Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pembangunan  agrowisata  sebagai diversifikasi obyek wisata di Taman Wisata Lembah Harau  berbasis  kearifan lokal dan  menyusun strategi pengembangan Taman Wisata Lembah Harau melalui pendekatan kearifan lokal dengan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey, wawancara dan studi literatur.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pembangunan agrowisata berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di luar areal obyek wisata Lembah Harau yaitu di Nagari Tarantang, Harau dan Solok Bio-Bio Kawasan Lembah Harau berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi kawasan agrowisata dan dinilai sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengunjung, 2) . Filosofi Tungku Tigo Sajarangan merupakan potensi kearifan lokal yang dapat dijadikan model kepemimpinan untuk mengatasi konflik kepentingan pengelolaan Taman Wisata Lembah Harau dan 3). Strategi pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengembangkan atraksi dan obyek wisata baru berbasis budaya dan kearifan lokal yang lebih banyak melibatkan pihak masyarakat disertai dengan kegiatan pemasaran dan promosi berbasis IT.DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF LEMBAH HARAU GARDEN TOURISM BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM: TUNGKU TIGO SAJARANGANABSTRACTThe purposes of this study are 1)   identification of potential cultural and local knowledge that supports the development of Lembah Harau Garden Tourism (LHGT)  , 2)  to arrange management strategy of LHGT through local wisdom approach  with a SWOT analysis. The research method uses surveys, interviews and study of literature.  The results suggest that 1) Harau Valley region has a diverse cultural and historical potential that can be developed to enrich the tourist attraction in LHGT, 2)  philosophy of Tungku Tigo Sajarangan is a potential local wisdom that can be used as a model of leadership to resolve conflicts of interest LHGT  management and 3). The development strategy of LHGT is to develop new tourist attractions and object-based culture and local wisdom that  more involving local communities with marketing and promotional activities based.

Abstract

Marketing of palm sugar products in District of Lima Puluh Kota is still managed traditionally, rarely use online marketing. Product marketing of Gusereen still relies on word of mouth and the limited use of groups on social media. This training activity aims to provide knowledge on how to make imooji digital brochures to increase promotion and sales of Gusereen products. The collection of data and information is conducted by observing and interviewing the needs and situations experienced by partners, business processes and obstacles faced. Training method is using the PLA (Participatory Learning and Action) method. Exposure of lesson materials to partners is conducted by providing information on the use of imooji, the choice of packages provided, and how to use imooji. Participants get lesson learn and guidance through the direct practices of using the application. The training practices carried out include 1) How to log in and register as a new user; 2) How to use the imooji user interface; 3) Choose a preferred and suitable template for Gusereen products; 4) Upload photos of the products; 5) Change text or product images; 6) Save and preview the created imooji; and 7) Publish or share imooji on social media. This training succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge by 45% from pre-test to post-test. Participants benefit from the training provided and 87% of participants understand the material provided. This training is expected to be the beginning of the transfer of knowledge and information to the palm sugar business community, especially for palm sugar business actors in Labuah Gunuang.

Abstract

People need funding for helping their business to run well. Nowadays, people tend to avoid make loan to the bank as they have to fulfill many requirements needed for administration. Indonesian government facilitates this problem through Agribusiness Micro Finance Institution (LKMA) to help family sector to access credit for funding. This study was aimed to analyze cost and revenue of LKMA Pincuran Bonjoand to know the feasibility of LKMA Pincuran Bonjo business. This study used analytic descriptive method using case study in LKMA Pincuran Bonjo. This LKMA was chosen for the level of member activeness and the asset growth. The data were collected using unstructured interview and document study on income statement during 2016 to 2018. The study suggested that the total cost is  Rp. 81.117.842,  Rp. 93.077.138, and Rp.75.105.911, in a row. Salary contributed the most for this cost. While, the total revenue in a row is as follow: Rp.110.833.474, Rp.128.888.559,-, and Rp. 99.521.940, in which the highest revenue was achieved from the loan services. And the benefit achieved during those years was Rp. 29.715.632, Rp. 35.811.421, dan Rp. 24.416.029,. The R/C ratio was 1.37, 1.38 and 1.33, this indicates that LKMA Pincuran Bonjo business is liable to keep running and growing.

Abstract

Lareh Sago Halaban sub-district is one of the largest Aren producers in Lima Puluh Kota Regency; however, it is famous as Nagari Tuak which sells Aren to produce palm wine. Palm sugar processing is generally carried out into molded sugar, while granulated palm sugar is still limited. This study aimed to analyze the added value of palm sugar products in Lareh Sago Halaban sub-district by comparing the added value of molded sugar with granulated palm sugar products. The research area was determined purposively, 30 molded palm sugar processors and five granulated palm sugar processors as respondents. The study was conducted in November-December 2020. The data were processed using the Hayami method. The added value of molded palm sugar is IDR 960 (the add-value ratio is 26percents), and the added value of granulated palm sugar is IDR 2.452 (the add-value ratio is 46percents). The added value of granulated palm sugar is in the high category (greater than 40percents) and molded sugar is in the medium category (15-40percents). The highest percentage of owner compensation factor of production for molded palm sugar is received by workers (44percents), meanwhile, for granulated palm sugar is obtained by owners of capital (processors if owned by themselves) is percents.
