<![CDATA[This study aims to find out about the role of BAZNAS in Bojonegoro Regency in supporting education levels during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bojonegoro. The object of this research is BAZNAS, Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observations, while the data validity test techniques used are method triangulation and data source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of BAZNAS in Bojonegoro Regency in supporting education through the scholarship assistance program is very helpful for scholarship recipients. With the scholarship assistance program, students and students are able to focus on the teaching and learning process without worrying about costs amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the role of BAZNAS Kediri City in supporting the welfare of the poor. Research methods used by researchers are descriptive qualitative approaches by obtaining data through interviews and then processing and concluding the results of the data The result of this study is that baznas Kediri city plays an optimal role in improving the welfare of poor people by applying sharia Maqashid theory through a superior program, namely the Kediri Cerdas, Kediri Peduli, Kediri Sehat, Kediri Taqwa, and Kediri Makmur programs. With this program, it is able to answer problems for the poor, both in terms of education, health, fulfillment of worship needs, and the fulfillment of basic needs for the fakir every month. So in this case mustahiq can be said to achieve prosperity. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies used by Grab drivers in Surabaya in increasing income and welfare during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out the strategies carried out from an Islamic perspective. The approach taken uses a qualitative approach. The variables used are the driver grab strategy and the improvement of economic welfare. The population used is the grab driver who is in Surabaya by using an interview approach and recording the results of the interview. The data used are primary and secondary data types. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct interviews with informants, and secondary data obtained from online media. The results of this study indicate that strategies such as moving places, making good use of operating hours, offering promotions, providing the best service and maximizing existing incentives can improve welfare and nothing deviates from Islamic teachings. All strategies carried out do not harm any party and are allowed in Islam, the income of Surabaya grab drivers has also increased after using their respective strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat of Profession is for the career men and career women, that Islam doesn’t differentiate the rule of mahdhah worship (the terms and commandment are already set). The women also have the responsibility to do all the duties which are stated in Islam. The purpose of this article is to analyze the understanding of the literation of profession zakat for career women. This article uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method. The result describes that the respondents understand the terms of zakat which is equated with the general terms of zakat, while there are still many opinions the pro and contra about the obligation of taking out the zakat of the profession, According to the informants, the time to distribute the zakat of a profession is once a month as they get the salary, while other said once a year. The informants understand the terms of zakat of a profession as the one who is obligated to give the zakat, and some informants understand about the percentage of their salary as the zakat of the profession, while some of them do not understand yet about the number of zakat of the profession.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the utilization of zakat for educational empowerment through the genpres program (achievement generation) at Laz Nurul Hayat Gresik and to analyze the factors supporting and inhibiting the utilization of zakat for educational empowerment through the genpres program (achievement generation) at Laz Nurul Hayat Gresik. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using the interactive data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman; namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, and SWOT analysis methods. Check the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that the utilization of zakat funds for the empowerment of the Genpres program was given in the form of educational scholarships every month amounting to Rp. 250,000 where they also receiving coaching in the form of Islamic mentoring, volunteerism, and entrepreneurship training. With the educational empowerment program through the Genpres program, it can reduce the number of children dropping out of school and increase student achievement motivation and social life, especially for orphans and poor people.]]>

<![CDATA[The agricultural sector is one of the largest occupations in Indonesian. The high potential in Indonesia’s agricultural sector ought to increase the payment of agricultural zakat. This research intends to anlyze the implementation of agricultural zakat’s payment at Plumbungan, Sidoarjo. The type of this research uses a descriptive qualitative study. The research uses primary data sources. The primary data sources are form observations and interviews with farmers at Plumbungan, Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique consists of three stages data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. The results of this study suggest that people at Plumbungan, Sidoarjo do not implement the rules in a agricultural zakat. They still followed the tradition that sadaqah and zakat are the same things. The sadaqah by farmers at Plumbungan, Sidoarjo did not rely on the agricultural on the agricultural zakat rules. The farmers assumed that sadaqah was already accomplishing the obligations to pay agricultural zakat. The Plumbungan farmers do not know the terminologies in agricultural zakats, such as nishab, haul, and the distribution of the group of people who are entitled to receive zakat. The Plumbungan farmers distributed the sadaqah to the people they wanted, such as giving to their neighbours and extended family. ]]>

<![CDATA[Pasar berperan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia untuk kegiatan jual beli. Pada timbangan yang digunakan oleh pedagang di pasar perlu dilakukan tera dan tera ulang untuk mengetahui kebenaran pada timbangan yang digunakan oleh pedagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesadaran pedagang Pasar Menganto untuk melaksanakan tera dan tera ulang timbangan pedagang dalam perspektif Islam sehingga dapat melindungi konsumen dari transaksi yang dapat merugikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan untuk data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber pada penelitian ini adalah pedagang Pasar Menganto, staf UPTD Metrologi Legal Kabupaten Jombang dan konsumen Pasar Menganto. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kurangnya kesadaran pedagang Pasar Menganto dalam melaksanakan tera dan tera ulang pada timbangan. Hal ini terjadi karena terdapat kendala dalam melaksanakan tera dan tera ulang diantaranya yakni tarif yang dibayarkan oleh pedagang, kurang percayanya pedagang Pasar Menganto pada petugas yang melaksanakan tera dan tera ulang dan tidak terselenggarakan secara rutin tiap sidang tera dan tera ulang oleh petugas kemetrologian.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in buying halal food and beverages in Indonesia for the millennial generation. These factors include halal awareness, halal certification and attitudes which are important factors in influencing buying behavior directly or through buying intention as a mediating/intervening variable. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a total of 206 millennial Muslims who consume the halal product in Indonesia and also part of society with births in late 1980 to early 2000 using non-probability sampling. To assist in data analysis using sem-pls with PLS-4 application. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between halal awareness, halal certification and attitudes towards consumer buying behavior which is mediated by purchase intention. In addition, for a direct relationship between halal certification and attitudes toward buying behavior, a positive and significant effect was found. Interestingly, it was found that halal awareness has no significant effect on consumer buying behavior. This study can be used also by companies and for marketing discussions to develop halal food and beverage products for Muslim consumers in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendayagunaan wakaf produktif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat pada Yayasan Baitur Rahmah Sejahtera. Objek penelitian ini yaitu Yayasan Baitur Rahmah Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang berisikan pernyataan yang akan disebar kepada responden yaitu 30 orang penerima manfaat (mauquf ‘alaih) di Yayasan Baitur Rahmah Sejahtera. Uji prasyarat analisis memanfaatkan pengujian reliabilitas, serta pengujian validitas dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R Square) diketahui bahwa pendayagunaan wakaf produktif berpengaruh sebesar 43,4% terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Berdasarkan nilai t hitung yang didapat dari pengujian t (parsial) didapatkan nilai t hitung (4,632) > t tabel (2,048) dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dapat dikatakan bahwa pendayagunaan wakaf produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Lumajang is one of the areas in East Java, Indonesia, with a Muslim majority population. As Muslims, we must understand sharia rules, including how to manage sharia-based finance. Based on the results of the interviews, it was found that the majority of Lumajang District PKK cadres who are Muslim still do not optimally understand how to manage finances based on Islamic rules. Therefore, financial management training is needed from a sharia perspective to increase people's knowledge and abilities in managing finances according to Islamic rules to bring goodness to the world and the hereafter. Sharia-based financial management training is carried out through preparation, pre-test, training implementation, and post-test. The training results showed that the participant's understanding of sharia-based financial management increased from an average pre-test score of 71% and an average post-test score of 85%.]]>
