Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kelayakan bahan ajar berbasis data covid-19 untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan mahasiswa Muhammadiyah terhadap hoaks, dan (2) capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi terkait kewaspadaan terhadap hoaks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R & D) dengan model  pengembangan Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi sehingga hanya menggunakan 7 tahap saja. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini mencakup: : (1) observasi dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan desain produk, (3) pengembangan desain produk, (4) validasi desain produk, (5) perbaikan desain, (6) uji coba awal dan (7) revisi produk. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa: pedoman wawancara, lembar validasi, angket tanggapan pengguna, serta tes kewaspadaam terhadap hoaks. Subjek penelitian pada tahap pengumpulan data adalah 12 mahasiswa sedangkan pada tahap ujicoba awal produk adalah 24 mahasiswa semester 3 prodi Pendidikan Matematika yang sedang menempuh matakuliah Statistika. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan: (1) deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengolah data skor dari penilaian ahli dan respon mahasiswa terhadap tes kewaspadaan terhadap hoaks, sedangkan (2) deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan data berupa: (a) komentar saran perbaikan dari ahli pada saat proses validasi serta (b) hasil wawancara pada saat melakukan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Bahan ajar berbasis data covid-19 berbentuk video yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan kategori penilaian sangat baik; dan 2) Capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi terkait kewaspadaan terhadap hoaks cukup baik.Kata kunci: Bahan Ajar; Covid-19; Hoaks; Video dan Waspada AbstractThis study aims to determine: 1) the feasibility of Covid-19 data-based teaching materials to increase awareness of Muhammadiyah students against hoaxes, and (2) the learning outcomes of Muhammadiyah Kotabumi University students regarding awareness of hoaxes. This study uses the Research & Development (R & D) method with the modified Borg & Gall development model so that it only uses 7 stages. The development procedure in this study includes: (1) observation and information collection, (2) product design planning, (3) product design development, (4) product design validation, (5) design improvement, (6) initial trial and error. (7) product revision. The instruments used in this study were: interview guides, validation sheets, user response questionnaires, and tests for hoax alerts. The research subjects at the data collection stage were 12 students while at the initial trial stage the product was 24 students in the 3rd semester of Mathematics Education study program who were taking Statistics courses. Data analysis techniques in this study used the following approaches: (1) quantitative descriptive to process score data from expert assessments and student responses to the hoax awareness test, while (2) qualitative descriptive to describe data in the form of: (a) comments on suggestions for improvement from experts during the validation process and (b) the results of interviews during observations. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Covid-19 data-based teaching materials in the form of videos developed are suitable for use with very good assessment categories; and 2) The learning achievement of Muhammadiyah Kotabumi University students regarding awareness of hoaxes is quite good.Keywords: Alert; Covid-19; Hoax; Teaching materials; and Video

Abstract

This study aims to determine the inculcation of character values ​​by teachers in sociolinguistic phenomena in elementary schools. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The school that is the focus of the research is SD Ibnu Rusyd which is located in Kotabumi, North Lampung. The subjects in this study were 10 homeroom teachers. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the regional languages ​​of Ibnu Rusyd Islamic Elementary School students consisted of six regional languages ​​namely Javanese, Lampung, Sumendo, Palembang, Sundanese and Minang. There are 5 (five) foreign languages ​​used, namely English, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, and Indian. The inculcation of character values ​​by elementary school teacher Ibnu Rushd in the face of sociolinguistic phenomena, namely Islamic character values, tolerance, friendship, politeness, love of the country, national spirit, and curiosity. Abstract

Teknologi internet semakin mudah diakses, dengan hadirnya smartphone seakan dunia dalam genggaman. Kecanggihan smartphone menyajikan kemudahan dalam mengakses internet, media sosial dan game online. Ketidaksiapan pengetahuan dari anak-anak dalam menyaring budaya barat seakan-akan semua budaya barat patut ditiru. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan degradasi moral anak usia sekolah dasar. Degradasi moral dipandang sebagai kemerosotan nilai-nilai dan kualitas hidup serta kemerosotan identitas bangsa. Degradasi moral di sekolah dasar semakin memprihatinkan dari banyaknya penyimpangan-penyimpangan perilaku oleh pelajar sekolah dasar, seperti perkelahian antar pelajar, pemerkosaan, bullying, narkoba, pelecehan seksual, mabuk dan merokok dilingkungan sekolah di lingkungan sekolah. Degradasi moral yang terjadi pada saat ini menjadi tantangan sekolah dasar dalam implementasi kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu upaya dalam mengatasi degradasi moral di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Pendidikan karakter dapat mencegah siswa sekolah dasar dari degradasi moral. Pengembangan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum disekolah dasar maka diperlukan implementasi kedalam intrakulikuler, ekstrakulikuler dan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Dengan terbentuknya moral yang baik maka akan jadi pengingat dan batasan dalam melakukan tindakan. Penanaman karakter yang baik dalam proses pendidikan akan menghasilkan generasi yang unggul dan bermartabat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kasus pemecahan masalah modus tollens yang berkaitan dengan keyakinan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatis dengan kenis studi kasus. Kasus yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kasus kolektif. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga mahasiswa Pendidikan matematika yang telah belajar logika matematika. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah Peneliti, masalah modus tollens, rubrik indikator, lembar validasi, buku catatan dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses mental yang terkategori menjadi tiga dalam pemecahan masalah modus tolens. Tiga kategori proses mental itu adalah logic beyond belief, belief surrounds thinking1, dan belief surrounds thinking 2. Karakteristik logic beyond belief adalah menghasilkan jawaban benar dengan alasan benar, keyakinan terkontrol oleh sistem 2. Karakteristik belief surrounds thinking 1 adalah menghasilkan jawaban benar dengan alasan salah, mengubah jawaban berdasarkan keyakinan. Karakteristik belief surrounds thinking 2 adalah menghasilkan jawaban salah dengan alasan salah berdasarkan keyakinan.

Abstract

AbstractUnderstanding the concept is the main thing in learning mathematics. If mathematical concepts can be understood well, then the principles in mathematics can be applied. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using Wingeom media on students' understanding of mathematical concepts on cube and block material. This research uses Quasi Experimental Design method. The population in this study were 32 students. The instrument used in this research is a descriptive test, which consists of 8 items for the pretest and posttest, which are given after the treatment has calculated the level of difficulty, discriminating power, and instrument reliability. Based on the results of the t test by looking at the students' posttest results, the results obtained tcount = 11.240 and by using a significant level of 5% it is known that ttable = 2,042, this indicates that there is an effect of using Wingeom media on understanding mathematical concepts in cube and block material. Keywords: Wingeom Media, and Understanding Mathematical ConceptsAbstrakPemahaman konsep menjadi hal utama dalam mempelajari matematika. Jika konsep matematika dapat dipahami dengan baik, maka prinsip yang ada pada matematika dapat diterapkan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh  penggunaan media Wingeom terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada materi kubus dan balok. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dengan melihat hasil posttest  peserta didik diperoleh hasil thitung = 11,240 dan dengan menggunakan taraf signifikan 5% diketahui ttabel= 2,042 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengaruh  penggunaan media Wingeom terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis pada materi kubus dan balok. Kata Kunci : Media Wingeom, dan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis

Abstract

The implementation of entrepreneurship education emphasizes the cognitive aspect, so it has not created the entrepreneurial character yet. Besides, the unavailability of teaching materials for students related to entrepreneurship education in achieving learning outcomes. This study aims to obtain an overview of the needs assessment for preparing character-based entrepreneurship teaching materials at the University of Muhammadiyah Kotabumi. The method used was qualitative research based on the post-positivism philosophy. Data collection techniques were observations, interviews and documentation studies by testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of this study can be seen from the aspects of material substance (Excellent character, The character of the Prophet Muhammad in business, and Character of a Successful Entrepreneur From Zero), content structure aspects (Introduction, Presentation, and Closing), presentation and linguistic factors (Attractive presentation, Accuracy, Digestibility, Illustrations, and Completeness), assignment aspects (Observation, Making a business plan, and Entrepreneurial practice) and character-based question types (Assignments, Midterm exams, and Semester exams). This study indicates the need for character-based entrepreneurship teaching materials with the substance of character-based teaching materials using structures, criteria, question forms and assignments in university entrepreneurship teaching materials.

Abstract

The implementation of face-to-face learning requires strict discipline of healthy behavior. Children are expected to be able to adapt to the new habits they have to face. Disciplining children's healthy behavior during the implementation of limited learning is very important, so that children are protected from the risk of virus transmission. The purpose of community service is to provide an alternative to disciplining children in face-to-face learning through the use of Cognitive Neuroscience-Based Magic Box learning media. The service was held at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) V Kotabumi Kindergarten on October 19 2022. In this activity those involved were lecturers, teachers and students of Muhammadiyah Kotabumi University as well as teachers and students of ABA V Kindergarten as partners. The Magic Box Based on Cognitive Neuroscience is a mystery box as a learning medium for disciplining children's healthy behavior with a game method made for the introduction of concrete objects according to the stages of children's cognitive development. These objects are around children and can be used, such as masks, hand sanitizers, tissues, and so on. The methods in this service activity are socialization, training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity are 1. Increasing teacher knowledge and skills in learning neuroscience, 2. Teachers have learning media to increase the introduction of health protocol tools in applying healthy behavior discipline in learning.

Abstract

The character of students must be able to reflect the culture of the Indonesian nation. The formation of character is very important in the world of education. Education must play a role in forming character in the transformation of knowledge so that Indonesian people are knowledgeable and have character. This study aims to describe the implementation of market day in the formation of entrepreneurial character in students at Soekarno Hatta Elementary School. The methodology in research on the formation of entrepreneurial character through market day activities at Soekarno Hatta Elementary School uses descriptive qualitative methods. This method attempts to describe the phenomena that occur in character building through market day activities. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of Soekarno Hatta Elementary School located at Soekarno Hatta Elementary School, Kotabumi, North Lampung. Data collection was carried out by first observing and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis techniques used data reduction and data triangulation. The results showed that market day activities were activities for forming students' entrepreneurial character values. Entrepreneurial character values ​​formed through market day activities at SD Soekarno Hatta are honest, creative, innovative, disciplined, cooperative, responsible, independent and confident. Entrepreneurial character values ​​can be formed from market day activities in the concept of character education, namely exercise of the heart, exercise of thought, exercise of taste, and exercise.

Abstract

Pasar Baru Bangko is a traditional market whose buildings are partly owned by the Merangin district government and partly owned by the community (private sector). Even though there are two ownerships, they still have to be managed properly by both parties. Lately there has been a kind of change in pattern where people usually sell during the day, some have sold at night. Residents who sell things at night that seem disorganized or chaotic will cause problems such as disruption to pedestrians and motorists, disruption of environmental sanitation which can impact environmental health, disruption to shop owners, and so on. In connection with changes in market patterns that can have a negative impact even though there is a slight positive impact, it is necessary to do research. The research was conducted using a case study qualitative approach with the main data collection technique being observation supported by interviews and documentation and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause changes in the pattern of the new Bangko market so that it can become input for market managers, other related parties and for further researchers. The results of the study can be concluded that (1) Most of the traders in Pasar Baru Bangko have moved to selling at night due to the lack of buyers during the day; (2) It seems that the parties related to the management and control of the market are not carrying out their duties optimally due to several factors such as the lack of budget for law enforcement, especially for POL PP, UPTD Markets and so on; (3) There is no cross-sectoral cooperation, such as between POL PP, UPTD, the Department of Transportation, LH and so on, so that it seems that traders are allowing traders to sell their wares.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan seperangkat pengembangan model pembelajaran literasi numerik berbasis Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) pada kelas awal sekolah dasar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah R&D ( Research and Development ) dan secara khusus digolongkan ke dalam jenis penelitian pengembangan program pengajaran yang dilaksanakan di kelas 2 SD Soekarno Hatta Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan tes yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah penerapan model pembelajaran literasi numerasi berbasis DAP di kelas 2 SD Sukarno Hatta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa dari skor rata-rata awal 55,71 menjadi skor rata-rata 86,42. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan model dan guru menerapkannya pada pembelajaran di kelas awal, hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan tertinggi sebesar 50,00 dan terendah sebesar 10,00. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran literasi numerasi di SD Sukarno Hatta Kotabumi Lampung yang sangat signifikan ditunjukkan dari t hitung = 14,096 dengan nilai p 0,001 . Dengan demikian rancangan model pembelajaran literasi numerasi berbasis DAP dapat dijadikan alternatif pilihan guru dalam pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa sekolah dasar awal.
