Abstract

Athletes motivation in following warm-up should be considered. Athletes can continue to be the top of the performance and the achievements of the club achieved to the maximum. But there are still many athletes don’t understand the importance of warming up for itself. The same thing happens, the dominant Tarogong FC football athletes are still lazy in warm up. This has a negative effect or impact on the athlete's training program. Among them athletes can experience sports injuries such as muscle cramps, sprains, and so on because various functions of the body's organs are not ready. Therefore, the role of a coach is needed to find a solution how to motivate the athlete to want and be happy when warming up, one of them with traditional games. In statistical analysis for the processing of PTK data , the results showed a significant difference between motivation in cycle 1 and motivation in cycle 2, where the average motivation during cycle 1 is 90.98 and the current motivation average in cycle 2 is 99.55. Thus, there is an increase in the motivation of Tarogong FC football athletes with traditional games in following warm-up.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahui tingkat kondisi fisik atlet bolabasket SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik atlet bolabasket SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan.Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet bolabasket SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan yang berjumlah sebanyak 14 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu populasi diambil mejadi sampel. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan pengukuran terhadap daya tahan aerobik yakni Balke Test, daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan Vertical Jump, kecepatan diukur dengan Sprint 30 meter, dan kelincahan diukur dengan Illinois Agiity Run. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian daya tahan aerobik berada pada kategori cukup, daya ledak berada kategori cukup. Kecepatan atlet berada dalam kategori cukup, untuk kelincahan berkategori kurang. Dengan demikian tingkat kondisi fisik atlet SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan rata-rata berada pada kategori kurang dan sedang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (a) pentingnya model latihan yang dibentuk untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bertahan bolavoli pemula tingkat SMA, dan (b) kendala serta dukungan dalam pelaksanaan model latihan keterampilan bertahan bolavoli pemula tingkat SMA. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan penyebaran angket kepada peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang berjumlah 59 orang. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa (a) model latihan penting dibentuk untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bertahan bolavoli tingkat SMA, dan (b) upaya peningkatan keterampilan bertahan permainan bolavoli terkendala metode atau model yang diberikan, sehingga diperlukan pelatih yang menguasai model latihan yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam permainan bolavoli.

Abstract

Hasil studi awal menunjukkan pembentukan latihan penting untuk selalu diperbaharui yang bertujuan untuk mengefisiensikan keterampilan bertahan bolavoli untuk pemula yang terkendala minimnya pada pemilihan bentuk latihan . unutk itu peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan model keterampilan bertahan dig dan block. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh validasi model dig dan block yang dikembangkanbertujuan agar keterampilan bertahan bisa meningkat secara bertahap, dengan cara memberikan beberapa inovasi dalam bentuk latihan yang baru dan disesuaikan dengan apa yang akan terjadi dilapangan agar pemain merasa terbiasa dalam pertandingan yang sebenarnya dan mendapatkan poin saat pertandingan dengan lebih baik. Metode pengumpulan data validasi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang melakukan penyebaran angket yang berisiskan pertanyaan kepada ahli olahraga bolavoli mengenai perodak inivari dari model yang akan dikembangkan. Model dig dan block divalidasi oleh tiga orang pakar pada bidang olahraga bolavoli menunjukkan bahwa ada 23 model layak untuk digunakan dari 29 model yang dikembangkan. Model dig dan block dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan atau kemampuan bertahan individu dalam permainan bolavoli untuk pemula tingkat SMA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the needs in the learning process of children with special needs in physical education learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method using data triangulation techniques, namely the series of observations, documentation and interviews. The subjects in this study were peserda basic level points at SKh 1 Pembina Pandeglang. This research reveals the needs needed in the learning of children with special needs. These needs are 1) Synchronizing understanding of the learning objectives of physical education for the elementary school level. 2) Better understand the personality of students 3) Conduct a comprehensive approach to students 4) Modify suggestions according to the needs in the learning process while still prioritizing the level of safety for students. Systematic and structured physical education learning will have a positive impact on the basic movement skills of students in general. By improving the skills of participants or children with special needs, it has indirectly provided encouragement and confidence for children with special needs to socialize and feel recognized by the surrounding community. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkuliahan anatomi menggunakan media berbasis aplikasi Anatomy Illustration. Media atau aplikasi yang dipakai dalam perkuliahan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan minat dan kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam memahami materi yang ada dalam perkuliahan anatomi tubuh manusia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling dimana populasi digunakan langsung sebagai sampel yaitu mahasiswa semester 3 program studi pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan, dan rekreasi yang berjumlah 40 mahasiswa. Aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survey. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Angket diberikan secara online dalam format google form. Perkuliahan Anatomi menggunakan media berbasis aplikasi Anatomy illustration saat Covid-19 memberikan respon sangat positif ditinjau dari aspek daya tarik (82%), positif ditinjau dari aspek kemudahan penggunaan (74%), efisiensi waktu (74%), dan manfaat dari media berbasis aplikasi Anatomy Illustration (76%). Kesimpulan dari penggunaan media berbasis aplikasi Anatomy Illustration adalah memberikan respon positif untuk perkuliahan anatomi.

Abstract

Learning assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic is a service to the community, as one of the efforts to implement the Tridharma of University. The implementation of learning carried out by the school during the COVID-19 pandemic uses online or online methods through whatApp groups, google meet and zoom. However, most students complained that they did not understand during the learning process. Especially in mathematics. Where in a long period of time, some students at school think that mathematics is a difficult subject. This subject is a frightening specter for students in most schools. Not only in Kadumula village, but in various regions throughout Indonesia. For this reason, various efforts need to be made to overcome the problem of learning difficulties. Therefore, the authors held mentoring activities for understanding mathematical concepts for high school students. The learning mentoring method used is to provide offline learning assistance, namely students and students carry out the learning and teaching process directly and face to face. This learning assistance is carried out in small groups consisting of 3-6 people. Study assistance is located in the home of one of the students. The stages of mentoring implementation are 1) problem observation, 2) activity planning, 3) activity schedule preparation 4) mentoring implementation, 5) evaluation stage.

Abstract

The traditional bakiak game is one of the traditional bakiak games with the aim of increasing interest in playing the traditional bakiak game. Besides that, traditional bakiak games also increase cooperation with groups. Traditional bakiak games can help shape the character of mutual cooperation and cooperation with teams or groups.If the traditional bakiak game is of interest to many children, it will have many positive impacts. Bakiak traditional games can create good traits or characters, one of which is mutual cooperation with the team or group. Traditional games are rarely played nowadays, but this socialization is held to increase interest in playing the traditional bakiak game again.

Abstract

Children's literacy skills play a crucial role in their cognitive and academic development. The phonics learning approach has been proven effective in helping children develop good reading and writing skills. This study aims to describe how children's literacy mentoring through phonics learning can improve their reading and writing skills. children's literacy mentoring through phonics learning has a positive impact in improving reading and writing skills. The involvement of teachers and parents is crucial in providing support and motivation to the children. This research provides a deeper look into how the phonics approach can be effectively implemented in an effort to improve children's literacy.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times, the revolution has changed many things that must be kept, not to be ignored. Traditional games that are full of cultural and ethnic values, even those that are useful for the best development of children. Modern games that are considered more realistic and even more personal are preferred by children, must be exposed to better motoric and cognitive games. In this study, the theory used is Herbert Spencer's cultural theory which considers that people and culture experience changes at certain stages from simple to complex forms. In addition to the concept of children's motor development according to John Piaget, who has found that games will train children's cognitive abilities better. This research is to see how the existence of traditional games influences the development of children today. This study uses qualitative methods to see how children make traditional games into modern games for children's motoric and cognitive development. As a result, children who do traditional games have much more developed abilities and character. The role of parents and teachers Traditional games that hold meaning and tradition are also important to be preserved. The results of the research itself can be concluded in the game Gobag Sodor there are cultural values that have been applied in the game and there are components of physical conditions that exist in learning at school and in college, such as agility, speed, coordination, strength and balance.
