Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the rapid growth and development of sharia banking in Indonesia has given rise to competition between sharia financial institutions which is getting tighter from year to year, therefore both state and private banks are launching various strategies to attract potential customers or existing customers. Are interested so that they remain loyal customers. Service quality and customer satisfaction are one of several factors that influence customer loyalty. Service quality is expected to provide encouragement to customers to maintain a strong relationship with the bank. Customer satisfaction shapes customer perceptions and can then position the product in their minds. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of customer service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Caash Office, Jambi City. The Number ofsamples in this research was 100 people and used a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The research result show that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valis and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occour.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of financial statement presentation, accessibility of village information and community participation on village financial management accountability in Bangun Karya Village, Rantau Rasau District. In this study, the research method used is a quantitative method. The source of data used in this research is primary data in the form of questionnaire data collection. Based on the research, it was stated that there was a positive and significant influence between the presentation of financial statements, accessibility of village information and community participation on the accountability of village financial management in Bangun Karya Village, Rantau Rasau District. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyajian laporan keuangan, aksesibilitas informasi desa dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Bangun Karya Kecamatan Rantau Rasau. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa pengumpulan data angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara penyajian laporan keuangan, aksesibilitas informasi desa dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Bangun Karya Kecamatan Rantau Rasau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap audit delay. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar secara konsisten di Jakarta Islamic Index JII periode 2018-2020. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling terdapat 10 perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas dan solvabilitas berpengaruh terhadap audit delay. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas dan solvabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan manufaktur. Kata kunci : audit delay, profitabilitas, solvabilitas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception of the people of Kampung Baru, Kec. Muara Tembesi about Islamic banks. The author uses qualitative methods by using data collection methods by means of interviews, observations, documentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that the perceptions of the people of Kampung Baru were different. There are four categories that are perceived by the public, namely Islamic banks that have operated using sharia principles, which are 67%, Islamic banks which are considered not yet fully operating using sharia principles, which are 15%, Islamic banks as a forum if there is a need, which is 11%, really. really do not understand Islamic banks by 24%. And there are four factors that influence the four categories, namely personal factors, psychological factors, and social factors

Abstract

Consumptive behavior can be said to be the behavior of buying goods without strong consideration and prioritizing desires over needs. Consumptive behavior is influenced by two main factors, including internal factors that cause consumptive behavior including self-esteem, drive, self-concept, and personality. As well as external factors that cause consumer behavior due to social class, culture, reference groups and family. This research aims to determine the influence of peer behavior, use of social media, and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research is quantitative research. The samples were taken using nonprobability techniques. The sample in this research were class The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27 program. The research results show that peer behavior (X1) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y), social media (X2) partially has no influence on consumptive behavior (Y), lifestyle (X3) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously the behavior of peers, social media and lifestyle on consumer behavior is 32.9%. And the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of the Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) as a student laboratory for learning about investment. Based on the data, the number of investors in the Islamic Investment Gallery from the inception of GIS from 2016 to 2021 is unstable every year and is still relatively low. Even though the FEBI Faculty has good potential in attracting investors because there are so many enthusiasts in the FEBI departments. Low interest and motivation in investing in Indonesia is due to low knowledge and understanding of the capital market. GIS is expected to help foster student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Gis, both the constraints and solutions faced by Gis in fostering students' interest in investing in the capital market. This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The method used in this research is to collect data through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of location and promotion on interest in becoming a sharia bank customer in the people of the Kenali Besar sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods and data analysis methods. This sampling method uses the Isaac & Michael formula to obtain a sample of 260 respondents from the people of the Recognize Subdistrict community by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. The research results show that the location variable has a positive and significant influence on interest in becoming a sharia bank customer. Based on the t test, it is known that the calculated t value is 8.364, while the t table value is 1.969, indicating that 8.364 > 1.969, and the significance level is 0.001 < 0.05, which means that Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. Promotion does not have a positive and significant influence on interest in becoming a sharia bank customer. This can be seen based on the results of the t test that the calculated t value is 0.801, while the t table value is 1.969, indicating that 0.801 < 1.969 with a significance value of 0.424 > 0.05, which means that Ha2 is rejected and Ho2 is accepted. Location (X1) and promotion (X2) together have a significant effect on interest in becoming a sharia bank customer (Y). This can be seen from the significance value for location and promotion which is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated f value > f table ( 35,406 >3.87). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. And in the results of the Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) the value is 0.692 or 69.2%. This shows that the influence of the independent variables (X1) and (X2) on (Y) has an influence of 69.2% and the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
