Abstract

Mail archiving process in SMK 5 Negeri Padang still recorded manually. Therefore, we need an information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang to assist in performing document archiving and can handle the process of legalization requests quickly archive. This information system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of archived documents. Hopefully, by the information system management of archives can alter the performance in SMK Negeri 5 Padang, especially in the archives in order to facilitate the archiving mail. In addition, by using the information in records management system will obtain the benefits of speed and convenience. The purpose of the speed here is through the use of this information system, the process of search, discovery, distribution and archive legalization done in quickly. Information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang is designed to involve a web-based programming language HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an object-oriented PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL as database. The system also uses an alias on addressing by applied to the address .htaccess file is actually as one of the security system. Users registered in this system have a private account to be entered into the system ID number and password with MD5 encryption. The results obtained from implementation information system management of archives in SMK 5 Negeri Padang is easier to manage the recording and archiving of mail that were once manual is now digital, and is helpful to demand legalized archives.Keywords : Information System, Archives, School, Web, CodeIgniter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri1 Ranah Pesisir  mata pelajaran Dasar Desain Grafis, Sebanyak 55,55% siswa mendapatkan nilai dibawah KKM 75. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa besar kontribusi motivasi berwirausaha dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif korelasional menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian Menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Motivasi berwirausaha berkontribusi secara sigifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMKN 1 Ranah Pesisir sebesar 14,82%, (2) Disiplin belajar berkontribusi  secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMKN 1 Ranah Pesisir sebesar 14,59% (3) Motivasi berwirausaha dan disiplin belajar bersama-sama berkontrbusi secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMKN1 Ranah Pesisir sebesar 40,7%. Dapat disimpulkan Motivasi berwirausaha dan disiplin belajar berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Ranah Pesisir.Kata kunci :Motivasi Berwirausaha,Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar This the Aim is due to the low learning outcomes of Grade X students of SMK Negeri 1 Coastal Domains in Basic Graphic Design, As many as 55.55% of students scored below KKM 75. This the Aim aims to uncover the major problems faced by entrepreneurial workers and learning to learn about results the Aim. This type of correlational descriptive the Aim uses simple random sampling technique. The research method uses documentation and questionnaire / questionnaire. The results showed (1) Entrepreneurial motivation contributed significantly to the learning outcomes of Grade X students of SMKN 1 Coastal Area by 14.82%, (2) Learning discipline contributed significantly to the learning outcomes of Grade X students of SMK 1 Coastal Area by 14.59% (3) Entrepreneurial motivation and discipline of learning together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of Grade X students of SMK 1 Coastal Area by 40.7%. It can be concluded that entrepreneurship motivation and learning discipline contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of Grade X students at SMK 1 Coastal Areas.Keywords: Entrepreneur Motivation, Learning Discipline, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Progress The development of information technology (IT) is increasingly rapid both for the use of software (software) and hardware (hardware) which is increasingly easy to use (user friendly) to help learning all the users of information technology. In the world of education or everyday life everyone needs to get entertainment or reference that must be used to be a reference so that they are not bored and bored after a day of tired activities. One of them can be done by watching through the internet network television media or TV (Cable) subscription TV. This cable TV management information system is designed using a web-based prototyping method involving the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language based on the code -iter, JavaScript, Jquery framework. While the database used is MYSQL. In system design is involved Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowmap, Sequence Diagram and ERD. This system also uses aliases on its addressing by applying htaccess to the actual file address as one of the security systems. . This information system involves six admin users, customers, leaders, finance, officers and marketing. The six levels of registered users have a private account to be able to enter the system ie username and password with MD5 encryption. Because it is web-based, this cable TV application has the ability, can be accessed anywhere, admin can do add, edit, delete and store customer data and customer transaction data, and can print reports.

Abstract

This paper aims to resolve the transaction problems at the KPRI UNP mart which are still going on manually and require the buyer to come to the mart to buy the items to be purchased. Bookings should be able to use smartphones through the use of applications so that customers can make transactions immediately. The waterfall method is used for designing client-based applications and the Object Orientit Programing (OOP) method, besides the application applies the OOP-based Model View Controller (MVC) technique. Server-side applications use the Framework Code Igniter (Framework CI) with the main language PHP equipped with the use of the json web and MySQL DBMS. Application on the client side uses the Java Java Development Kit (JDK). Designing an e-commerce android application KPRI UNP mart has 3 application results, the first application 1 application on the server that manages management for the client, the second 1 client buyer application that is used to view goods information and ordering, third 1 sending client application used to retrieve order the buyer and deliver it.Keywords: Android, e-commerce,  KPRI, client-server, framework CI

Abstract

Digital Simulation is a basic subject of expertise in curricula in 2013. This Digital Simulation Learning is more directed at the activities of knowledge and skills for all students to shape their creativity by networking information with other parties who function to improve their knowledge and skills. In this  research discusses the design of interactive learning media based on Macromedia on digital simulation subjects at 1 Baktiya Vocational School. In this design use the classic tutorial model. The software used to create media is Macromedia Adobe Director 11.5 and other supporting applications. The existence of pretest in the media as a measure of students' knowledge of the material being studied. Based on the results of the validity test the media obtained an average score of 0.83 so that the media is worthy of use. It is hoped that this media can become an example for designing interactive media, so that students are motivated while learning, and the achievement of learning objectives. Keywords: Designer, Interactive Learning Media, Adobe Director.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memberikan kemudahan dalam kehidupan terutama bidang teknologi informasi. Kemajuan teknologi juga berpengaruh di bidang seluler, salah satu fungsinya menjalankan berbagai aplikasi Android dan mendapatkan informasi. Bimbingan belajar Exis dalam pengelolaan data siswa masih ditulis secara manual. Proses pendaftaran siswa  masih menggunakan kertas formulir dan belum menggunakan media alternatif seperti aplikasi Android. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Perancangan dibangun dari sisi client dan server. Dari sisi client menggunakan Android dan web sebagai server dengan database MySQL, dan editornya yaitu Sublime Text 3. Tujuan sistem informasi akademik ini diharapkan menghasilkan sistem informasi berbasis Android yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan data, pendaftaran, pengelolaan jadwal, absensi siswa, penilaian siswa serta memberikan informasi profil, paket dan berita bimbingan belajar Exis.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, bimbingan belajar Exis, Android, Client-Server.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks in SMK Negeri 4 Takengon, where 30% of students get to learn the results below minimum completeness criteria (KKM). KKM assigned school on the subjects KKPI is 75 with a range of values of 0 - 100. The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and learning atmosphere on the results of study subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon. This research is a correlation associative nature.The population in this study were all students of class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon, consists of two classes of 40 people. A sampling technique that total sampling where the sample is whole members of the population because the subject is less than 100 persons. The data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers Skills Computer and Information Management (KKPI) SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. While data on the motivation to learn and the learning environment are collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. File was analyzed using statistical methods with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007.The result showed: (1) learning motivation accounted for 24.61% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (2) Atmosphere Learning accounted for 23.54% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (3) learning motivation and learning atmosphere together accounted for 47.90% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and contribute to the learning atmosphere of learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn and the better learning environment, then it will get better learning results. Keywords : Motivation, Atmosphere Learning, Learning Outcomes, Associative correlation, Total Sampling.

Abstract

In this research to make the improvement of convenience that would later give also the satisfaction of any user that has used and be active in e-learning information systems which have been applied in engineering Electronics ft unp. This research using the method of end user computing satisfaction that in short EUCS are used to measure the level of user satisfaction with knowing the contribution factors of content, accuracy, shape, ease of usage and timeliness to be thorough by the author to apply to the scope of the Department of electronics engineering ft unp. This research using quantitative research, then conducted a descriptive analysis, inductive analysis, multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis of the data indicates that the variable in the method of EUCS jointly contribute the same significance of 45% to the satisfaction of users of the e-learning information systems in the Department of electronics engineering achievements in the unp ft. from research that has been done, is expected to be contributed to the Administration's e-learnngi in order to improve the quality of e-learning on the campus of the State University of padang in General and in the Electrical Engineering Universitas Negeri Padang in particular. Keywords: information systems, End User Computing Satisfaction, E-learning.
