Abstract

Improvement of welfare and community mobility services in the economic movementof a country or region, can not be separated from the influence of the development offacilities and infrastructure support such as transportation. One of the most commonlyselected by society ground transportation is motorcycle. The limited knowledge of the ownerabout damage of automatic motorcycle, it happens because of lack of access to earlyinformation, to attempt repairs if there is damage to the motorcycle. therefore, needed asolution for users in studying the damage to the motor and the existence of a motor damageand determine what types damage to the motor with the help of expert system usesadvanced trace inference method (forward Chaining). This application is a web-baseddisplay using the programming language PHP CodeIgniter Framework by using SublimeText 3 Editor and MySQL as the database. Damage to parts of the engine occurred due tonegligence in performing maintenance. Car owners need a periodic maintenance bydetecting any damage that occurs on the motor. Motorcycle owners should receiveinformation early or early diagnosis and identify the components, the characteristics of motorbreakdown as well as solutions to overcome such defects. This is done so that maintenanceand repairs are done right on target, so as to minimize damage to the motor. This applicationis expected to help the owner of the motor to determine the initial diagnosis of the type ofdamage the motor by way of answering the questions about the characteristics of motordamage in the application.Keywords: Matic, Diagnosis, Expert system, forward chaining.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology and computer network as data communication media until now increasing. The need for shared use of resources (Resources) that exist in the network both software and hardware has led to the emergence of various development of network technology itself. The bigger a company or institution that use computer network hence more complex also network system at company or agency, and needed a good handling for system can run optimally The purpose of this Final Project is to design and supervise the condition of computer and also Clientr on network And can handle it. The computer network administrator tasked with organizing and manag`ing the local network requires a lot of information, so that the decisions made lead to the best decision in handling the problems on a network. Therefore,management information on a network system will correctly affect the security of the network. Abstract

The background of this research is the number of internet users today, and requires a high-speed internet service. This study aims to find out great: delay, packet loss, and throughput. This type of research in this study is descriptive by using statistical analysis. Measurement delay, packet loss, and throughput using Axence NetTools, the results were compared with standard TIPHON. The study was conducted at three different measurement tititk during morning, noon, and night for 5 days. The analysis showed: (1) large delay measurement TP1 = 144.44 ms; TP2 = 134.48 ms; TP3 = 139.99 ms. Based on the very good standard so TIPHON classified service is still feasible to use. (2) Large Packet loss measurement TP1 = 0.77%; TP2 = 0.86%; TP3 = 2.24%. Based on the very good classified TIPHON standard so it is still feasible to use. (3) large throughput measurements TP1 = 0.63%; TP2 = 0.59%; TP3 = 0.57%. Based on the standard TIPHON classified ugly. Keywords : Delay, Packet loss, Throughput, Axence Nettools

Abstract

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status  is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based.  Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption.  The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. Abstract

One of the success of an organization of educators in implementing the learning is how educators attempt to deliver the message , and information theory to the students to understand the lessons and information more quickly and make the lessons more interesting and easier to understand, then educators need to create an exciting learning media such as media learning 3D animation ( three- dimensional ) . The purpose of this thesis is to design and build 3D animated instructional media on subjects Installing PC on Skills Program Computer Engineering and Networks . 3D animation creation using real-time , with the Pre-Production stages that include a search of ideas and materials will be made in 3D animation , character design , script, and storyboard creation , later stages of production , including the manufacture of modeling a design object / character , the next stage is the stage of post- production is a compilation of Final Editing and pengecekkan element if an error occurs then the process is repeated . Afterwards, proceed to the next stage of the rendering which will output the video as a whole . In the process of making 3D animsi using Blender 3D application version 2.6.5 . This final project will result in a medium of learning in subjects install the PC in the Program of Computer Engineering and Networks. Abstract

This study was conducted to reveal the contribution of End - User Computing Satisfaction ( EUCS ) to the satisfaction of the end users in the UNP Academic Portal website. This research is a descriptive correlational ex post facto nature. The sample in this study amounted to 100 students. Groups as well as proportional (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling). Data on the number the number of end-user portal website Academic Computer Center was obtained from the head of the UNP, EUCS which are factors such as the content, accuracy, format, easy of use, timeliness which become variables in this study were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data were analyzed using statistical methods to analyze the impact. The results of data analysis showed : Content variables, Accuracy, format, Easy of use and Timeliness together accounted for 92,70 % of user satisfaction Portal website academic in the UNP.  So it can be concluded factor content, accuracy, format, easy of use, timeliness has contributed to user satisfaction UNP Academic Portal website, if the quality of the website Portal Academic UNP in view of the five factors of content, accuracy, format, easy of use, improved timeliness then the end-user satisfaction Academic Portal website that faculty and students will also be increased. Keywords        : Academic Portal website, Content, Accuracy, format, Easy of use, Timeli ness, satisfaction end-user.

Abstract

Rent-house’s Searching and Promotion in Padang city using brochure or leaflet which sticked in public place. It could be ‘wild-advertising’ in the public spaces. The other problems of Rent-house in Padang city is lack on resident’s security and irrelevant information between promotion material and reality. Clickost web-based application is the means to force the Rent-house business in Padang city move to digital technology to expand the market and ease the potential resident. Clickost web-based application using HMVC (Hierarchical Model View Controller) architecture with OOP (object oriented programming) approach and UML’s model. Clickost using several language programming including PHP, CSS, HTML5, and Javascript, CodeIgniter as framework and MySQL as database. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of a fiber optic communication system to link Batusanggkar – Lintau PT.Telkom. The tools used are the OTDR and optical power meter. Type of optical fiber used is an optical fiber with G.655. Core optical fiber studied as much as 8 cores. The average attenuation of each core generated based on the OTDR is 0.22139 dB/km, while the average attenuation measurements of each core based power meter that is 0.236075 dB/km. Average attenuation OTDR and power meter still below the values ​​calculated in reference to the ITU-T standard is 0.285448 dB/km. Results of power link budget calculations on each core with a cable length of 34,665 km with total average attenuation of each core 9.84019 dB and output power received is -8.51019 dBm receiver, then the value of the link power budget calculations compared with Rx transmitting device sensitivity (-27 dBm = 0.002 mW), where the value of the calculation is smaller than the Rx sensitivity. It can be concluded that the performance of an optical fiber communication system to link Batusanggkar - Lintau which has worked well and normal. While the rise time budget analysis results indicate that the value of the overall system rise time exceeds the maximum standard of 35% RZ bit period of 10 Gbps bit rate is 35 ps (53,689 ps> 35 ps). Abstract

One of quality assessment and the feasibility of higher education institutions and courses is accreditation. To achieve the desired accreditation value, universities and study programs must adjust the internal conditions in accordance with the standards given by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). In most courses, all the data are scattered on different physical information systems and documents so that it takes more time and effort to integrate it into judgment. So required a system that is able to automatically retrieve and display the evaluation results with more efficient time and effort. One form of visualization that can meet it is by using a dashboard system that can integrate the entire contents of the supporting data so that when the evaluation process will get information about what parts are lacking or that already meet the standards.
