Abstract

Local history includes a wide range of knowledge and noble values in a society that can be used as one perspective that is held in life. Those values can be attributed to learning course that leads to the affective attitude of the students. For society, the fabric sasirangan open just an ordinary cloth but the terms of the meaning and significance of the sublime. In this study local history lesson on the meaning attributed to shades of fabric sasirangan. The method used in this research is descriptive evaluative namely by combining the results of field exposure and testing of the products with evaluative methods. Stages in the development of this research are: 1) The preliminary research stage, 2) stage of media development, 3) stages try uj media (product). For data analysis hit feasibility media has been developed using a Likert scale ranges 5. The media effectiveness test using the test T. From the T test results we can conclude that H0 is rejected. Then there are differences in effect on student achievement scores between the experimental class and control class. Through these results we can conclude that the use of instructional media berbasi sasirangan fabric patterns can impact the value of student achievement. As for the assessment of cultural awareness, It can be said there has been a good improvement of student achievement scores between before being given to the media after being given media.

Abstract

            The press is one of the institutions in society that bridges information between the public and the government through the mass media. In the life of a democratic community, nation, and state, freedom to express thoughts and opinions according to one's conscience and the right to obtain information must be guaranteed because these are the most basic human rights. In reality, the implementation of press freedom in the Reformation Era still faces many obstacles. Considering the political direction previously during the New Order era, which tended to be personal, very strong, and authoritative, in the following period, there were major changes for the press in Indonesia, including in Banjarmasin. This study explores how is the role of PWI in unifying forum for journalists nationall and creating a major contribution to maintaining the pillars of democracy in the realization of the post-1998 press in Banjarmasin City.Keywords: Press, Banjarmasin City, Post-1998

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah remaja putus sekolah secara tidak langsung memberikan sumbangan permasalahan penurunan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Perihal ini dikarenakan remaja merupakan aset negara di masa yang akan datang. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pelayanan sosial guna meningkatkan kualitas. Secara khusus, artikel bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelayanan sosial sosial berbasis lembaga bagi remaja putus sekolah. Pelayanan sosial tidak hanya terbatas pada peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, tetapi juga keterampilan dan moralitas. Studi literatur digunakan dalam mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif artikel ini. Demikian, diperlukan pencarian literatur dan telaah mendalam terkait permasalahan yang dikaji. Hasil yang dideskripsikan oleh artikel ini terkait pelayanan sosial berbasis lembaga merupakan bentuk sinergitas masyarakat dan pemerintah. Pelayanan sosial ditujukan untuk mengembalikan peranan sosial penerima manfaat sehingga mereka dapat menjalankan tugas-tugas kehidupannya sesuai dengan perannya. Adapun pelayanan sosial berbasis lembaga bagi remaja putus sekolah, diinisiasi pemerintah yaitu Pelayanan Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR). Pelayanan sosial yang diberikan oleh PSBR dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pembinaan moralitas serta keterampilan kerja. Sehingga, remaja memiliki kemampuan dan kemandirian.

Abstract

Fenomena anak-anak menjadi pengamen di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, seperti halmya fenomena di Kota Banjarmasin. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji factor-faktor sosial dan peran orang tua terhadap kegiatan anak-anak pengamen yang ada di kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak pengamen di Kota Banjarmasin berasal dari keluarga yang kurang mampu dan memiliki pendidikan yang sangat rendah, serta ekonomi yang dibawah, bentuk eksploitasi keluarga terhadap anak-anak tersebut adalah menjadikan mereka sebagai pengamen yang biasanya berada di wilayah lampu merah. Pemerintah juga telah melakukan berbagai macam upaya untuk mengurangi jumlah pengamen anak-anak di jalan kota Banjarmasin, tetapi hasilnya belum maksimal hingga saat ini terutama dalam masa pandemic covid-19 semakin menjamur.

Abstract

Tracing the life of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era brings significant changes in the order of human life today. The atmosphere of the Covid-19 Pandemic also adds to the strangeness of life problems seen from the limitations of human life access and interaction. Education is still the spearhead in preparing the nation's next-generation that is adaptive, creative, innovative, and highly competitive in the rapid development of the times because the education sector focuses on facing life in the digital age. This study aims to analyze the course of history learning in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and the use of digital history as a source of history in digital form to prepare for the era of technological disruption in history learning. The qualitative descriptive method consists of data collection, data reduction, presentation of the conclusion, and testing that the data is valid using triangulation techniques and sources. The research subjects were 100 students in semesters two, four, and six in a history education study program active in online lectures. Through the analysis in this study, it can be understood that there are obstacles to the implementation of online learning by students, especially in using learning resources. In addition, it is known that using digital history following the learning objectives is not optimal. They optimize the use of digital learning resources in history learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, providing flexibility and independence in learning. Students are invited to explore, create, and study more deeply about digital history by learning resources through digital history.Menelusuri kehidupan era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa perubahan signifikan dalam tatanan kehidupan manusia saat ini. Suasana Pandemi Covid-19 juga menambah keanehan permasalahan kehidupan dilihat dari keterbatasan akses dan interaksi kehidupan manusia. Pendidikan masih menjadi ujung tombak dalam mempersiapkan generasi penerus bangsa yang adaptif, kreatif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing tinggi di tengah pesatnya perkembangan zaman karena dunia pendidikan fokus menghadapi kehidupan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jalannya pembelajaran sejarah di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan pemanfaatan Sejarah Digital sebagai sumber sejarah dalam bentuk digital untuk mempersiapkan era disrupsi teknologi dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Metode deskriptif kualitatif terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian kesimpulan, dan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan sumber. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa semester dua, empat, dan enam di prodi pendidikan sejarah yang aktif dalam perkuliahan online. Melalui analisis dalam penelitian ini, dapat dipahami bahwa terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran online oleh peserta didik, khususnya dalam menggunakan sumber belajar. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa penggunaan sejarah digital sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran belum optimal. Mereka mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber belajar digital dalam pembelajaran sejarah di masa pandemi Covid-19, memberikan keleluasaan dan kemandirian dalam belajar. Peserta didik diajak untuk mengeksplorasi, berkreasi, dan mempelajari lebih dalam tentang sejarah digital dengan mempelajari sumber daya melalui sejarah Digital.

Abstract

South Kalimantan is an area with a majority Islamic population, but in the majority religious tolerance has proven strong, the evidence is in the form of places of worship for non-Muslim residents. One proof is the Catholic Church in Kelayan which has been established since 1939, so the development of this church is interesting to study more deeply and more broadly. This study aims to describe the history of the establishment, development of activities, and services of the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary from 1939-2020. The method used in this study uses historical methods consisting of Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography. Heuristics, the data collection stage, both primary and secondary data, data sources are obtained through 3 things, namely oral sources obtained from interviews, written sources obtained from books, journals, articles, and object sources obtained by researchers when viewing the building or the state of the church. After the data is collected, the next stage is source criticism, the next is interpretation and the last is the historiography or writing stage. The results of this research that the Catholic Church has been established for 81 years, so it has a lot of history that is engraved, starting from a priest named Mgr, Kusters MSF who wants to expand the teachings of Catholicism in South Kalimantan and has a mission to establish a Catholic Church in Kelayan which is still still stands firmly in the West Kelayan Village

Abstract

The Baarak Naga tradition which is held in Ulu Benteng Village, Marabahan District, Barito Kuala Regency is a hereditary tradition for residents who have a dragon lineage when they are about to get married. This tradition only exists in Ulu Benteng Village, where the majority of the population is the Bakumpai Dayak Tribe. However, as the times progressed, this tradition began to be rarely carried out only a few times a year. This study intends to determine the origin and process of implementing the dragon Baarak tradition in Ulu Benteng Village, Marabahan District. The method used in this study uses the historical method which has several stages, namely Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography. The first stage is Heuristics or data collection. The data was obtained through primary sources, namely direct interviews with the descendants of the owners and custodians of the dragon's head as well as residents who have carried out this tradition. While secondary data can be obtained through books, scientific journals, articles on the internet and direct observations of research. After receiving the data, the next stage is criticism, both external criticism and internal criticism. The data that is criticized goes back to the Interpretation stage and ends with the historiography or writing stage. The results showed that the Baarak Naga tradition existed more than 100 years ago as a form of respect for their ancestors and asking for blessings so that the marriage process runs smoothly and safely

Abstract

The phenomenal development of history learning in developed countries has made history education experts in Indonesia train students to think historically and believe that learning history must be based on historical central issues. However, the implementation of historical thinking is based onissuehistorical centre as a powerful way to achieve critical historical learning is not without challenges. Many historical education experts admit that historical thinking is the best way to teach students to learn the critical history and be able to relate problemscontemporaryto historical phenomena to carry out successfully. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the learning model think historically (MPBH) based issue central history in the European History course. Data obtained from 2 classes with a population of 70 people. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The research findings are significant differences between the experimental and control classes in improvement ability think critical student. Conclusione ffectiveness MPBH based on the central historical issue in this research has not been able to generalize still needed to expand the research by increasing the population and a wider area.

Abstract

Abstract Change layout: how to learn and learn the history that occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all over the world, especially in the field of education and learning history in the department of history of education FKIP ULM. In addition to the challenges of the times, global change is increasingly urgent because of a transformation in the education system and learning in Indonesia. In accordance with the demands that we should be able to survive in the midst of the complexity of the challenge and complexity of life in the pandemic. Digital technologies continue to evolve into an integral part in the education world additionally traffic digital literacy to be an ability that must be possessed to be able to explore the information, the message and also process them with good so right on target. Abstract

The development of historical science in exploring the causes of historical phenomena or causality with monocausal and multicausal approaches has progressed rapidly. However, it is inversely proportional to the study of history which still often explains historical causality with a single one (monocausality) or a centric logo without a scientific approach with a cognitive assessment only. Whereas the causes of history can be explained by the approach of a science (monocausality) and various (multi causality) with a multidimensional approach. The purpose of this study is to provide an alternative for teachers who teach history so that students can analyze various historical causality so that they are not only able to think critically but also be creative and adults so they can get used to the differences. Likewise, the assessment must be directed towards authentic assessment that can bring students to be creative and mature so that they are familiar with differences. The source of this study is through literature studies. The results of the writing are an alternative for history teachers so that students are accustomed to analyzing causality in seeing historical phenomena both mono under the demands of the 2013 curriculum.
