Abstract

 This research is quantitative research. The independent variable used in this study is the reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction Customs Surabaya. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination.The results showed that the Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2) and Assurance (X3) significantly affects customer satisfaction. Beta value indicates that the variable Assurance (X3) has the greatest value, namely 0.433., It was concluded that the variables mempuyai the most impact on customer satisfaction with the services DGCE is variable Assurance (X3). The coefficient of determination R2 obtained for 0.595, meaning variation (fluctuation) of customer satisfaction terhada service DJBC Surabaya (Y), able to be explained by changes in variable Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2) and Assurance (X3), together 59.5%, while the remainder is equal to 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examinedKeywords: Customer satisfaction, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance

Abstract

A purchase decision is taken after the consumer behavior through several processes, namely the introduction of the problem, information search and evaluation of alternatives. Consumer purchase decisions do not stop until the decision to shop alone, but will continue in the post-purchase behavior. There are several factors that influence the consumer’s decision to shop. However, in this study only took three factors, namely the price, variety of products and services.This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of prices, variety of products and services to the purchasing decision at Boutique D’Cheapest. The data used are primary data through questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method is calculated through a formula Slovin. Samples taken as many as 65 respondents. The population in this study are all consumers at Boutique D’Cheapest. Test used to test the research instrument is a form of validity, reliability, and classical assumption. Furthermore, quantitative data analysis performed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 for windows.Results of this study stated that the price variable has a positive effect and does not significantly influence the purchasing decision Boutique D’Cheapest, while the variable range of products and services and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions at Boutique D’Cheapest.

Abstract

BPJS is one of program from the Indonesia’s government. This program is held to improve the health of Indonesian citizens by health insurance for people by paying certain fee. Therefore, this study is aimed to determine whether there is difference in quality service provided to the general patient (without BPJS) and the patient with BPJS. This research focus on services in Hospital of Dr. Mohamad Soewandhie in Surabaya with a sample of 65 patients in the outpatient care unit, as it for public patients (non-BPJS) as well as for patients with BPJS program. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires measured with Likert scale. Data analysis technique is independent sample test using SPSS for Windows. The results showed that in all dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliabilities, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, has an average total score differently on each patient and the patient's non-BPJS BPJS. These results are also supported by statistical calculations where tstatictic for all dimensions of service quality, such as tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, have significant level (p)  above 0.05.Keywords:quality of service, BPJS, different test

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all customers who had bought nelongso, chicken and roasted wong solo chicken in surabaya that were at least 17 years old. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the test of independt sample t test.The result of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely service quality, price and taste have differences to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction. Significant value of service quality variables of 0.007 followed by price variables have a value of 0.0001 and then the taste variable has a signifinac value of 0.001 and the last variables dependent customer satisfaction has a significance value of 0.002. all variables have a significance value of <0.05. which means that all independent variables of service quality,price,and taste have defferences in customer satisfaction in nelongso and rosdted chicken wong solo.Keywords: service quality, price,taste,customer satisfaction

Abstract

The low sales rate of Gibrass Meatballs compared to ordinary meatballs depot is the background of this research. The title of this research is "Analysis of Taste Influence, Quality of Service, and Price Against Customer Satisfaction (case study of Gibrass Meatballs Jl Kutisari Selatan II No. 45 Surabaya)". This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population is the customer whoever bought Bakso Gibrass Surabaya, the samples taken as many as 96 respondents with sampling technique purposive sampling.Data collection through questionnaire likert scale 1-5, data analysis technique using instrument test, classical assumption and hypothesis test. The results obtained conclusion as follows: 1. partially the sense of influence and significant, the quality of service has no significant effect and the price effect with the negative direction and significant. 2. Simultaneously taste, quality of service and price have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Keywords:taste, quality of service, price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Surabaya is the capital of the representatives in Indonesia second largest, cities with place strict business competition. One of the ways is the culinary business began to get a bit from street vendors five to a restaurant starry five. Tavern the cowboy burger Surabaya is a place of research. The purpose of this study is to find how big the influence of the product quality, the location and facilities to consumer interest in buying.This is kind of research quantitative research. Population research is the consumers tavern the cowboy burger Surabaya. While a total 100 respondents sample by using the method the sampling method of accidental and collecting data on the use of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research indicated that, the product quality, the location and facilities have a strong impact in together – the same against the consumer interest in buying in tavern you see, cowboys burger Surabaya. Based on a conclusion, expected tavern the cowboy burger Surabaya strategic location could pay more attention, to affect the interest of consumers low purchasing.Keywords: quality products, location, facilities, interest in buying consumers.

Abstract

Pepper is one of the main commodities in meeting human needs             so that some countries do import export activities, with the aim of meeting needs in the country and increase the country's income. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the activity of export and import of pepper to the development of foreign exchange reserves, to determine the effect of volume andpepper export value to the development of foreign exchange and know the volume and value of imports pepper to the decline in foreign exchange reserves, researchers will indicate simultaneous effect on exports and imports of pepper to the foreign exchange reserves. Research data from using time series from 2000 to 2013. The regression analysis method linear and then using simple linear regression analysis. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) were used for analysis.Results of this study shows that Indonesia as a country exporting and importing pepper contributing to the agricultural sector as well as the influence simultaneously of the international reserves position. Abstract

The city Surabaya especially now growing very rapidly culinary business that offers a variety cooking, will of Indonesia and abroad. Stall rawon calculator one culinary business in Surabaya different and unique of culinary business another. Culinary business has been standing 36 years and currently survive. Research is called influence flavor, slogans and quality of service for customer satisfaction (case studies on a stall rawon calculator Surabaya).This study attempts to explain the influence of flavor, slogans, and the quality of service to customer satisfaction in a stall rawon calculator. Research instruments used is a questionnaire to be distributed to 100 customer. Rawon calculator. Next, the data that has been collected using analysis of multiple regression mixed with aid application IBM SPSS 22. The quality of services most dominant their influence on customer satisfaction stall rawon calculator. The result showed that the influence of flavor of customer satisfaction, flavored and slogans simultaneously influential positive and significant. Abstract

Nowadays, Indonesian soccer in the modern era has begun to move forward into a large industry. Persebaya Surabaya is also known as one of the biggest clubs in Indonesia with the enthusiasm of its supporters. Until finally Persebaya succeeded in opening "Persebaya Store" as a business entity that specializes in selling Persebaya Marchandise Surabaya. The author conducts research with the title "Effect of Brand Image, Product Design, and Product Quality on the purchasing decisions of Persebaya Store products in Surabaya" in order to find out how much influence the brand image, product design, and quality of persebaya store products in consumer purchasing decisions.This research uses puposive sampling technique to determine the number of respondents as much as 96 people. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The stages before a regression analysis is carried out by conducting a validity and reliability test, then a classical assumption test is performed. After a regression analysis a partial test (t test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2), and simultaneous significance test (statistical test) f).The results of regression analysis in this study indicate that brand image, product design, and product quality have a positive influence on purchasing decisions with the equation. The The results of the analysis using the t test show that brand image, product design, and product quality have a significant influence individually on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Image, Product Design, Product Quality.
