Abstract

tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah penjualan yang harus dicapai untuk memperoleh tingkat keuntungan optimal dan mengetahui penjualan di 18 depot air minum di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan hingga mencapai break even point dan margin of safety. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Studi Kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 depot air minum isi ulang di kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk memperoleh tingkat keuntungan yang optimal masing-masing depot air minum isi ulang harus mencapai penjualan sebanyak 2.204 unit perbulan sehingga mencapai titik break even point yaitu 1.229 unit atau dalam rupiah sebesar Rp. 6.492.832. dengan margin of safety sebesar 56%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model on students' mathematical abilities. This research was conducted at Public Junior High School 2 Hinai. The population in this study were all grade VII students of Public Junior High School 2 Hinai as many as 4 classes with a total population of 83 students. The sample in this study was class VII A which consisted of 20 people as the experimental class and class VII B amounted to 20 people as the control class. This type of research is quasi-experimental, the instrument used to collect data is a test containing 5 questions describing students' mathematical abilities. The data analysis technique used normality test, homogeneity, simple linear regression test, linearity, significance and hypothesis testing. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that the r count value is 0.94 with r table 0.45, so r count > r table (0.94 > 0.45), which means that it accepts Ha, that is, there is an influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on students' mathematical abilities in class VII Public Junior High School 2 Hinai.

Abstract

This research discusses customer satisfaction. It's based on short interviews conducted with visitors to Vasaka The Reiz Condo. This research shows an indication of visitor dissatisfaction with the facilities and quality of services provided. The problem is based on short interview observations aimed at visitors. There is visitor dissatisfaction with the facilities and quality of services provided. The long distance to the shopping center and the non-implementation of smart home system innovations are indicated as deficiencies. This study focuses on knowing whether there is an influence between facilities (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). This study used a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression models as the data analysis model. Questionnaires were distributed to 49 visitors who were then processed using the SPSS program. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the R2 test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the partial test, it was also found that there was a positive effect between facilities and customer satisfaction, but on service quality, there was no effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by the resulting negative count. Moreover, the magnitude of the influence between facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction is 33%.

Abstract

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the education section. All educators and students are affected by this pandemic. All learning processes, which are usually done face-to-face, under government recommendations, must be carried out online from home ( E-learning ) now. Thus, online-based distance learning (E-learning) is becoming more and more developed with a variety of different techniques and strategies. One form of utilizing E-Learning applications that can be used for current learning activities is Quizizz. Quizizz can be used as a solution to create interactive and fun online interactive quizzes. Quizizzhas many advantages that are very useful in motivating students to learn by using the principle of learning while playing. The purpose of this research is to assist teachers to be able to use and utilize online learning media with the support of the Quizizzapplication to create cool, contemporary, interactive and fun online interactive quizzes. The implementation method is carried out in the form of training activities for making cool and contemporary online interactive quiz games, with the participants from Alqur'an Taqarrub Kindergarten teachers, Medan. Based on these training activities, it was identified that the teachers were very enthusiastic and understood how to make their quizzes for kindergarten students by using the menu provided. Thus, it is clear that the use of the Quizizz E-Learning application can assist teachers as educators in conducting evaluations without being limited by place, an attractive appearance and regulated time settings guide students' concentration.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali ilmu kepada masyarakat khususnya generasi muda desa karang gading, tentang undang-undang perkawinan, pengetahuan tentang narkoba dan bahayanya dan pengetahuan pentingnya kewirausahaan. Pengabdian masyarakat kami laksanakan pada tanggal 30 juni 2022 bertempat di kantor desa karang gading kecamatan secanggang kabupaten langkat dan diikuti oleh 30 remaja setempat. Peserta pengabdian terdiri dari dosen-dosen semua program studi yang ada di lingkungan stkip budidaya yang berjumlah 19 orang dibantu oleh panitia pelaksana berjumlah 10 orang : empat orang dari mahasiswa stkip budidaya, 2 orang staff administrasi stkip budidaya, dan 4 orang pemuda setempat. Biaya pengabdian masyarakat ditanggung bersama pelaksana pengabdian sebesar Rp 5.000.000,- (lima juta rupiah). Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat didukung penuh oleh yayasan perguruan tinggi budidaya, stkip budidaya, dan pemerintah desa karang gading, dan remaja.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the increase in the mathematical communication skills of class XI students at Tamansiswa Private Vocational School, Padang Tualang Branch, for the 2020/2021 academic year, which was taught using the group investigation learning model. In this study using the type of experimental research with data analysis techniques that are processed quantitatively. This research was conducted at the Tamansiswa Private Vocational School, Padang Tualang Branch. The samples used in this study were 2 classes among 3 classes, namely class XI TKRO-1 as the control class and XI TKRO-2 as the experimental class, each of which used SPSS Version 20. Before testing the hypothesis, the validity and reliability instruments were first tested. , it is known that the data is valid and reliable and the n-gain test is carried out then the normality and homogeneity tests are carried out. The n-gain values ??for students' mathematical communication skills for the experimental class and the control class are 5.5 and 2.1 and based on the calculations, the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Which means that there is an influence or significant increase in the results of students' mathematical communication abilities that have been applied between the group investigation learning model and conventional learning methods.
