Abstract

APBD is a systematic detailed list of receipts, expenditures and local spending within a year arranged in PERMENDAGRI No. 16 of 2006, so that the data of APBD can be used as guidelines for governments and local expenditures in carrying out activities to raise revenue to maintain economic stability and to avoid inflation and deflation. Government financial institutions in areas such as DPKA Padang, experienced difficulties in identifying the relevance of each archive data on APBD, that result in a data warehouse. In addition, to the administration, APBD in the government of Padang have not been effective. To minimize the difficulty in identifying data archive of APBD, then the data warehouse can be used to produce knowledge using the techniques of Data Mining (DM). The method that is used are clustering and forecasting. Clustering performed using the K-Means Algorithm while forecasting is done by using multiple linear regressions. These methods intended to classify and identify the data in the budget that have certain characteristics in common, and can predict the value of APBD for the following years.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the activities carried out by humans that has a purpose as entertainment. Human who travel are referred to as tourist. West Sumatra Province is one of the regions with the best tourism is sea tourism and land tourism. Marine tourism consists of beach tourism, island tourism and lake tourism, while mainland tourism consists of tourist panorama, mountain tours, hill tours and others. However, only a portion of West Sumatra's tourist attractions are known to tourists, because of this information is obtained so that there are still many tourist attractions in West Sumatra unknown to tourists from outside the West Sumatra region. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can be used to support the electoral decision-making process in West Sumatra. This system is built on the Web, using the PHP programming language and Laravel Framework and MySQL as a Database. The method used in this system is the Elimination of Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The use of Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite (ELECTRE) can help provide information in West Sumatra, which is in accordance with the wishes of tourists according to the specified criteria. With the help of this system, the information obtained will make it easier for tourists to find tourist attractions.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in producing people who can make changes by producing ideas in learning. However, the current problem is the readiness of graduates from schools to be able to continue their survival in finding work. One of them is the lack of skills possessed by graduates of high school/vocational school at this time and also very high competitiveness in getting a job. At present the workforce with graphic and multimedia design skills has considerable opportunities in industries engaged in digital printing printing services. The solution offered is to improve the skills of high school/vocational graduates through digital printing training and marketing their products online.

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to uncover the results of a survey study regarding teacher opinions on the use of Augmented Reality (AR) in learning. For this purpose, marker-based cellular augmented reality applications have been developed and computer hardware is used as training material. In addition, teachers are given training for four days to get to know the basics of augmented reality technology, the software used, the environment to create marker-based AR objects. The data was collected through surveys and open-ended questions on teachers who are members of the English MGMP Kab. 50 cities. The tools and technology needed to develop AR and development experience are also shared. According to the survey results teachers are very enthusiastic about using augmented reality in their learning. The result of this article is the perception of the use of Augmented Reality technology for the development of instructional media by English teachers in the positive category.

Abstract

In this 4.0 industrial era, information and communication technology plays a very important role in human life, especially in the trading sector. The pattern of buying and selling is starting to move from the conventional way to be online. Anambaleh Desain is one of the entrepreneurship in the filed printing. Anambaleh Desain requires a website to optimize the product of ordering process and expand its consumer reach. Anambaleh Desain E-retail is made with the MVC (Model View Controller) technique and uses the Laravel Framework which is a framework in the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. The Database Management System used is MySQL. This e-retail aims to optimize the ordering process and transaction in Anambaleh Desain, so that it can provide solution with speed and accuracy in processing and sharing data that has been computerized. It can also minimize the errors in the ordering process and transaction in Anambaleh Desain.

Abstract

Learning Media is a very important thing in the teaching and learning process, with the learning media students can understand learning better. The types of Pressure Sensors in the Department of Automotive Engineering, Padang State University have not been there, so students are not able to understand the concept of the characteristics still constrained. This study uses research and development methods (Research and Development) which aims to determine the performance, feasibility level of Basic Concept Trainer. Data retrieval is done 4 times in each test, raw data obtained during testing are processed with several stages of testing: Accuracy Test, Repeability Test, Linearity Test, Test the level of eligibility based on the opinion of experts and users. The results of the trainer performance of the basic concept of the pressure sensor, it is known that the accuracy test shows the average percentage accuracy is 99.45%, the linearity test data is linear, the repeatability test is obtained by 0.009, the feasibility level of the Trainer Basic Concepts of Pressure Sensors from 4 media experts in the category Very Eligible (91.81%), the feasibility level of the Basic Pressure Sensor Trainer concept from users in the Very Eligible category (92.93%).

Abstract

Marketplace is an activity forum that carries out buying and selling transactions in electronic form and the transaction process is very easy and fast. However, there is still little use of technology in marketing and searching for photo studio services, perhaps only limited to using social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. For now it is not easy to find photo studio services with good quality and affordable prices, because there are still few systems that provide detailed information about many photo studios. In addition, from the perspective of service actors, it is still difficult to market their services because they are obstructed by the information media. This marketplace design aims to find out how to promote, order and pay at the photo studio marketplace in Padang City. The design of this marketplace is built on a web basis using the CodeIgniter framework. This application was developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model / method. As a result, it can provide fast service for customers because ordering and payments can be made online.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a precious moment which is awaited by any married couples. Most people think that a marriage without children is not perfect. In the other hand, nine months of pregnancy is not an easy thing to get through, especially for the first pregnancy. So many changes happen to the mother along the pregnancy period. The deficient of knowledge and the lack of information about pregnancy become obstacle for the mothers-to-be to go through a period of their pregnancy. Utilizing the advance of science and communication technology nowadays, we can get various information about pregnancy easily. With the availability of mobile pregnancy assistant software based on android with file capacity 2mb for installation so that  not become a handicap for the devices. User, especially pregnant women can get information about pregnancy age,  estimation of birth  , pregnancy information, pregnancy tips and Islamic name choice provided in the mobile pregnancy assistant. This software is installer which operating in Android platform version 2.2 (Froyo) with Java programming language, built using Eclipse as IDE. To minimize the difficulty in identifying heap data archive APBD, then the data warehouse can be used to produce a knowledge that by using the techniques of Data Mining ( DM ), the method used is clustering and forecasting, clusterisasi performed using the K-Means Algorithm while for forecasting with multiple linear regression. With this method intended to classify and identify the data in the budget that have certain characteristics in common, and can predict the value of APBD in the future .Keywords : Clustering, K - Means, Forecasting.
