Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) manajemen e-learning dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19, 2) ragam inovasi, 3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen e-learning, dan 4) solusi manajemen e-learning dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SD Wonosari II dan SD Baleharjo Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SD Wonosari II dan SD Baleharjo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yaitu dengan meningkatkan ketekunan dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) manajemen e-learning dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SD Wonosari II dan SD Baleharjo Gunungkidul terdiri dari: a) perencanaan e-learning dengan sosialisai dengan wali murid dan komite, membuat RPP daring, menyiapkan sarpras, b) pengorganisasian e-learning yaitu dengan melakukan rapat dengan komite dan wali murid terkait program e-learning, menyusun struktur organisasi tim pelaksana e-learning c) pelaksanaan e-learning yaitu dengan membuat kelas digital di google classroom dan mengundang siswa melalui tautan memberikan bantuan teknis pada guru dan siswa yang kesulitan, dan d) pengawasan/pengendalian e-learning yaitu dengan pengawas melakukan supervisi dan monitoring, 2) ragam inovasi dalam pelaksanaan e-learning yaitu, pembelajaran menggunakan google classroom, dan mengevaluasi dengan google form 3) faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan manajemen e-learning yaitu sekolah menyediakan wifi, memberikan bantuan kuota internet dari dana BOS, dan bantuan kuota belajar dari kemdikbud,  dan faktor penghambat yaitu HP dibawa orang tua bekerja, dan anak perlu pendampingan orang tua dalam belajar online dan 4) solusi manajemen e-learning yaitu guru memberikan keleluasaan tenggang waktu mengikuti sesi sampai pukul 23.59 pada hari itu.

Abstract

Pendidikan seharusnya mampu memberikan pengajaran-pengajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 agar generasi muda dapat menghadapi tantangan, masalah, kehidupan dan karir di abad 21 ini (Mutiani & Faisal, 2019). Berdasarkan pemaparan National education Association, keterampilan abad 21 teridentifikasi sebagai “The 4Cs” yang meliputi critical thinking, creativity, communication dan collaboration. Hal ini sesuai dengan konsep pendidikan yang digunakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia dalam mengembangkan Kurikulum yaitu keterampilan abad 21 (21st Century Skills). Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum yang diharapkan mampu memberikan proses pembelajaran untuk mempersiapkan tuntutan kecakapan di abad 21. Beberapa satuan pendidikan di Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, tetapi pendidikan di Indonesia masih dalam masa pemulihan pembelajaran tahun 2022-2024, sehingga pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka masih menjadi opsi dan belum dilaksanakan secara serentak. Beberapa sekolah yang telah melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka menilai masih terdapat banyak tantangan yang harus dihadapi salah satunya adalah mindset guru. Pada kurikulum merdeka, guru memiliki peran penting, tetapi pada implementasinya banyak guru yang belum siap dan mampu menyusun RPP yang baik, selain itu guru dan siswa lebih banyak yang belum paham konsep Merdeka Belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan masih kurangnya keterampilan abad 21 pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran inquiry. Supervisi klinis digunakan untuk membantu memecahkan masalah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran inquiry. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan spiral dengan 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dan lembar obsevasi. Analisis data berupa kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tingkat keberhasilan apabila guru mendapatkan nilai keterampilan dalam menyusun RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata menyusun RPP model inquiry, pada awal nilai rata-rata 75,3 (cukup), siklus I sebesar 75,5 (cukup), dan siklus II sebesar 85 (baik) meningkat sebesar 9,7. Sedangkan penerapkan model inquiry, pada awal nilai rata-rata 76,3(cukup), siklus I sebesar 72 (cukup), dan siklus II sebesar 83 (baik) meningkat sebesar 6,7. Simpulan penerapan supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran inquiry.

Abstract

Improving teacher performance related to the learning process through this assistance aims to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the learning process using the Otak Atik Otak (OAO) learning model at teachers at SD Negeri Ngemplak, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo district. The steps used by researchers through this assistance use a type of school action research (PTS) which is carried out for 2 cycles. Where each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The improvement steps are based on research methods/procedures, which are carried out based on the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of the study was a teacher at SD Negeri Ngemplak, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo Regency, totaling 5 people. The object of study is the application of the Brain Atik Brain (OAO) learning model in mathematical learning of multiplication material. The results of preliminary observations of the quality of learning practices carried out by teachers still have many shortcomings seen in the table above the average score is: 2.36; the percentage reached 47.14%; category "Not good" so that a research action was carried out whose results of cycle I meeting 1 were proven on the acquisition of average scores achieved; 2,84; percentage 58.80%; category "Unsatisfactory", subsequently cycle I meeting 2 quite satisfactory results, evident in the acquisition of the average score achieved; 4,21; percentage 84.27%; category "Quite Satisfying". Cycle II of meeting 1 observation results obtained data on the ability of teachers to use the OAO model; after observation, an average score was obtained; 4,47; percentage reached; 89,33; while cycle II of meeting 2, the ability of teachers to use the OAO model in mathematics learning as a result of observation average score reached 4.81; the percentage reached 96.27%; Thus the Brain Atik Otak (OAO) model has a significant impact on teachers in carrying out the mathematical learning process.

Abstract

To reduce verbalism, confusion of meaning and inappropriate perceptions of students towards the material provided by the teacher during the learning process, it is necessary to have a learning media in the form of teaching aids (models) as well as learning support facilities that support the times. This research is motivated by the desire to apply a contextual learning approach with film screening media to improve student learning outcomes in the subject matter of life in the pre-literacy period. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects were 32 students in VIIA class at SMP Negeri 6 Purworejo semester 1 of the 2020/2021 school year, consisting of 18 female students and 14 male students. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes. The implementation process is participatory collaborative with other teachers, and the principal which begins by conducting an initial fact-finding study then recycling which includes: (1) preparing plans, (2) carrying out actions, 3) observing (observation); (4) reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II.) Data collection techniques used: Test techniques, Observation, Documentation. Data analysis was carried out both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of classroom action research by applying a contextual learning approach with film screening media can be seen from several activities carried out by students during the learning process. The initial evaluation result indicator is at least 75% of all students in the class meeting the complete learning target, the learning outcomes of students with a score of 61 and above in social studies learning. Conversely, if learning social studies history in lesson I has not been said to be complete, it will be continued in the next lesson. In learning I the success reached 68%. In learning II student learning outcomes have reached 70%, in learning II this meets the target of complete learning. According to the results of preliminary observations of 32 students, there were only 15 students who scored more than 70 (said complete) in their initial abilities in a proportion of 46.8%. After learning was held in cycle II, student learning outcomes in class had reached 30 students (93.8%) of all students in the class meeting the complete learning target, which means students scored 70 and above in learning.

Abstract

This research is aimed to improve students learning activity and achievement through introducing belajar.id account at the eight grade students of SMP N 19 Purworejo by using Game Based Learning. This research show 85% of students gained the average score of 75, the percentage of students activity reach 80% . This student’s activity categorized good. This research is conducted on March to May of 2021, on the second semester at the eight grade students of SMP N 19 Purworejo in the academic year of 2021/2022. This research is conducted on VIII C students of SMP N 19 Purworejo which consist of 32 students (male and female). The techniques of collecting data used in this research are observation and test. The collected data is analyzed descriptively by using percentage analysis. The steps used in this research are as follow: 1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing and evaluating, and 4) reflecting and follow –up. This class action research activity is carried out in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The result of the research shows that there is a enhancement in stuedents learning activity. It can be seen from data observation/monitoring of student learning activities. On cycle I, the average students activity obtained 80,21%. On cycle II , It is increased to 83,51 %. This research shows that there is a enhancement in students learning achievement in knowing belajar id. account. Before this reasearch is conducted, the students only obtained the average score 66,25 , with a classical learning mastery of 40.63%. However, students can obtain the average score 76,49 in cycle I, with a classical learning mastery 66,50 %. Then students can obtain the average score 87,11 in cycle II, with a classical learning mastery 96.88 %. The result of this reaserach show that there is a increasing positive students behaviour in learning belajar id account . In the first cycle, the change of student behavior towards postitive is 81.43% and in the second cycle, it is increased to 82.99%. The result of this research shows that there is an increase in students activity and students learning achievement as well as changes of student behavior towards positive in learning belajar.id accounts at eight grade (VIII C) students of SMP Negeri 19 Purworejo through Game Based Learning learning.

Abstract

This study aims to improve language development through the media of group B projector screens at Kusuma Mekar I Kindergarten. Language development in this study is the child's ability to understand language, express language, and literacy. This research is a class action research (classroom action research). The subjects of this study were 19 students in group B, consisting of 8 boys and 11 girls. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation and documentation. The research instrument is an observation guide. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive with percentages. The results showed that language development in group B children at Kusuma Mekar I Kindergarten could be improved through the media of a projector screen. This is evidenced by the results achieved in cycle 1, language skills with an average BB reaching 2 children (10%), MB reaching an average of 11 children (58%), BSH reaching an average of 3 children (17%) ), and language skills with average BSB achievements reached 3 children (17%). In cycle 2, language skills with BB achieved an average of 0 children (0%), MB averaged 0 children (0%), BSH averaged 3 children (16%), and language skills with achievements BSB averaged 16 children (84%). Effective steps in this study in an effort to improve language development through a projector screen for group B children of Kusuma Mekar I Kindergarten, namely 1) The teacher changes the implementation technique classically divided into three playing groups, 2) To spur enthusiasm and self-confidence of children in express opinions, the researchers provide rewards in the form of gifts for children who are able to play educational games well, 3) educational game games are made with variations, so it is hoped that children will be more interested.

Abstract

This research aims to increase teacher creativity in online learning through Supervisi Klinis Kolaboratif at SD Negeri Wijimulyo Kapanewon Nanggulan Semester I of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a school action research. The subjects in this study were 9 teachers at SD N Wijimulyo for the 2021/2022 academic year, consisting of six class teachers and three subject teachers. The instrument used is the observation instrument for teacher creativity in online learning. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative in the form of percentages. The teacher's average score in the initial conditions was 67.6 with a completeness percentage of 22.22%. This condition experienced an increase in the average value in cycle I, which was 74.2 and the percentage of completeness was 44.44%, this increase still did not reach the target previously set. In siklus II, the average value of teacher creativity in online learning again increased by 80.3 with a creativity percentage of 77.8%. This shows that the targets previously set have been achieved, so the research was stopped in siklus II.

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher competence in implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model through clinical supervision in class III SD Negeri Percobaan 4 in 2020. The study was conducted from January to April 2020 with 2 target teachers as research subjects. The mentoring is carried out using a cycle design model to the Kemmis Tagart cycle. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle through four stages of activities, namely Planning, Implementation, and Reflection. The results showed that through the supervision of teacher competence in compiling lesson plans containing problem-based learning models and implementing learning using problem-based learning models, the percentage increased at each stage, from Pra-Siklus Kategori Kurang (62.5), siklus I Kategori Cukup (74), Siklus II Kategori Baik (90). Thus, the results of this study indicate that the application of clinical supervision can improve the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans and implementing Problem Based Learning learning models in SD Negeri Percobaan 4 Kapanewon Wates, Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

Changes in the era of society 5.0 cannot be avoided. The rapid change of times has made all aspects of life also required to experience changes as well as society. The purpose of this research is to analyze STEM-based learning management in order to prepare for changes in the era of society 5.0 which is a qualitative research with a library research approach. The era of society 5.0 is the era of super smart society where humans are required to be able to live side by side with technology, all activities in aspects of life are influenced by technology which aims to make humans live more effectively and comfortably. Education is one of the agents in preparing the younger generation to compete in this era of change. Therefore, STEM is an approach that is able to provide preparation for students in facing the era of society 5.0, because STEM is one of the characteristics of learning that teaches and trains 21st century skills needed in the era of society 5.0. As for STEM-based learning management, there needs to be careful preparation for both teachers and students so that learning can run optimally.
