Abstract

The implementation of the SDIDnTK Program in Padang City was carried out in all Puskesmas Kota Padang. SDIDTK implementation since January-Jue 2018 in Nanggalo Public Health Center has only reached 61,34% of infants, only 88,14% toddlers, while in preschool children only 28,64%. For the implementation of this program, there are still workers who can be involved, one of which is a PAUD/TK teacher. But in reality, PAUD/TK teachers have not been further exposed about the implementation of this program. Therefore it is important to provide knowledge and skills to PAUD teachers about this SDIDTK, because several aspects are assessed, can be observed directly by the teacher. The teacher interacts with ank every day. The hope is that the findings of the growth and development of teachers can be informed to the health center staff every month. The solution offered in this activity is training on the implementation of the SDIDTK program for PAUD teachers and making a communication book. The steps taken are identifying the level of PAUD teacher’s knowledge of the SDIDTK Program followed by providing material about SDIDTK and working with the health center staff in evaluating the implementation of the program. Output in the form of publication of articles in the ISSN Journal of Communication Service, Social Media and improvement of community empowerment and strengthening of knowledge and development of community habits in helathy behavior.

Abstract

In addition to preventing problems for pregnant women and their babies, the aim of quality antenatal care is to detect the emergence of these problems early and avoid negative impacts on health. This includes HIV infection. HIV prevalence in pregnant women is projected to increase from 0.38% (2012) to 0.49% (2016). Data for pregnant women infected with HIV at Puskesmas Andalas in 2017 was in the range of 1,600. It is known that data on the implementation of VCT at Puskesmas Andalas, in 2017 (January - Jun 2017) there were only 250 VCT patients, consisting of 224 pregnant women and 26 non-pregnant women, meaning that in the working area of ​​the Andalas Puskesmas only 14% of pregnant women participated to do an HIV test (VCT). Therefore, it is necessary to have community service activities to increase knowledge about HIV / AIDS screening in pregnant women. The results of the activity were counseling to 6 pregnant women from 10 target people in the Pustu Sarang Gagak Andalas Village, Padang. The output is in the form of publication of articles in public service journals that are E-ISSN and nationally accredited, social media and increasing knowledge about HIV / AIDS screening of pregnant women.

Abstract

SDN 17 Gurun Laweh is one of the schools located in Kampung Koto, Gurun Laweh Village, Nanggalo District, Padang City, does not yet have a school cafeteria, so students snack around the school. Many food vendors use motorbikes that sell around the school such as grilled meatballs, cireng and others. The school could not confirm the cleanliness and health of the snacks. The school's policy regarding snacks that students should not consume at school. The efforts that will be made are (1) To approach the school for cooperation in a healthy snack program for school students. (2) Reactivate the small doctor program. (3) Implementing the POPEYE program (PrOgram PEnyuluhan AYo Jajan SEhat) whose activities include providing education on what healthy snacks are and how to choose healthy snacks so that children can avoid disease. By using age-appropriate game media for school children and also reading fairy tales where we know children really like storytelling activities. So that children can understand the material taught and the achievements to be achieved can be achieved optimally. The targeted outputs are publication of articles in accredited national journals, publications in print and electronic media, increasing partner knowledge about healthy snacks.
