Abstract

Kota Banda Aceh merupakan kota wisata islami dengan kebiasaan masyarakat melakukan shalat berjamaah di masjid. Penyebaran wabah Covid-19 mengubah hak kebebasan beragama menjadi pembatasan kegiatan keagamaan. Pembatasan ini dimaksudkan agar masjid tidak menjadi media penyebaran Covid-19. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi pola pergerakan orang ke tempat ibadah dengan menggunakan data penggunaan lahan parkir. Lokasi kajian di Mesjid Raya Baiturahman Banda Aceh yang merupakan pusat ibadah masyarakat muslim di Aceh sekaligus landmark kota yang dijadikan destinasi wisata oleh turis maupun penduduk lokal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembatasan sosial mempengaruhi pola pergerakan masyarakat. Pembatasan sosial menyebabkan jumlah pergerakan menurun ≥ 50% pada hari Jumat dan Minggu. Sedangkan pada hari kerja menunjukkan kenaikan, namun tidak sebesar nilai penuruan pada hari Jumat dan Minggu. Nilai determinasi dan korelasi menunjukkan karakteristik hari berkorelasi positif dengan jumlah pergerakan masyarakat menuju mesjid. Jumlah pergerakan ini dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel karakteristik hari.

Abstract

The pedestrians’ sidewalk is part of the transportation infrastructure in the city that has a role and function in providing service and convenience to the citizen. One of the cities that actively build pedestrian sidewalks is Banda Aceh. There were some problems in the sidewalk; the up and down sidewalk, slippery surface, high ramp, and many other obstacles. Thus, this research aimed to measure the pedestrians' satisfaction in three streets in Pasar Aceh, namely Chik Pante Kulu street,  K.H. Dahlan street, and Diponegoro street, by using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The analysis result indicated that most pedestrians’ sidewalk facilities need to prioritize their performance improvement. It was concluded from the sidewalk performance in the three streets evaluation. The dominant average value is "poor" and "moderate." Based on the gap value,  The five variables in Tgk. Chik Pante Kulu Street and the three variables in K.H. Dahlan Street were positive. However, it did not describe that the pedestrians’ sidewalk was good because the respondents considered the variable less important. Thus, the value of importance in the variable is lower than its performance value. The performance of the pedestrians’ sidewalks in the variable was "poor" and "moderate" (it did not include in the "good" category). The average index value of  Customer Satisfaction was 60% on the three pedestrians’ sidewalks, indicating that Customer Satisfaction was low and improvement was necessary for the future.

Abstract

Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport (SIM) is located in Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. It is crucial to analyze Airport service quality analyzed to evaluate the level of passenger satisfaction. This study aimed to evaluate the level of passenger satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Data collection was conducted by administering online questionnaires to respondents who have used airport facilities. The measurement employed the Likert scale. The results showed that the most dominant characteristics of respondents were 18-27 years old (64%), male (52%), and the latest educational level of senior high school or equivalent (46.5%) and students (60.6%). The results showed that passenger satisfaction level was 75% (less satisfied) based on the 23 indicators of service performance. This finding indicates that Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport has not provided satisfactory service to passengers. The CSI scores for safety and security variables, reliability, comfort, improvement, and equality, were 74%, 76%, 78%, 74%, and 70%. The lowest assessment was on the equality variable. Thus, the capacity and quality of facilities for disabilities and nursery rooms need to be improved.

Abstract

Aspal porus merupakan campuran aspal dengan proporsi agregat halus yang rendah untuk menghasilkan ruang pori yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini bahan tambah yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas campuran aspal porus adalah Buton Granular Asphalt (BGA) sebagai bahan substitusi agregat halus dan styrofoam sebagai bahan substitusi aspal penetrasi 60/70. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penggunaan BGA dan styrofoam terhadap campuran aspal porus. Tahap awal penelitian ialah pembuatan benda uji untuk penentuan Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) berdasarkan metode Australia (2004) dengan tiga parameter. Setelah KAO diperoleh, dibuat benda uji pada KAO dan variasi ± 0,5 dari nilai KAO dengan variasi substitusi BGA (6% dan 8%) dan styrofoam (7% dan 9). Dari hasil pengujian Marshall menunjukkan bahwa stabilitas tertinggi diperoleh pada KAO terbaik sebesar 1141,96 kg pada kadar aspal 5,76% dengan substitusi 8% BGA dan 9% styrofoam.
