Ujung Batee road reconstruction project, Tapaktuan - Pasie Raja District, South Aceh Regency is a step to meet road comfort, efficiency and also increase road users. The importance of the review as part of the evaluation and supervision as well as a source of data for other researchers in order to support the smooth and fast transportation and economy as well as increase the ease of access for the community, especially in the Air Pinang area. In this research method, the researcher uses qualitative methods, where this research starts from data collection, where in this study primary data is used, namely data obtained from respondents through interviews, direct observation, while secondary data is obtained from journals, articles and also from relevant company data. The results of the analysis show that the process of carrying out the work is good, starting with preparing the road body and then laying it compacted using a vebrator roller, after the compaction process is complete, the binder absorption layer is carried out, namely liquid asphalt is sprayed with asphalt sprayer.

Abstract

Irrigation area Paya Dapur is one of the irrigation areas in South Aceh district. The area of ??irrigation for brackish kitchen has an area of ??about 2390.50 Ha, however, with damage along the channel, the service in water needs is not optimal so that it can be detrimental to farmers. Starting from the collapse of the embankments on the left and right wings, and the blockage of sedimentation channels so that the water supply in the rice fields is not met as needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical condition of the building in the primary channel of the kitchen brackish irrigation area and to calculate water efficiency and water loss in the kitchen brackish irrigation area. This research was conducted following the following stages: (1) calculation of irrigation area water efficiency, (2) calculation of irrigation area water loss. From the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the performance of the Paddy Kitchen irrigation area, from the results of the study, there were conditions of the main building with the results of 20, 45% (damaged), carrier channel 40, 75% (damaged), building for/tapping 43, 16% (damaged)., drains 73, 60% (enough), buildings along the drains 25, 10% (damaged), while from the calculation of irrigation canal efficiency it is 63, 20% and water loss is 16, 66%

Abstract

Desa Pasie Mesjid merupakan desa yang rawan akan genangan dan banjir ketika musim penghujan, dimana ketinggian banjir bisa mencapai 50-100 cm. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kondisi tersebut, maka pengabdian ini dilakkan bertujuan untuk meminimalisir limpasan air permukaan dengan memanfaatkan air hujan yang dipanen melalui atap bangunan. Manfaat lainnya adalah masyarakat memperoleh informasi bahwasanya penerapan pemanenan air hujan dapat menambah jumlah cadangan air tanah, memperoleh sumber air bersih dan dapat mengurangi limpasan permukaan yang dapat menyebabkan genangan dan banjir di kawasan perumahan. Meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat secara teoritis tentang manfaat pemanenan air hujan melalui atap bangunan sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih. Diharapkan pula nantinya tim mitra mampu menerapkan 1 (satu) sistem pemanenan air hujan untuk 1 (satu) rumah. Selanjutnya kelompok mitra dapat melanjutkan penerapan rainwater harvesting di setiap rumahnya masing-masing untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air domestik maupun non domestik dan dapat membantu pembuatan rainwater harvesting di rumah warga yang lain. Tim mitra dan tim pengabdi juga akan berkolaborasi dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang solusi dari pemanenan air hujan agar dapat diterapkan untuk desa-desa lainnya yang kasusnya sama seperti Desa Pasie Mesjid, Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

An investigation into the performance of the building structure in receiving the earthquake load must ensure that the building structure is able to receive it within safe limits. A non-linear approach is generally done through pushover analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out how the behavior or performance of building structures when receiving earthquake loads. The analysis is carried out by modeling the structure of the building using the help of the STERA 3D application. Then it is done by entering the Kobe earthquake spectrum data into the software. From the results of the analysis, the value of the deviation between directional levels X 0.0058 m with a base shear of 10,090 KN was obtained. While the Y direction capacity curve has the largest displacement of 0.0084 m with a base shear of 13,270 KN. The result of structural deviation when the performance point is reached for X direction and Y direction loading of 0.0042 m and 0.0063 m, resulting in a yellow color at each point of the column and beam relationship which means that it is still within the range of 1 U 5 (AMP (response force) analysis), this indicates that the condition of the building structure remains safe during an earthquake.

Abstract

Perencanaan infrasruktur di daerah Indonesia harus di rencanakan dengan sangat baik karena ada beberapa bagian wilayah Indonesia yang rawan terjadinya bencana alam misalnya gempa bumi, dan tsunami. Salah satu provinsi Indonesia yang telah terjandinya bencana alam tsunami adalah nagroe aceh darusalam. Maka sebelum mendirikan bangunan dilakukan analisis terlebih dahulu, analisis ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk evaluasi kinerja sruktur terhadap perencanaa untuk tes daya tahan konstruksi dengan metode menganalisis gaya geser yang terjadi pada bangunan saat terjadinya gempa. Dengan mengunakan software stera 3d dengan metode nonlinear earthquake respons analysis ( respon spekturm ) kita dapat melihat besarnya tingakatan bahaya yang akan timbul pada bangunan yang kita analisis tersebut. Spectrum respons dugunakan untuk memnentukan gaya horizontal atau simpangan struktur MDOF. spektrum respons di buat antara periode getaran struktur T, biasanya dalam bentuk grafik atau bagan. Tanggapan terbesar mungkin juga merupakan keberangkatan terbesar. (spectrum displacement, SD ) kecepatan maksimum ( spectrum colocity, SV ) massa struktur. Analisis mengunakan software stera 3d Ini dilakukan dengan cukup indah. bangunan lokasi konstruksi yang mau dibangun ataupun yang sudah di bangun. Dalam analisis ini penulis menganalisis gaya geser pada gedung terintegrasi u2a universitas teuku umar yang memiliki luas ±5025.0084 dan memiliki empat lantai yang berlokasi di jl. Alue penyareng, gunong kleng, kabupaten aceh barat. Software stera ini dekembangkan untuk maganalisis struktur bangunan terhadap bencana alam gempa bumi.

Abstract

The December 2004 earthquake and tsunami in Aceh still have an impact on buildings. The Korem 012/TU Mess Building Ujong Karang Meulaboh, Aceh Province is one of the buildings affected. Structural strengthening is required by comparing the strength of the existing building with the strength of the planned building. The structural strengthening method used in this research is the concrete jacketing construction method. This study aims to evaluate and compare how much the column capacity, internal force and floor deviation before and after the column is reinforced with the concrete jacketing method. There were several loads assigned to the structure, i.e., dead, live, wind, and earthquake loads. As for the analysis, the load combinations were considered. The research method used is the graphical and tabular analysis method analyzed using SAP2000 Version 22 software by making 2 existing models and plans, the reinforcement system is carried out on the 1st floor columns totaling 14 columns. This research resulted in the maximum moment, maximum shear force, and maximum axial force before and after the columns were reinforced with a percentage increase of 31%, 23%, 35% respectively. The maximum deviation between floors in the "Y" direction that occurred in the columns before reinforcement was 9.686 mm. From the analysis, it can be seen that the column capacity after strengthening with jacketing method is 3257.30 kN compared to 1299.54 kN before strengthening, so there is a difference of 1957.76 kN increase in column capacity.
