Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on performance both directly or indirectly through motivation on permanent nurses at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in Riau Province. The population in this study were permanent nurses in Inpatient Installation (IRNA) at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province, which amounted to 346 people. The sample in this study were 186 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis.The results showed that organizational culture variables had a greater influence on nurse performance through motivation. Likewise, job satisfaction can directly affect performance but provide a greater influence on performance through motivation. This shows motivation has an important role in improving nurse performance both through organizational culture and job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung atau secara tidak langsung yang melalui motivasi pada perawat tetap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu perawat tetap di Instalasi Rawat Inap (IRNA) pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 346 orang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 186 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analyisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja perawat melalui motivasi. Demikian pula halnya dengan kepuasan kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja secara langsung namun memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi. Hal ini menunjukkan motivasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat baik melalui budaya organisasi maupun kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived quality and perceived value on loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable for Padang Restaurant consumers in Rengat District. The sample used in this study was 105 people spread over five Padang restaurants, namely the Simple Restaurant, Simpang Raya Restaurant, Fauzan Restaurant, Nanda Restaurant, and Ambo Restaurant. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, the WarpPls program was used. The results showed that: 1) Perceived quality had a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction. 2) Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction. 3) Perceived Quality has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty, 4) Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty, 5) Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty, 6) Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Satisfaction, 7) Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Loyalty on Padang Restaurant Consumers. This study recommends for restaurants to provide food and beverage products that have different characteristics and tastes than Nasi Padang stalls or other restaurants. Always pay attention to eating utensils to keep them neat and clean, and the most important thing is to replace damaged utensils. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perceived Quality, dan Perceived Value terhadap Loyalty melalui Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening pada konsumen Rumah Makan Padang Di Kecamatan Rengat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 orang yang tersebar di lima rumh makan padang, yaitu Rumah Makan Sederhana, Rumah Makan Simpang Raya, Rumah Makan Fauzan, Rumah Makan Nanda, Rumah Makan Ambo. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sementara itu, untuk menganalisis data, maka digunakan program WarpPls Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Satisfaction. 2) Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Satisfaction. 3) Perceived Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalty, 4) Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalty, 5) Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalty, 6) Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen melalui Satisfaction, 7) Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Loyalty pada Konsumen Rumah Makan Padang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bagi rumah makan untuk memberikan produk makanan dan minuman yang memiliki ciri khas dan cita rasa yang berbeda dari pada warung nasi padang atau rumah makan lainnya. Selalu memperhatikan peralatan makan agar tetap terjaga rapih bersih, dan yang paling penting adalah mengganti peralatan yang rusak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model assisted with teaching materials in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at State Junior High School (SMPN) 4 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling techniques, namely class VII.3 as the experimental class, and VII.4 as the control class. Data were analyzed using randomized control group pretest-posttest design through the results of the T Test (Different Test). Based on the results of the study showed the results of pre-test 73.95 and post-test of 85.19 with a difference of 11.24. In the pre-test control class was 73.84 and the post-test results were 79.78 with a difference of 5.94. From the results of this difference can be seen that there is an increase in learning outcomes, especially in the experimental class where there are differences in completeness of learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class. This is also supported by students' learning attitudes in the experimental class (VII.3) which are categorized as "good" (68%) in the learning process. Whereas in the control class, students have the category "quite good" (45.94%) in being following the learning process. The level of learning effectiveness is 5.30. Overall it can be concluded that the NHT learning model is assisted with effective teaching materials significantly in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of (1) pedagogic competence on entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students, (2) family environment to entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students, and (3) jointly pedagogic competence and family environment on student entrepreneurship character MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study was 118 students in MAN 1 Pekanbaru academic year 2017-2018, with a sample of 91 students. Sampling using Probability Sampling technique with simple random sampling type. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires. The prerequisite analysis test includes normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis technique with F test and T test.The result of this research shows that (1) there are positive and significant influence of Pedagogic Competence on Entrepreneurship Character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students with t arithmetic (1,718) bigger than t table that is (1,671) and significance value less than 0,05 0,002, by 41.80%. (2) there is positive and significant influence of Family Environment on Student Entrepreneurship Character MAN 1 Pekanbaru with t count (1,767) bigger than t table (1,671) and its significance value less than 0,05 0.000, while its influence equal to 56,80% and together (3) there is a positive and significant influence Pedagogic and Family Environment Competence on Student Entrepreneur Character MAN 1 Pekanbaru with F arithmetic (15,530) is bigger than F table (3,110) and its significance value smaller than 0,05 i.e. 0,000 . The major contribution of Pedagogical and Family Environment Competencies simultaneously on Entrepreneurship Character is 24.4%.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa MA Hasanah Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MA Hasanah Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 84 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sample jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk variabel komunikasi interpersonal guru dan nilai ujian akhir semester untuk variabel prestasi belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi pearson product moment. Terdapat hubungan komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 bertanda positif. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal guru dan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Students who cannot manage their learning independently other than in class will have an impact on their learning in class. Problems related to student self-regulated learning can be seen in the presence of students who forget to deliver assignments and students who have never reviewed the economics subject matter that has been taught. Based on preliminary observations, it is known that in MAN 3 Pekanbaru City there is no learning media that can support students to carry out self-regulated learning. Learning media that is only guided by textbooks is currently one of the learning methods that are not very effective for increasing self-regulated learning. This study aims to produce a valid and practical website-based learning media in economics subject at MAN 3 Pekanbaru so that it can effectively improve students' self-regulated learning. The development of website-based learning media is carried out using a 4-D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and tested the effectiveness using paired sample t-test. The results of this study found that (1) the development of website-based learning media on material needs and scarcity was carried out using the 4-D model, namely (a) the defining stage (define) by conducting preliminary analysis, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and analysis learning objectives; (b) the design stage by making flowcharts and storyboards and product design; (c) the development stage by validating two material experts and two media experts, then conducting a limited trial of 30 students and a wide-scale test on 36 class X students at MAN 3 Pekanbaru; (2) The validation rate of Website-based learning media in economics subjects at MAN 3 Pekanbaru is around 80% - 85%, which means that website-based learning media is very feasible and has very high validity; (3) the level of practicality of developing web-based learning media in economics subjects at MAN 3 Pekanbaru, namely teacher responses: very practical (88.67%), and student responses: very practical (87.90%); (4) the application of website-based learning media in economics subjects at MAN 3 Pekanbaru is effective in increasing student self-regulated learning

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the efficacy of employing Google site-based instructional materials in enhancing the students' interest in entrepreneurial education at the school under investigation. The research cohort comprised all twelfth-grade students of the school under investigation, with a sample of 30 students specifically from grade XII TKJ 2 at the school under investigation. Data for this research endeavor were gathered through the utilization of observation sheets and questionnaires measuring students' interest in learning. Analytical techniques deployed in this investigation encompassed descriptive analysis, prerequisite assessments, n-gain evaluations, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that the utilization of Google site-based learning resources effectively augmented students' interest in entrepreneurial education at the school under investigation. The hypothesis testing analysis, employing the Paired Sample t-test, indicated a t-test result with a two-tailed significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, which is less than the predetermined significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Consequently, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This outcome implies a noteworthy distinction in students' interest in learning when employing Google site-based instructional materials compared to students who do not utilize such resources at the school under investigation. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that Google site-based learning materials effectively heightened students' interest in entrepreneurial education at the school under investigation.
