Abstract

Abstrak : Teknologi telah mengubah paradigma kehidupan manusia menjadi lebih mudah sehingga segala hal yang kita kerjakan bisa lebih efisien dan efektif. Tata Usaha merupakan bagian dari institusi yang diberi wewenang untuk menangani dokumen dan pengarsipan. Pengaturan terhadap pengarsipan dokumen sering terjadi masalah karena belum dapat terintegrasi dengan baik dan masih berupa arsip fisik. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang ada sekarang memungkinkan pengelolaan dokumen dan pengarsipan dilakukan secara digital. Sistem yang dirancang meliputi pengelolaan kategori dan arsip, pengelolaan user, pembagian hak akses terhadap arsip dan pencarian arsip. Untuk itulah dirancang sebuah Sistem pengarsipan digital yang dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman foxpro. Rancangan sistem ini diharapkan bisa menghasilkan output seperti yang diharapkan dan tampilan dari sistem pengarsipan, proses data dan masukan digital bisa memenuhi kebutuhan. Laporan yang dihasilkan juga diharapkan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan seperti yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci : Arsip Digital, SMANSAGO Abstract : Technology has changed the paradigm of human life becomes easier so that everything we do can be more efficiently and effectively. Tata Usaha is part of the institution that is authorized to handle documents and archiving. Settings for archiving documents of problems because it can not well integrated and is still a physical archive. With the current technological advances allow document management and archiving is done digitally. The system is designed for managing categories and archives, user management, access rights division to archive and search the archives. For that designed a digital archiving system built using FoxPro programming language. The design of the system is expected to produce output as expected and the view of the filing system, the digital input data and make ends meet. Abstract

Nowadays, Indonesian soccer in the modern era has begun to move forward into a large industry. Persebaya Surabaya is also known as one of the biggest clubs in Indonesia with the enthusiasm of its supporters. Until finally Persebaya succeeded in opening "Persebaya Store" as a business entity that specializes in selling Persebaya Marchandise Surabaya. The author conducts research with the title "Effect of Brand Image, Product Design, and Product Quality on the purchasing decisions of Persebaya Store products in Surabaya" in order to find out how much influence the brand image, product design, and quality of persebaya store products in consumer purchasing decisions.This research uses puposive sampling technique to determine the number of respondents as much as 96 people. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The stages before a regression analysis is carried out by conducting a validity and reliability test, then a classical assumption test is performed. After a regression analysis a partial test (t test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2), and simultaneous significance test (statistical test) f).The results of regression analysis in this study indicate that brand image, product design, and product quality have a positive influence on purchasing decisions with the equation. The The results of the analysis using the t test show that brand image, product design, and product quality have a significant influence individually on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Image, Product Design, Product Quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was conducted in subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and and analyze the influence of organization’s commitment, work’s satisfaction and motivation to employee performance partially or simultaneously. The sample used are whole employee of subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang much as 32 employees. Collection data method used was a questionnaire. The analysis includes instruments test, normality test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient determination test using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows. The result showed that organization’s commitment and work’s satisfaction partially has an influence positively and motivation has an influence negatively to the employee’s performance of subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang, organization’s commitment, work’s satisfaction and motivation simultaneously have an influence to the employee’s performance of subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and workenvironment on employee performance. Questionnaires are used as an insrument for obtainingdata. The analysis tool used is SPSS with multiple linear regression approach. The object ofthis research is Employee of Manpower Office of Jombang Regency, with population of 30Employees. Based on multiple linear regression test, job satisfaction variable has an effect onemployee performance variable. Variable of motivation have an effect on employeeperformance variable. And work environment variables on employee performance. From theresults of this study to increase the promotion given to all employees by way of employeesknow all the promotional requirements provided by superiors to establish an openness with soall employees have the same rights to pursue the campaign. The fulfillment of individualactualization of each employee has not been fulfilled well to improve it by the fulfillment of allthe quality and capacity owned by every employee of the workforce of Jombang regency, theworking atmosphere of the employees has not fully able to concentrate well on the noisesituation that exist in the environment where they work because the location of the serviceLabor is in the middle of the city.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Motivation, Work environment, and Employee Performance.
