Abstract

Interpretations of the modern period are very diverse in terms of methodology. One of them is a work of interpretation from Muhammad Amin al-Syinqiti with his monumental work Adwa’ Al-Bayan fi Idah al-Qur'an bi Al-Qur'an. Al-Syinqiti is a Maliki scholar active in the field of education and teaching, preacher and a judge. The interpretation aims to find the meanings, wisdom and laws contained in the Qur'an, and invite Muslims to return to the Qur'an in living their lives. This study describes the methodology of its interpretation which includes the general systematic interpretation, the methods used in interpreting the Qur'an include the methods of tahlili, Muqarin, and ijmali. The analysis of tahlili and muqa>rin on ayat al-ahkam, while the ijmali method in eschatological verses and verses of nature, other than ayat al-ahkam. The form of interpretation is bi al-ma’sur and bi al-ra’yi. The form of interpretation is inseparable from the sources it uses, namely originating in the Qur'an, hadith, qaul sahabah, ulama convention, poetry, and qira'at sab'ah. The interpretation of the Qur'an with the Qur'an (verse by verse) becomes dominant in its interpretation. Salah satunya adalah sebuah karya penafsiran dari Muhammad Amin al-Syinqiti dengan karya monumentalnya Adwa’ al-Bayan fi Idah al-Qur’an bi al-Qur’an. Muhammad Amin al-Syinqiti adalah seorang ulama bermazhab Maliki yang aktif pada bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran, pendakwah dan seorang hakim. Penafsirannya bertujuan untuk menemukan makna-makna, hikmah dan hukum-hukum yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an, dan mengajak umat Islam kembali pada al-Qur’an dalam menjalani hidup. Kajian ini mendeskripsikan metodologi tafsirnya yang mencakup sistematika umum penafsirannya, metode yang digunakannya dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an diantaranya metode tahlili, Muqarin, dan ijmali. Analisis tahlili dan muqarin pada ayat al-ahkam, sedangkan metode ijmali pada ayat eskatologis dan ayat-ayat sifat, selain ayat al-ahkam. Bentuk tafsirnya adalah bi al-ma’sur dan bi al-ra’yi. Bentuk penafsirannya tidak lepas dari sumber yang digunakannya, yakni bersumber pada al-Qur’an, hadis, qaul sahabah, ijtihad ulama, syair, dan qira’at sab’ah. Penafsiran al-Qur’an dengan al-Qur’an (ayat dengan ayat) menjadi dominan dalam penafsirannya. Sedangkan corak penafsirannya adalah corak fikih dan corak bahasa.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics is a moral reference as part of the form of Akhlaqul Karimah in sharia-based business. Islamic business norms and ethics are based on good faith and mutual pleasure ('an taradhin) between parties while still adhering to the halal and toyib aspects. In carrying out business activities, al-Ghazali and Yusuf Qardhawi emphasize to always be guided by Islamic business ethics. The formulation of the problem in this thesis research is how al-Ghazali thinks about Islamic business ethics, how al-Ghazali thinks about Islamic business ethics and how is the comparison (similarity/difference) between al-Ghazali's thoughts and Yusuf Qardhawi's. In the preparation of this thesis the author uses data collection techniques in the form of library research, as the approach is used a comparative approach. Researchers used qualitative data analysis, namely data that cannot be measured or assessed with numbers directly. The result of the discussion that according to al-Ghazali and Yusuf Qardahwi, ethics (morality) is the mental state that is the source of the birth of an act in which the act was born spontaneously, easily, without calculating the benefits. In carrying out business activities, al-Ghazali and Yusuf Qardhawi emphasized to always be guided by Islamic business ethics, al-Ghazali broadly classifies them into 8 ethics, namely: 1) Business activities must be based on elements of fairness, goodness, virtue and the absence of displeacure 2) There must be clarity between businesses 3) Fostering good business relationships and trusts 4) Receivables payables must be settled immediately before the agreed time 5) Reduce margins by selling cheaper, and in turn increase profits 6) Business activities not only to pursue world profits alone , 7) Keep away from syubhat transactions, and 8) Gain profit with existing risk considerations. While Yusuf Qardhawi classified it into 4 Ethics, namely: 1) Ethics in the field of Production, 2) Ethics in the field of Consumption, 3) Ethics in the field of Circulation, and 4) Ethics in the field of Distribution. The actualization of al-Ghazali's thinking on business ethics and its role in the National economy is that the main principle in the formulation of Islamic economics is towards maslahah. Meanwhile, Yusuf Qardhawi sees that contemporary businesses contribute greatly in answering ethical issues in doing business comprehensively. In his thinking reflected that the business ethics that he initiated is a form of business professionalism that will always maintain business continuity.

Abstract

The educational process cannot be separated from changes that occur both in the cognitive, effective and psychomotor domains. However, from these changes there are permanent changes and some are independent of the education provided to students, either through education in the family, school or community. Currently, the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is being practiced by combining existing learning in schools and Islamic boarding schools, and seeing how the integration model has been developed and the collaboration of Curriculum 2013 subjects in Islamic religious education subjects in particular and Islamic boarding schools in the Al-Islamic Integrated Junior High School. Furqon Tebas. Given the learning of Islamic subjects is a core learning because it is related and has implications for everyday life, so it is necessary to establish the values of spiritual attitudes that can be integrated in the subjects and the teaching and learning process. In relation to this, it is necessary to have an educational institution that collaborates between religious education and general education based on pesantren.

Abstract

Prayer is a medium of communication between creatures and the creator. Prayer is a deterrent from evil and evil deeds. If you look at the current reality among teenagers, there have been a lot of negligence in many things. Therefore, it is necessary to have the habit of praying together at school so that good habits are embedded in teenagers from an early age. This study focused on the role of PAI teachers in disciplining the congregational prayer of students at SMAN 2 Galing Sambas with the following problems formulation: (1) the process of praying zuhur in congregation through the cooperation of teachers and parents of students, (2) the approach taken by PAI teachers in motivate students to pray zuhur in congregation, and (3) obstacles and obstacles for PAI teacher to improve the istiqomah of zuhur prayer in congregation. To achieve these objectives using a qualitative descriptive method, while the data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher uses descriptive analysis which aims to explain aspects that are relevant to the observed phenomena. The results showed that (1) The process of implementing the Zuhur prayer in congregation was carried out through the coordination of the principal, PAI teacher and parents of students. Coordination between the Principal and Islamic Religious Education Teacher and parents of students in improving the quality of congregational prayers at SMAN 2 Galing, Sambas Regency. This coordination is to discuss school programs and one of them is related to congregational prayers. The purpose of this coordination is to improve the quality of student prayer in congregation, (2) The approach taken by PAI teacher in motivating students to pray Zuhur in congregation at SMAN 2 Galing, Sambas Regency is still not optimal. The approach taken by PAI teacher is a religious approach through tausiyah activities, lectures, cults and giving advice to students. Then the individual approach focuses more on the guidance and practice of reading prayers. In addition, the prayer control book is used in an effort to improve the discipline of students praying in congregation. Finally, a group approach that leads to group guidance for students who have not been able to memorize prayer readings, and (3) Obstacles and obstacles for PAI teachers to improve the istiqomah of Zuhur prayer in congregation at SMAN 2 Galing, Sambas Regency, including internal and external obstacles and barriers. external. Internally, the obstacles and obstacles are the lack of awareness of some students to pray in congregation. Then, externally, the obstacles and constraints include the incomplete facilities for ablution facilities which are limited in the number of water faucets. In addition, many students do not bring a mukenah with the excuse of forgetting. Another obstacle that arises is the lack of involvement of other teachers in controlling, checking and reprimanding students who do not pray in congregation.

Abstract

Prayer is a Muslim's obligation, so there is no reason to abandon it except for women who are menstruating, postpartum and after giving birth. However, in the implementation of congregational prayers in the community there are differences, especially in terms of reciting zikr and prayers in congregation led by the imam. There are priests after congregational prayers reading zikr and prayers together with the congregation and there are priests after congregational prayers reading zikr and prayers in silence (reading slowly). This research is a type of qualitative library research. The data source is secondary data originating from library sources. The analytical method uses content analysis, to uncover problems in understanding differences. This difference is due to the existence of propositions or texts from the Quran and hadis which explain whether or not it is necessary to read dhikr and prayers in congregation. In fact, this difference does not need to be widely debated, but the lessons and benefits of this difference should be taken. So that the harmony and unity of Muslims is maintained and well maintained without prioritizing excessive desires and attitudes in understanding Islamic teachings, especially in terms of carrying out congregational prayers after fardhu prayers.
