Abstract

Pandemi Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) terjadi di lebih dari 200 negara termasuk Indonesia, telah mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi. Covid-19 memaksa masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi secara online dengan menggunakan platform seperti Zoom, Google-meet, Webex, dan platform lainnya. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami dampak yang mengharuskan berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi secara online  adalah sektor pendidikan, hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mencegah penyebaran dan penularan Covid-19. Salah satu kegiatan di sektor pendidikan yang harus dilaksanakan secara online adalah seminar. Seminar yang dilaksanakan secara online di masa pandemi  Covid-19 ini dikenal dengan sebutan Webinar. Pada webinar, pengelola webinar menghadapi permasalahan setelah pelaksanaan webinar yaitu bagaimana mengenerate dan mengirimkan sertifikat kepada peserta webinar secara massal. Penelitian ini telah mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web yang diberi nama Cobinar. Cobinar merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membantu pengelola webinar dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang berkaitan generate dan pengiriman sertifikat massal kepada peserta webinar. Aplikasi Cobinar dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan Database Management System (DBMS) MySql. Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, aplikasi Cobinar ini mampu mengenerate dan mengirimkan sertifikat ke peserta webinar dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian menggunakan  User Acceptance Test (UAT)  yang menyatakan bahwa 95 persen pengguna menyatakan bahwa aplikasi Cobinar mudah untuk dijalankan. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengelola webinar untuk mengenerate dan mengirimkan sertifikat webinar kepada peserta. AbstractThe Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic occurred in more than 200 countries, including Indonesia, which has changed people's habits in communicating and interacting. Covid-19 forces people to communicate and interact online using Zoom, Google-meet, Webex, and other platforms. One sector that has experienced the impact of communicating and interacting online is the education sector, which aims to prevent the spread and transmission of Covid-19. One of the activities in the education sector that must be carried out online is a conference. This conference, which was held online during the Covid-19 pandemic, is known as a Webinar. The webinar manager faced a problem after the webinar, namely, how to generate and send certificates to webinar participants. This research has developed a web-based application called Cobinar. Cobinar is an application used to assist webinar managers in overcoming problems related to generating and sending mass certificates to webinar participants. The Cobinar application was developed using the PHP programming language and using the MySql Database Management System (DBMS). While the software development method used is Waterfall. The Cobinar application can generate and send certificates to webinar participants more effectively and efficiently based on testing. It can be seen from the results of testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT), which states that 95 percent of users state that the Cobinar application is easy to operate. The main contribution of this research is the development of an application that webinar administrators can use to generate and send webinar certificates to participants.

Abstract

Similar to the internet, blockchain technology could be the next digital revolution. Blockchains offer tremendous potential, which is why numerous businesses have begun implementing this technology. With the internet enabling the transmission of information, blockchain enables the communication of value. Blockchain is not only associated with cryptocurrencies; thanks to this technology, businesses may increase brand value. As blockchain is a developing technology, there are still numerous possible applications. This has prompted us to investigate the viability of implementing blockchain in the marketing industry. This study examines the application of blockchain technology in the digital marketing industry. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. The survey results indicate that blockchain is very effective in digital marketing since it may increase consumer trust. This is because blockchain technology guarantees the honesty and integrity of data. In addition, blockchain technology eliminates intermediaries, making the marketing process more straightforward, cheaper, faster, and more accessible.

Abstract

More and more users and business owners are gravitating toward short films. Short videos are now more engaging and entertaining due to more interactive engagements and the development of artificial intelligence technology like facial recognition. Short video marketing communications emerged due to the rapid growth of short videos. Social media usage is one kind of short video marketing communication. Short videos can now be uploaded to social media platforms for communication. TikTok is one of those social media sites. To sell its app, TikTok uses short movies that, thanks to an algorithm, quickly become viral hits. This study aims to identify Social Media Algorithms and Short Videos as Effective Communication Media in Tourism Marketing. Descriptive techniques are used in this study's qualitative methodology. The findings of the study demonstrate how social platforms like TikTok, which use algorithms based on user preferences and short films uploaded to social media, have changed how prospective tourists learn about places to visit the use of brief videos through social media platforms as marketing communications influences tourists' perceptions of destination image and tourist intentions, with interactive marketing playing a more significant role. This study investigates empirically the influence of usage on perceptions of destination image and tourism intentions. Regarding the effect of visitor intention, the influence of tourist attractions and accommodations is greater than that of short video marketing on image perception.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) sekarang ini menawarkan berbagai kemudahan untuk melakukan segala aktivitas. Salah satu pemanfaatan TI adalah dalam kegiatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang dapat memudahkan dalam penyediaan data dan informasi administrasi pemerintahan desa dengan cepat. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM), tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan pemanfaatan aplikasi Siberas bagi aparat dan masyarakat di Desa Lasiwala sebanyak 26 orang. Kegiatan PkM ini berlangsung pada bulan september 2021, dimulai dari tahap update data Siberas oleh aparat dengan bersinergi dengan tim PkM sampai pelaksanaan pendampingan pada tanggal 21-22 september 2021. Adapun metode pelaksanaan PkM terdiri atas: (1) penyediaan data kependudukan yang akan diinput pada aplikasi Siberas; (2) pendampingan pemanfaatan aplikasi Siberas bagi aparat desa dan masyarakat Desa Lasiwala dilaksanakan dengan cara pemaparan materi dan praktik langsung penggunaan aplikasi Siberas; (3) materi PkM berupa cara penggunaan aplikasi Siberas kepada aparat desa dan masyarakat Desa Lasiwala; dan (4) deskripsi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Setelah pendampingan berlangsung, dilakukan evaluasi dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan PkM. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa peserta membutuhkan aplikasi Siberas sebagai pendukung efektivitas pelayanan publik sebesar 86%, membantu mempermudah pengguna dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi sebesar 81%, membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan aplikasi sebesar 86% dan yang menyatakan sangat membutuhkan pelatihan agar dapat menggunakan aplikasi Siberas sebesar 90%. Pemanfaatan Siberas didukung kebiasaan peserta PkM menggunakan internet (93%).  Adapun kendala dalam PkM ini adalah koneksi internet yang tidak stabil. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan IT dalam pelayanan publik di tingkat desa dapat memudahkan aparat desa maupun masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi dan layanan dengan cepat.The rapid development and use of information technology (IT) now offer various conveniences for all activities. One of the uses of IT is in village administration activities which can quickly facilitate the provision of data and information on village government administration. Through PkM activities, the community service team assisted in using the SIBERAS application for 26 officers and the community in Lasiwala village. This PkM activity will take place in September 2021, starting from the SIBERAS data updating stage by officials in synergy with the PkM team until the implementation of assistance on September 21-22, 2021. The PkM implementation method consists of (1) provision of population data which will be inputted to the SIBERAS application; (2) assisting the use of the SIBERAS application for village officials and the Lasiwala village community is carried out by means of the presentation of material and direct practice of using the SIBERAS application; (3) PkM materials in the form of how to use the SIBERAS application for village officials and the Lasiwala village community; (4) Description of activity implementation. After the mentoring took place, an evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires to see the level of success of the PkM implementation. The results of the questionnaire show that participants need the SIBERAS application to support the effectiveness of public services by 86%, help make it easier for users to use the application 81%, help increase motivation and confidence in using the application by 86% and those who say they need training to be able to use the SIBERAS application by 90%. The use of SIBERAS is supported by the habits of PkM participants using the internet (93%). The obstacle in this PkM is an unstable internet connection. Based on these results, it is concluded that the use of IT in public services at the village level can make it easier for village officials and the community to get information and services quickly..
