Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kontribusi motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Survey dengan teknik korelasional (correlational resarch). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan 117 responden dari 132 orang guru SD Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian dilakukan yaitu responden memberikan tanggapan terhadap kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang terdiri dari lima pilihan jawaban yaitu Sangat Setuju, Setuju , Ragu-Ragu, Tidak Setuju, dan Sangat Tidak Setuju. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan dari analisis data ditemukan kontribusi positif variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja SD Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 21,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini; selanjutnya, ditemukan kontribusi positif variabel kecerdasan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja SD Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 24,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini; dan ditemukan kontribusi positif variabel motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja SD Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 32%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68% lagi ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

In the 4.0 revolution era, teachers are required to have competencies and abilities that are in accordance with the demands of the times. Learning is not limited to face-to-face meetings between teachers and students in the classroom. The teaching and learning process can be done anywhere and anytime using the internet. This activity aims to improve teacher competence in using the internet based on the E-Learning method. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparatory stage is carried out by collecting data on elementary school teachers in Tualang District, making observations, giving permission to the training site, preparing the place and training materials. The implementation stage is carried out in two stages, namely the introduction of E-Learning-based learning with demonstration, discussion and question and answer methods and practicing E-Learning-based online learning. The results of the service activities show an increase in teacher competence in using the internet based on E-Learning. The evaluation and follow-up stages are carried out by evaluating the organizers and evaluating the participants. The training participants who took part in this activity were quite enthusiastic about participating in the material and conducting simulations. It is expected that participants who take part in training activities can manage learning using the internet based on the E-Learning method.

Abstract

This research was based on the decline in consumer buying interest during Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine the influence of product diversity and trust toward online buying interest during the Covid-19 pandemic to FKIP Riau University students. The type of this research is correlational reseacrh with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University with students from 2018, 2019, and 2020 batch being the population. This research used puposive sampling in determining the research sample. To interpreted the research results, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this study found that product diversity and trust had a positive and significant effect on online buying interest with a significant level of 66.9%.

Abstract

Character provides an overview of a nation, as a marker of characterization, as well as differentiating a nation from another. Character is the direction of how the nation will pass through an era and deliver it to a certain degree. A great nation is a nation that has character that is able to build a civilization of Saleh, (2012: 1). Character education which is systematically applied to one of the formal school institutions, namely Elementary School (SD) is a fairly good progress. The students acquire positive behaviors and habits that can increase their self-confidence. Character education applied to formal educational institutions can also be a means of civilizing and humanizing Noviani, (2011: 205-215). Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Analysis of the data in this study with the following steps: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing and Verification From the results of data analysis carried out on the impact of scouting activities in shaping the character of discipline and responsibility, namely rewards and punishments, direct orders and directions, and conditioning for every action. The achievement of 4 indicators of discipline and responsibility in keeping the lesson schedule such as doing the assigned tasks, discipline and responsibility in respecting time, students do not procrastinate on work, especially worship, self-discipline and responsibility focusing on students' independence and discipline and responsibility in maintaining physical condition, namely students are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and class climate on students' entrepreneurial character. This research was conducted in Vocational School (SMK) Ekatama Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class X and class XI as many as 115 respondents by first passing an instrument test of 30 respondents. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is path analysis. The results in this study can be briefly explained as follows: 1) There is a significant influence between learning motivation on students' entrepreneurial character 2). There is a significant and positive influence between classroom climate on the entrepreneurial character of students, 3). Student climate and motivation to influence the character of entrepreneurship 4). There is an influence of student learning motivation through the classroom climate on entrepreneurial character. It can be concluded that the better the motivation to learn and the class climate, the better the entrepreneurial character of students at SMK Ekatama Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model assisted with teaching materials in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at State Junior High School (SMPN) 4 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling techniques, namely class VII.3 as the experimental class, and VII.4 as the control class. Data were analyzed using randomized control group pretest-posttest design through the results of the T Test (Different Test). Based on the results of the study showed the results of pre-test 73.95 and post-test of 85.19 with a difference of 11.24. In the pre-test control class was 73.84 and the post-test results were 79.78 with a difference of 5.94. From the results of this difference can be seen that there is an increase in learning outcomes, especially in the experimental class where there are differences in completeness of learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class. This is also supported by students' learning attitudes in the experimental class (VII.3) which are categorized as "good" (68%) in the learning process. Whereas in the control class, students have the category "quite good" (45.94%) in being following the learning process. The level of learning effectiveness is 5.30. Overall it can be concluded that the NHT learning model is assisted with effective teaching materials significantly in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Survey dengan teknik korelasional (correlational resarch). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan 48 responden dari 54 orang SMP yang berada di Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan dari analisis data ditemukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 18,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81,9% lagi ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena hasil belajar yang rendah pada mata pelajaran IPS SMPN 11 Dumai. Penelitian ini menggunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah angket dan tes melalui pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear sederhana dan paired sampel statistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 11 Dumai dengan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kelas model pembelajaran make a match dengan konvensional ditunjukan dengan data yang diperoleh yaitu nilai Sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai Alpha penelitian yaitu 0,005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The phenomenon that occurs is that few teachers feel that supervision is a service need for the development of their potential and professionalism. Another phenomenon is the lack of maximum educational services because teachers are less aware of their main duties as teachers. This can be seen from the unsteady preparation of teaching, monotonous learning methods, the lack of use of IT-based media and the MGMP has not been running effectively to improve the competence of the sustainability professional development program and teacher performance in the MGMP/KKG and MKKS forums. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique is a questionnaire given to 93 teachers who were chosen randomly as a sample using the census sampling method. The research was carried out, namely the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and data processing using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the research, the principal's supervision affects the teacher's performance by 19.3%. Based on the results of the statistical test results of t work motivation on teacher performance, the t-count value is 2.733. Thus, t count is greater than t table (2.308 > 1.662) as shown in the table above, and the value is 0.023 < 0.05. Thus, t count is in the area where Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the higher the level of work motivation, the performance of the teacher will increase. The results of research on work motivation show that work motivation affects teacher performance, meaning that the better the work motivation, the better the teacher's performance. This means that the principal's supervision and work motivation are important variables to improve teacher performance. The better the principal's supervision, work motivation, the better the teacher's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of Economic Education students of Universitas Riau. The population in this study is active students of the class of 2019, 2020, and 2021 Economic Education Universitas Riau totaling 75 students, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. The data collection method uses questionnaires, and the collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done with F test and t test. Based on the results of self-efficacy research, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest both simultaneously and partially.
