Abstract

Keselamatan pasien merupakan program yang bertujuan menurunkan angka kejadian tidak diharapkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan upaya penerapan patient safety di ruang IGD dan ICU RSUD Salewangan Maros. Metode penelitian ini adalah komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bertugas di ruang IGD dan ICU RSUD Salewangang Maros. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling, didapatkan 41 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan SPSS dengan uji analisis Chi square dimana α = 0,05. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ketepatan identifikasi pasien (p = 0.036 < 0.05 ), peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif (p = 0.035 < 0.05), keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai ( 0.398 > 0.05) kepastian tepat lokasi,tepat prosedur dan tepat pasien ( p = 0,637 > 0.05 ), pengurangan risiko infeksi terkait pelayanan ( 0.65 1 > 0.05 ) dan pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh ( 0.581 > 0.05 ). Disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil penelitian tentang pengetahuan perawat dengan upaya penerapan patient safety , di dapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan ketepatan identifikasi pasien, ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai, tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan kepastian tepat lokasi, tepat prosedur dan tepat pasien, tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan pengurangan risiko infeksi, dan tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh.

Abstract

Hospitals are a very urgent need for people in unstable health conditions. Therefore, people choose hospitals that are able to provide the best service for people in need. The type of qualitative research through a phenomenological approach, while the results showed that the low use of health facilities was often due to the distance between hospitals and communities too far, high tariffs, unsatisfactory services, and that influenced the level of service utilisation, namely from health service providers, namely available facilities, service costs and distance, while the community itself as a user of health services, namely the social and socio-economic status of the community. This study aims to determine the tendency of the community in making decisions on the selection of health services in Makassar city. The population in this study were people who were queuing at several hospitals.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis which spreads through the air (Airborne disease).symptoms of cough with phlegm for 2 weeks or more.Disease prevalenceTB (Tuberculosis)as many as 845,000 with a death rate reaching 98,000 cases, treatment coverage is only 67%, several factors cause unhealthy housing, education and non-compliance with treatment inutritional indicators, immune levels, greatly influence the quality of life of tuberculosis sufferers so that there is a need to increase self-efficacy in managing the disease,with education about the infectious disease tuberculosis The research method used was pre-experimental with a one group pre-test and post-test design with a sample size of 36 people. The instrument we used was a pre- and post-questionnaire and provided intervention in the form of health education. The results of the research showed that after health education was carried out, the Negative Ranks data showed that respondents' scores from pre-post 3 respondents experienced a decrease in self-efficacy regarding tuberculosis treatment after health education, while the positive ranks data showed that 12 respondents' scores from pre-post experienced an increase. Self-efficacy towards tuberculosis treatment after health education, and the tie data shows that 21 respondents got a fixed score from pre-post after health education. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained a p value = (0.020) <α (0.05), and so The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an influence of health education on increasing self-efficacy in the treatment of tuberculosis sufferers at the Tamalanrea Makassar Community Health Center
