Abstract

The object in this research is Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness,Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction. This research aims find out the relationship andinfluence of variable Electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, and brand image informing or creating Customer Satisfaction.From this research, four the hypothesis that test is done to 107 respondents who waschosen by judgement sampling technique is conducted sampling technique based onthe characteristics set is minimal stayed previously at Legian Village Hotel. Tabulation ofthe data processed by the program AMOS v22. With the results of studies showing the cutof value and goodness of fit looks four criteria are met eight criteria used. Relative criteriaare met including Chi-square (?2 / df), Probability, TLI, and CFI and the marginal is GFI.Thus it was more than two criteria that qualify, then the model can already be said to begood.It is expected that this research can connect the implications theoretical and theimplications for companies with the result that overall has been described in this chapterclosing sub-section conclusion.Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, CustomerSatisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectof Employee Empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information of the Organizational Commitment and Performance of the Budget Administrator. This research is done on the local work unit district (SKPD) of Klungkung Regency, by taking a sample of 150 respondent. These samples were teken with disproportionate stratified random sampling technique, while data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted with AMOS versi 22 program. The result showed that the effect of employee empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information to the Organizational Commitment is significantly positives. Effects of employee empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information to the Performance of the Budget is significantly positive. As well as the influence of Organizational Commitment to Performance of the Budget Administrator significant positive effect.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the perception as well as what factors should be improved to improve the quality of outpatient services with the concept approach Tri Hita Karana in Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar. The quality of service used in five dimensions is in accordance with the theory of Parasuraman et al., In Tjiptono (2016), in health care namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Tri Hita Karana concept consists of three elements namely parhyangan, pawongan and attenuation. Informants in this study are outpatient, Head of Outpatient Installation, Polyclinic Manager, Head Division Frontliner and Head of Sub Division of Care Service RSU Kasih Ibu Denpasar. With this type of descriptive qualitative research. To ensure the credibility of the data is done techniques examination of data validity by triangulation technique. Result of research in service quality at service of Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar beside that approach of local wisdom of Tri Hita Karana executed well and according to existing SOP, perception to service quality of outpatient service good and got positive response from every informant. Factors that need to be improved to improve the quality of outpatient services are in the dimensions of responsiveness and dimensions of tangibles without any curative to other dimensions. Judging from the concept of Tri Hita Karana need improvement in element of pawongan and palemahan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch conducted at Hotel The Samaya Ubud Bali aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. To determine the effect of career development on organizational commitment. To know the influence of job insecurity on organizational commitment. To know the effect of organizational commitment to OCB. To know the effect of organization culture to OCB. To identify the influence of career development on OCB. To know the influence of job insecurity on OCB. Data collection using questionnaire. Sampling technique using non probability sampling with sample saturated as many as 130 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with program of AMOS for Windows version 22. The result of research shows the influence of latent variable organizational culture (X1) to the latent variable organizational commitment (Y1) is positively significant. The influence of latent variable career development (X2) on the latent variable organizational commitment (Y1) is positively significant. The influence of latent variable Job Insecurity (X3) to the latent variable organizational commitment (Y1) is negatively significant. The influence of the latent variable organizational commitment (Y1) to the latent variable OCB (Y2) is positively significant. The influence of latent variable culture organization (X1) to latent variable OCB (Y2) is positively significant. The influence of latent variable career development (X2) on OCB latent variable (Y2) is positively significant. The influence of latent variable job insecurity (X3) to the latent variable OCB (Y2) is negatively significant.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines how marketing strategies are carried out by Catering businesses in Denpasar Bali. The use of social media as effective marketing is also felt and tried by all businesses, ranging from food, clothing and banking businesses. The use of social media is based on the rapid development of smart devices in which utilization is already very common and well known with everyone. Marketing strategies through social media like Instagram are also very often heard, especially people who are still productive. There are many examples of the use of social media to promote a product. With only a digital smart device and internet data package, everyone can access and also market their merchandise there. Instagram is very good to use because it relies on images as the main attraction, it is also equipped with the facilities to write comments and also short direct messages making Instagram a favorite in social media, especially for young people. The catering business also want to use Instagram. As this research was made, the four catering respondents selected based on the more than 1000 of followers are: Chika Catering, Catering Kerti Catering, Warung Umi Catering and Tunjung Asri Catering, have positive answer with the presence of this Instagram. Discussions using Marketing Mix show positive results in using Instagram to market their products.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) spread over Bali are one of the financial services managed by Desa Pakraman . The LPD was established with the aim of encouraging the economic development of rural communities with targeted savings and effective capital distribution. Given the increasing number of competitors from other financial institutions, good governance and competitiveness strategies also need to be considered in its development. This study uses qualitative methods aimed at finding out how the competitiveness strategy in the LPD, by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The location of the study was carried out in Negara Subdistrict with two LPDs chosen to represent this study, namely: LPD Desa Pakraman Lelateng (LPD with healthy conditions) and LPD Desa Pakraman Kaliakah Kangin (LPD with unhealthy conditions). Data were analyzed by SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study it was found that, the LPD of Desa Pakraman Lelateng  had a good image, trustworthiness, competent human resources, good business conditions, problem loans, utilization of technology and operational areas. The strategy that should be implemented is a focus strategy that is to provide services that are maximum for customer trust and an improved risk management strategy. Then in the LPD of Desa Pakraman Kaliakah Kangin, employee loyalty, a bad image of the organization, decreased trust, a decline in business, non-performing loans and perarems that have not been resolved were found. The strategy that should be implemented is a strategy to optimize socialization to the community to restore trust in the institution.

Abstract

                       ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the strategy of increasing HR competency in the Rural Credit Banks (BPR) of Denpasar City. This study used qualitative research methods. The collection technique used in this study was using the method of interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing/ verification. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of improving HR competencies and the quality of work of each employee can be obtained from the results of the implementation of education and training (training). This can be assessed from changes in attitudes of each employee, knowledge and skills of employees, and the emergence of new innovations that are useful for improving HR competencies, the motivations given by superiors at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga which plays an important and maximum role in providing the best experience, so that it will improve the performance of employees in the agency. This research can be useful for the leadership of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in decision making and also as an important reference to choose the type of education and training (training) that is needed by employees so that what is obtained from the results of the implementation of education and training (training) can be applied in their respective workplaces.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is used to find out more about the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana in improved students entrepreneurship motivation in STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja, by used lecturer and students as informants. This research is qualitative descriptive with approach case study. The results showed that the understanding of the philosophy of THK able to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit by promoting fairness as a reflection of aspects parahyangan, implement and uphold the work ethic of Hindus as a reflection of aspects pawongan, and always uphold the attitude of protecting and maintaining the environment as a reflection of aspects palemahan. With the foundation of the philosophy of THK, believed to be able to create an atmosphere that is harmonious and balanced in business.

Abstract

ABSTRACTUMKM in national economy play an important role and strategic for the economic growth, not only in developing countries like Indonesia but also in developed countries. Nine district of a city that has the potential strategic support revenue in the area.Local revenue Bali Province to decrease from year 2015 it is only of 41,29 %, is much lower compared to last 2014 of 60,92 %. Which is due by UMKM sector.This condition is making UMKM very reasonable and potentially more empowered.In 2010, especially UMKM sector experienced a decline in the value exsport from year to year, declined significantly. From research exploratif to the field , problems identification , with AHP ( analitical hierarchy process ) found way UMKM, in Bali Province , who improve significantly sales good for the domestic market and exports Bali Province .This empowerment , in acceleration regional economic growth , job creation and the increase in competitiveness UMKM products .The research results show factors barrier UMKM, namely capital , human resources , access banking , of the nature of products lifetime short , and the limited market access good in the market national and international .Program under the jurisdiction of UMKM in Bali Province be done in collaborate with the government , banking , soe , cooperatives , lpd , bumd , college collaborated through an incubator business .Based on the research done , can formulated policy recommendations , under the jurisdiction of program partner between the government and UMKM in Bali Province. The government needs to simplification licensing procedure, cheap and fast through one roof.

Abstract

Marketing mix dan akreditasi terhadap keputusan memilih dengan brand image sebagai 368ariable intervening. Marketing mix merupakan serangkaian 368ariable pemasaran dipergunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menghasilkan tanggapan dari pasar sasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis marketing mix dan akreditasi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Undiknas Denpasar dengan brand image sebagai 368ariable intervening. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel 105 responden mahasiswa FEB regular Tahun 2013/2016. Teknik analisis data dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program computer Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil penelitian ini, temuannya bahwa Marketing mix memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa 4.70 persen. Marketing mix memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image 8,29 persen. Brand image memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa 4,54 persen. Akreditasi memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image 2,68 persen. Akreditasi memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa 2,46 persen. Marketing mix secara indirect effects terhadap keputusan mahasiswa melalui brand image hanya 3,76 persen lebih kecil dibandingkan direct effects berarti brand image dalam penelitian ini tidak berperan sebagai variable intervening. Akreditasi secara indirect effects terhadap keputusan mahasiswa melalui brand image hanya 1,22 persen lebih kecil dibandingkan direct effects berarti brand image dalam penelitian ini tidak berperan sebagai variable intervening. Kata kunci: bauran pemasaran, akreditasi, citra, keputusan pembelian
