Abstract

This study aims to analyze the background, type of behavior of bullying practices and analyze the actions of the Integrated Islamic Boarding School of Lhokseumawe city towards bullying perpetrators. Next, analyze the actions carried out by the Integrated Islamic Boarding School of Lhokseumawe city against bullying victims. The study was conducted in the Integrated Islamic Boarding School of Lhokseumawe City, namely the Integrated Islamic Boarding School of Ulumuddin Uteun Kot Cunda, Misbahul Ulum Paloh, and Darul Ulum Lhok Mon Puteh. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological and psychological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with the data source of the perpetrators of bullying, victims of bullying, and the Ustadz. There are four findings from this study: First; Factors underlying the occurrence of bullying behavior in integrated Islamic Boarding School Ulumuddin, Misbahul Ulum, and Darul Ulum consisted of factors of revenge, family / parenting parents, Islamic Boarding School situation, peer group, and mass media. Second; the forms of bullying that occur are physical bullying which consists of hitting, pushing, throwing, jerking the head, and fighting. Verbal bullying consists of mocking, insulting, calling by nicknames, and berating. Relational bullying consists of opposing, defaming, isolating and alienating. Third; the action taken by the Islamic Boarding School towards the perpetrators of bullying is through the punishment and advice approach, while the psychological approach cannot be implemented optimally due to the unavailability of counseling guidance teachers in the Islamic Boarding School. Fourth, Islamic Boarding School's actions against victims of bullying include coaching and giving advice. Keywords: Bullying behavior of Student, Integrated Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh pemberian reward dan punishment secara parsial dan simultan terhadap motivasi muhadatsah yaumiyyah siswa di pondok pesantren modern Tgk. Chik Oemar Diyan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini maka metodologi penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa di Pesantren Modern Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah siswa 1090 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan teknik random sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel dengan rumus Taro Yamane atau Slovin sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 293 responden. Sedangkan instrumen penelitian berupa angket (kuesioner) dengan menggunakan Skala Likert yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kemudian data akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan reward terhadap motivasi Muhadatsah Yaumiyyah siswa berdasarkan nilai signifikansi  0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung = 9,730 > t tabel = 1,968. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan punishment terhadap motivasi Muhadatsah Yaumiyyah siswa berdasarkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 5,416 > t tabel 1,968. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan reward dan punishment terhadap motivasi Muhadatsah Yaumiyyah siswa berdasarkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 76,421 > F table 3,026. Menurut hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa reward dan punishment dapat mempengaruhi motivasi Muhadatsah Yaumiyyah siswa sebesar 34,5% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya.

Abstract

وأما الأهداف من هذا البحث فهي لتحليل أثر استخدام وسائل الغناء في تطوير المفردات العربية لطالبات الصف الأول في معهد علوم الدين. وأما منهج البحث الذي استعملته الباحث فهو المدخل الكمي ببحث تجريبي. وأما مجتمع البحث في هذا البحث فهو كل طلاب في الصف الأول. في تحديد العينة تصير تقنية عينة عشوائية (Random Sampling)، بعد أن تكون الباحث قام باعشوائية فتم الحصول عليها الصف الأول-6 كفصل التجريبي بعدد الطلاب 25 والصف الأول-9 كفصل الضابط بعدد الطلاب 25. في جمع البيانات استخدم بحث الاختبار-ت. بناء على تجهيز البيانات ولاختبار الفرضية تواجدت نتيجة ت الحساب= 2,53 و ت الجدول= 2,0126، هذا يدل على أن ت الحساب أكبر من ت الجدول 2,53 < 2,0126. لذلك مرفوض Ho ومقبول Ha على الحصول عليه أن وسائل الغناء مؤثرة على تطوير المفردات العربية لطالبات الصف الأول في معهد علوم الدين.

Abstract

Abstract: The conduct of children is becoming more negative, and it is difficult for parents to identify the best educational model. The Aceh community possesses a peurateb aneuk text passed down through centuries. The text is assumed to contain character values that benefit the children. Therefore, this study examined the peurateb aneuk text as a comprehensive model of early childhood religious character building. It explains the character education model in the text and shows the conditions of the context. Furthermore, it interpreted language to obtain a model of the formation of early childhood religious character from the text. The result reported the character education model of godliness and aqidah from the peurateb aneuk text. These variables were instilled with the internalization model of tawhid sentences that parents interpret when putting children to sleep by chanting the peurateb aneuk poem. The chant became an intermediate medium for instilling character values in early childhood. Meanwhile, La ilaaha illallah is a tawhid phrase for Muslims with a high religious level used as a model in the cultivation of godliness and aqidah character in children from an early age. The peurateb aneuk activity becomes a madrasah for children to learn tawhid and aqidah.Keywords: Character Values, Peurateb Aneuk Text, Religious Education, Early ChildhoodAbstrak: Dewasa ini perilaku anak semakin negatif dan orang tua sulit mencari model pendidikan yang tepat. Masyarakat Aceh memiliki teks peurateb aneuk yang telah turun-temurun didendangkan saat menidurkan anaknya di ayunan. Teks ini diasumsikan mengandung nilai karakter yang bermanfaat bagi anak. Peneliti mengkaji teks peurateb aneuk sebagai model pembentukan karakter religius anak usia dini secara komprehensif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan model pendidikan karakter dalam teks ini. Peneliti mengungkapkan kondisi konteks dan menafsirkan bahasa untuk memperoleh model pembentukan karakter religius anak usia dini dari teks ini. Penelitian ini menemukan tentang model pendidikan karakter ketauhidan dan akidah dari teks peurateb aneuk. Kedua hal ini ditanamkan dengan model internalisasi kalimat tauhid yang diinterpretasikan orang tua ketika menidurkan anak dengan melantunkan syair peurateb aneuk. Lantunan inimenjadi media perantara penanaman nilai karakter bagi anak usia dini. La ilaaha illallah menjadi kalimat tauhid bagi umat Islam yang memiliki tingkat religius tinggi sehingga ini dijadikan sebagai model dalam penanaman karakter ketauhidan dan akidah pada anak sejak dini. Kegiatan peurateb aneuk ini menjadi madrasah bagi anak untuk mengenal tauhid dan akidah.Kata Kunci: Nilai Karakter, Teks Peurateb Aneuk, Pendidikan Agama, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Language acquisition is the process of children starting to recognize verbal communication with their environment which is called child language acquisition. Kindergarten levels age are a sensitive period for the development of a child's personality and during this time, several personalities begin to form. The abilities that are formed and develop rapidly at this time include physical development and language skills. Today, learning at the early childhood education and Kindergarten programs levels inaddition to teaching the first language also teaches Arabic and English as a second language. This assumes that children learn foreign languages faster than adults. Learning a foreign language can begin if the child has acquired his first language (his mother tongue). In the process of learning a second language, children will assimilate their mother tongue with the foreign language they are learning. This means that foreign language words that are assimilated by children are not carried out directly but through the intermediary of the mother tongue. The use of the center method is a new paradigm in the field of education and teaching in kindergarten. So far, teachers may only use conventional methods, the result is that children's development in learning is not optimal. Teaching materials are delivered interactively and concretely, by placing students as the center of learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1) mengetahui serta menjelaskan manajemen dalam penerapan budaya sumang MAN 1 Bener Meriah; 2) menjelaskan pengorganisasian penerapan budaya sumang; 3) mengindentifikasi pelaksanaan budaya sumang; 4) mendiskripsikan hasil evaluasi dan monitoring budaya sumang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif merupakan dalam memperoleh data melalui tiga tahapan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dan diklasifikasikan dengan kegiatan yang meliputi penyajian data, pemilihan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun Subjek penelitian ini meliputi adalah wakil kurikulum, kesiswaan, guru mapel, Staf Tata Usaha, dan siswa dan siswi lembaga pendidikan MAN 1 Bener Meriah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan budaya sumang untuk membentuk karakter, norma siswa dalam bentuk program kebijakan, visi misi, terkait strategi dalam penerapan budaya sumang. 2) Pengorganisasian madrasah dalam menerapkan budaya sumang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan staf tata usaha agar terbentuknya karakter, norma siswa sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. 3) Pelaksanaan sumang melalui pembinaan akhlak preventif untuk mencegah timbulnya prilaku negatif, terlaksanaya pembentukan karakter melalui proses belajar mengajar,dan program exstrakurikuler. 4) Dilakukan evaluasi secara berkala untuk melihat sejauh mana pelaksanaan budaya sumang tercapai, serta efektifitas metode dan strategi yang digunaakan dalam pelaksaan program.

Abstract

Abstact: This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic boarding school residents in preventing bullying behaviour among students in integrated boarding schools in the city of Lhokseumawe. This research adopts a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of the Islamic boarding school leaders and caregiving staff. Data validity is ensured through source verification techniques. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Bullying behaviour in Dayah Terpadu Ulumuddin and Pesantren Misbahul Ulum Integrated Boarding Schools is prevented by the boarding schools’ authorities through measures such as reprimanding, advising, punishment, and involving parents. However, the psychological approach has not been fully implemented due to the lack of counselling teachers in the boarding school. The boarding schools’ authorities provide guidance and advice to bullying victims. Some bullying behaviours are considered normal among the students, such as teasing and using nicknames. This behaviour will receive less attention from the boarding school authorities. However, if the bullying involves physical violence, the victim will receive special attention. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran warga pesantren dalam pencegahan perilaku bulliying pada santri di pesantren terpadu Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari pimpinan dayah, bidang pengasuhan. Pemeriksaaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik pemeriksaan melalui sumber. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Perilaku bullying di Dayah Terpadu Ulumuddin dan Misbahul Ulum dicegah oleh pihak dayah terhadap pelaku bullying, yaitu memberikan teguran, nasihat, hukuman, dan pemanggilan orang tua, sedangkan pendekatan psikologis belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena belum tersedianya guru bimbingan konseling di dayah. Tindakan pihak dayah terhadap korban bullying berupa pembinaan dan pemberian nasihat. Perilaku bullying yang dianggap wajar terjadi, seperti mengejek dan memanggil dengan nama julukan kurang mendapat perhatian dari pihak dayah. Akan tetapi, jika bullying yang bersifat fisik seperti pemukulan, korban akan mendapat perhatian khusus.

Abstract

Abstract: Due to restrictions in developing and expressing the spiritual potential through the stylistic components in the poetry, Rabbani Wahid's poetry has not been studied adequately. The objective of this study is to provide an explanation for the poetry of Rabbani Wahid's, including the linguistic style, suggestive power, imagery, and emotions. The explanation for these elements involves a psychological perspective. The poetry collection Book of Rabbani Wahid, which has 11 sub-poems designated D1 to D11, provided empirical data for the study. The investigation starts by choosing a poem and utilizing literary analysis to examine its stylistic components. Applying tools for descriptive analysis is the next stage. The research's findings reveal that poetry's suggestive power is crucial because it may shape the reader's emotions, ideas, and behavior by using suitable words and language. The use of imagery, figurative language, and appropriate word placement can deepen the reader's understanding of the poetry's content. In order to elicit aesthetic and emotional responses from readers or listeners, Rabbani Wahid's poetry employs a variety of images, linguistic idioms, and phrases with great suggestive power. The poetry also conveys significant spiritual lessons about the value of doing good deeds, love for Allah and the Prophet Muhammad, humility, and simplicity. Litotes, repetition, personification, and simile are figurative language techniques that are employed to enhance the language style and express significant spiritual themes about humbling oneself and practicing simplicity in worship.Keywords: spiritual psychology, Rabbani Wahid, poetry, stylistic approach

Abstract

This service aims to provide training for MI teachers in Lhokseumawe City on learning media as an effort to increase creativity. This training uses the method of lectures, questions and answers and practicums. With a division of 8 JP with a duration of 50 minutes per JP. The results of this service are expected to provide contributions and suggestions for teachers in choosing creative teaching media that can be applied in the classroom, then this training is expected to contribute to the world of education, especially madrasah.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendsekripsikan strategi pemasaran pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kuantitas peserta didik di SMP IT Az Zahra. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perencanaan strategi pemasaran pendidikan di SMP IT Az Zahra telah melakukan langkah-langkah strategis yaitu mencoba merespon dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya orang tua siswa dengan memberikan layanan pendidikan yang bermutu melebihi standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan dipersiapkan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan sekolah melalui analysis evaluasi pemasaran pendidikan sebelumnnya. Sekolah juga memberikan akses seluas-luasnya kepada orang tua siswa bahkan masyarakat terhadap sekolah dengan terbentuknya komite sekolah untuk ikut melakukan pemasaran pendidikan. Pemasaran pendidikan diimplementasikan dengan menyediakan layanan informasi internal, eksternal maupun interaktif dengan menonjolkan keunggulan-keunggulan program kegiatan dan prestasi yang diraih serta membuka pendafaran penerimaan peserta didik baru lebih awal. SMP IT Az Zahra juga melakukan Evaluasi pemasaran pendidikan terhadap aspek : program pendidikan, biaya pendidikan, lokasi atau tempat pemasaran pendidikan, dan terhadap sumber daya manusianya
