Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan kanker yang paling umum terjadi pada wanita di dunia, terutama di negara berkembang. Pasien kanker payudara harus menjalani serangkaian pengobatan dan intervensi medis yang relatif lama, hal tersebut menimbulkan efek yang tidak menyenangkan bagi pasien, contohnya kemoterapi. Efek kemoterapi secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis berupa kecemasan dan depresi. Kecemasan dan depresi pada pasien kanker payudara mengalami peningkatan atau bahkan penurunan dari tahun ke tahun setelah ditegakkan diagnosis. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor kecemasan dan depresi pada pasien kanker payudara dengan usia penyakit <1 tahun dan >1 tahun.  Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriftif komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan dua kelompok dan membandingkan antara dua kelompok tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 39 responden. Data dianalisa menggunakan uji t tidak berpasangan. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor kecemasan antara pasien kanker payudara dengan usia penyakit <1 tahun dan >1 tahun (p value 0,0001), begitu juga dengan skor depresi (p value 0,004). Skor kecemasan serta depresi pada pasien kanker cenderung menurun setelah satu tahun diagnosis, hal tersebut dikarenakan responden sudah mulai beradaptasi hidup dengan kanker, bertahan, serta mengambil sisi positif dari penderitaan yang dialami sehingga responden akan mencoba untuk melakukan yang terbaik untuk kehidupan mereka. Kata Kunci: depresi, kanker payudara, kecemasan

Abstract

Objective:  To find out the self concept in students who have acne and weight level sedan in the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.Methods:   This study used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The samples in this research were 9 participants who are students semester 1, 3, 5, and 7. The sampling method using purposive sampling.Results:   Research results obtained include a self-concept that consists of body image, self-identity, the role of self, ideal self, and self-esteem. 7 of 9 participants felt ashamed, withdraw / covering his face with a mask thereby affecting her confidence. All the participants can assess themselves and be confident to mention the benefits and drawbacks, still play an active role both in the campus environment, family and community circles. Have a realistic desire and attitude standards-compliant private individuals. 7 of 9 participants had low self esteem because facial acne while 2 of 9 participants have high self esteem.Conclusion:   From the results of the study, it was found that not all students self-concepts were impaired. Of the five self-concepts found that adolescents experience disturbances in body image and self-esteem.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology (IT) in the community is very rapid and able to change human lifestyles to meet information needs. Nowadays, information can spread very quickly and be difficult to control which causes an increase in the use of IT, especially social media. This has led to bullying behavior through  social media (cyberbullying), especially among adolescents who have a negative impact and influence on behavior such as the personality and self-control. Objective:To determine the correlation between students' characteristics (personality and self-control) and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in the Faculty of Health Sciences UMP.Method: This is a quantitative correlational study with a cross-sectional approach. The population is 43 students who were the cyberbullying perpetrators at the Faculty of Health Sciences UMP. The sampling technique was total sampling; it selected 43 students. The researchers used univariate and bivariate analysis.Results: It shows that more respondents are women or 34 people (79.1%) than men who are only 9 people (20.9%). The respondents who have introverted personality types are 19 people (44.2%) and 24 people (55.8%) are extroverted. The ability of self-control is mostly moderate, it shows 18 people are moderate (41.9%), 10 people (23.3%) are very low and 1 person (2.3%) is very high. Based on the Sig. (2-tailed) between personality type (X1) and cyberbullying behavior (Y) it showed a score of 0.035 0.05, and between quality control (X2) and cyberbullying behavior (Y) the score of 0.009 0.05 was obtained, so that it could be concluded that there is a correlation between the characteristics of students and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior.Conclusion: Most of the students were in extrovert personality types (55%) and the quality of self-control was in the moderate category (41.9%).

Abstract

Since March 2020, Indonesian has become one of  the countries on the list of the spread of the Covid-19 virus pandemic. This has an impact on the education sector. Elementary school age children are one of the age groups that are vulnerable to the Covid-19 virus and Indonesia in of the countries with the highest child Covid-19 death rate in the world. The year 2022 is known as the normal area. The Ministry of Education and Culture gives regional authority to hold limited face-to-face meetings while continuing to carry out health protocols. One of health protocols implemented is wearing a mask. Health education that is often done is wearing the right mask, but for education what do and don’t while wearing mask, removing the mask and disposing of the mask properly is still rarely done. The use of masks and proper treatment of mask contribute to breaking the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 Virus. This activity aims to provide education on the importance of mask management, mask removal, and mask disposal. The method used is counseling and joint simulation. Students who take part in the activity give a good response by paying attention and participating in the activity.   Keyword : COVID-19, Mask, Vaccine

Abstract

Thesis is one part of a subject that is considered difficult by students, the difficulties and obstacles develop into negative attitudes that can eventually cause anxiety which also causes students to delay the preparation of their thesis. The anxiety felt by students can be reduced by the support of their families, especially parents. The purpose of the study is to describe the anxiety factor in students in completing thesis in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The research design used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. This research method is a method of observation and interviews with 6 participants. Qualitative data collection was conducted at the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) at University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto in February-April 2020. To make it easier to find some keywords to obtain the theme to be discussed, it uses the MAXQDA 2018 software in this study. The anxiety factor of the participants was strongly influenced by the role of the family, especially the parents, towards attitudes and personalities of individuals in completing the thesis. And based on the results of research regarding the anxiety factor from participants, it can be concluded that it was strongly influenced by the role of the family, especially the parents, towards attitudes and personalities of individuals in completing the thesis.

Abstract

Stop stigma educational video “they are us” aims to eliminating the stigma in fikes students and shifting the negative stigma  be a positive stigma against people with mental disorders. This study aims to determine the stop-stigma educational video entitled “They Are Us” towards students of Health and Science Faculty. This study used a quasi-experimental method with one-group pre-test and post-test designs. The research sample was 166 respondents, using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used was a stigma questionnaire sheet adapted from research conducted by Sasra (2018) in Padang. The results of this study show the stigma of pre-test (39,40) and post-test  (62.28). The result of the Wilcoxon pre-test, post-test of stigma indicate a significance level of 0.000 (P 0.05).  In conclusion There is a significant effect of giving the stop-stigma educational  video entitled “They Are Us” towards students of Health and Science Faculty.

Abstract

World Health Organization declared covid-19 as the sixth public health emergency that required global attention. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the risk of complications which was higher in some vulnerable populations including the elderly. Moreover, Covid-19 prevention such as self-isolation and quarantine affected community activities as well as causing psychosocial problems, one of which was anxiety. Some anxiety treatments could be conducted using distraction techniques, deep breathing, and music therapy including murottal Al Qur’an. To figure out the effect of the medium of murottal of Surah Ar-Rad verses 1-28 with video as the media on the elderly anxiety level in rw 02 Batursari village in Covid-19 times. The study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design. Measurement of research variables was carried out before and after giving the medium of the video to the elderly who experienced anxiety. The samples were 41 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 64 years, with an average value of anxiety level before the medium of 10.14 and after the medium, the average value of the respondent's anxiety level decreased to 3.65 or decreased by 6.49. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, the results obtained a Z value of -7.897 and a significance value of 0.001 (p 0.05) with an effect size of 1.23. Therefore, there was the effect of the medium of murottal of surah Ar-Rad verses 1-28 with video on the elderly anxiety level in RW 02 Batursari village during in Covid-19 times. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Orang gangguan jiwa sering dianggap berbahaya, tidak dapat diprediksi, rentan terhadap kekerasan, menakutkan dan berbagai stigma negative bagi sebagian besar mahasiswa keperawatan. Keyakinan dan pandangan yang dimiliki mahasiswa dapat menghalangi kemampuan mahasiswa keperawatan untuk memiliki empati dalam berinteraksi dan merawat pasien dengan penyakit mental di area klinis/RSJ. Kurangnya empati pada mahasiswa yang disebabkan oleh stigma negatif dapat diatasi dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya adalah dengan direct contact challenge. Direct contact challenge merupakan sebuah rangkaian program terdiri dari edukasi terkait gangguan jiwa, kemudian peserta diberikan tantangan untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan orang gangguan jiwa yang ada di jalanan (gelandangan psikotik) serta memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya (memberi makan, minum, merawat kebersihan diri). Interaksi langsung dengan orang gangguan jiwa dapat meningkatkan empati dan menurunkan stigma negative mahasiswa. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh direct contact challenge terhadap stigma dan empati mahasiswa terhadap orang gangguan jiwa. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperiment intact-group comparison. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa keperawatan s1 semester V. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 81 mahasiswa pada kelompok intervensi dan 81 pada kelompok kontrol, pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Instrument yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner Emphaty Toward the Mentally Ill Scale untuk mengukur empati mahasiswa terhadap orang gangguan jiwa dan kuesioner Community Attitudes Toward the Mentally Ill Scale (CAMI) Hasil : Rata-rata nilai stigma sebelum perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi adalah 96,4 dan pada control 92,3 skor Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p=0.0001 pada skor stigma dan p=0.0001 pada empati, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata skor stigma dab empati sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan antara kedua kelompok. Kesimpulan : Direct contact challenge dapat menurunkan stigma negative dan meningkatkan empati mahasiswa terhadap orang gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The spread of COVID-19 has significantly changed the state of the situation. COVID-19 imposes restrictions on society which affects difficulties in health services. It is necessary to have training for cadres to support this matter. Training can be in the form of detecting early health independently to assist health workers in monitoring public health. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the RUMBELA BAKES project on the knowledge and skills in the physical health aspect of cadres in Suro Village. This study implemented Pre Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The measurement of this research variable was carried out before and after the RUMBELA BAKES project. The sample selected in this study was 40 respondents with a total sampling technique. The results revealed that most Suro cadres aged 36-45 years were 14 people (35%). This research discovered an effect of the RUMBELA BAKES project evidenced by the Wilcoxon test results. Based on the Wilcoxon test, all variables obtained an asymp sign (2-tailed) value of 0,000, and the Z value was based on negative ranks. The “RUMBELA BAKES” (Rumah Belajar dan Balai Kesehatan/ Health And Study Home Center) project affects cadres knowledge and skills physical health aspect of Suro Village.  Keywords: Knowledge, Skills, RUMBELA BAKES, Cadre  ABSTRAK Penyebaran COVID-19 memiliki pengaruh besar dalam perubahan kondisi saat ini. COVID-19 memberikan keterbatasan pada masyarakat. Masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam layanan kesehatan sehingga untuk menunjang hal ini diperlukan adanya pelatihan kepada kader. Pelatihan dapat berupa mendeteksi kesehatan dini secara mandiri sehingga membantu tenaga kesehatan dalam memantau kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh program RUMBELA BAKES terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan diaspek kesehatan fisik pada kader di Desa Suro. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-Experimental Designs With One Grup Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengukuran variabel penelitian ini dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah adanya program RUMBELA BAKES. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa mayoritas usia kader Suro dengan rentang 36-45 tahun sebanyak 14 orang (35%). Penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh adanya program RUMBELA BAKES dibuktikan dengan hasil uji wilcoxon. Abstract

Sirkumsisi menurut sebagian ulama hukumnya wajib bagi muslim laki-laki. Prevalensi sirkumsisi di Indonesia adalah 90%. Sirkumsisi merupakan prosedur bedah minor yang pada umumnya dapat menimbulkan nyeri dan seringkali menjadi hal yang menakutkan bagi anak. Anak yang akan disirkumsisi sering merasa ketakutan dan terbayang hal yang negative dari rasa sakit yang akan dialami, hal tersebut sering menimbulkan masalahpsikologis seperti kecemasan, ketakutan, kepanikan hingga stress. Stress merupakan hal yang paling sering terjadi dialami oleh anak yang akan disirkumsisi. Stress jika dibiarkan akan menimbulkan masalah kesehatan jiwa yang lebih serius, salah satunya adalah Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Stress pada anak yang akan disirkumsisi sering kali tidak mendapat perhatian yang serius, baik oleh orang tua maupun tenaga kesehatan. Stress pada anak dapat diatasi dengan berbagai intervensi, salah satunya adalah spiritual mindfulness caring. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah anak akan memiliki koping yang adaptif saat mengatasi masalah stress ketika disirkumsisi dan digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dalam menghadapi berbagai masalah. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode pretest untuk mengukur stress, melakukan diskusi, sharing, praktek, roleplay dan posttest stress. Hasil: anak-anak mampu mempraktekkan mindfulness spiritual dan memiliki skor stress yang lebih rendahdibanding sebelumnya. Kesimpulan: mindfulness spiritual mampu menurunkan masalah stress pada anak yang dilakukan sirkumsisi.
