Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and occupational health and safety on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance.The population in this study were as big as 175 people, all permanent employees who work at PT. Intan Sejati Andalan.The sample is taken by using the proportional stratified sampling method by applying Slovin formula so that the sample size is as big as 122 employees. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS Version 22. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on employee performance, occupational health and safety. Furthermore compensation affects the performance through job satisfaction. This means that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance and occupational health and safety. This means that job satisfaction can also mediate the influence of occupational health and safety on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study is all the employees in Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Kampar as many 55 people. The sample size that will be used is 55 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the authors in this study is by using Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. Quantitative, ie analysis by collecting, categorizing and tabulating data, using the WarpPLS approach.The research found that the value of leadership variables are in good category. Furthermore, leadership influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. That is, good leadership is a leader who can make employees feel satisfied with their work and ultimately can improve performance. The values of organizational culture variables are in fairly good category. Furthermore, organizational culture affect the job satisfaction and performance of employees. This means that with a good organizational culture, able to provide satisfaction to employee satisfaction and ultimately the performance of employees will increase. The variable value of satisfaction is in the category quite well. Furthermore, job satisfaction affects employee performance. This means that the higher the satisfaction obtained by employees to make employees work with the maximum, so that employees will work optimally to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Communication Competency, Self Management Competency, and Technical Competency toward Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco, partially and simultaneously. For that purpose, the research is conducted by taking sample of 84 leaders of PT. Drilinco. The analysis model using the multiple regression technique. For the hypothesis test is using the statistical test such as t test, determination test (R²) and F test.The result shows simultaneously that Communication Competency and Self Management Competency are effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. But on contrary, Technical Competency is not effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. Partially test on each variables’ effects are Communication Competency (17,7%)and Self Management variable (27,3%), this means Self Management variable is the most dominant variable effecting on Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco, meanwhile Technical Competency variable is not effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. PT. Drilinco must keep trying to upgrade leaders’ Technical Competency by giving continuous training and development, also giving extra attention on increasing the level of Communication Competency and Self Management Competency simultaneously to upgrade Leaders Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, compensation, and organizational culture on employee discipline of PT Elnusa Petrofin Branch Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Branch Pekanbaru as many as 223 people. This research use cluster random sampling method with slovin formula then selected 143 people sample. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, simultaneous and partial analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 23.00) From the test result that has been done, simultaneous test (F test) shows that Supervision, Compensation, and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline, whilw partial (t test) indicate that Supervision and Compensation partially significant to work discipline employees. The magnitude of the effect of the R2 by these three variables together on the dependent variable 46,1% while the remaining 53,9% is effect by other variables. Companies should pay more attention to discipline the employee to work with the maximum as leaders must have the courage to act decisively to apply penalties to subordinates who violate the rules. If there are employees who do not comply with work rules, the company reserves the right to give strict punishment for those employees. Sanctions here could be a suspension or dismissal of employees when the employee is no longer care for work discipline and reprimand from the boss.Keywords : Supervision, Compensation, Organizational culture, and Discipline Work

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Dutapalma Nusantara Perkebunan Sei. Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially variable Compensation And Work Discipline Of Employee Productivity. There are trhee variables: the dependent variable is Employee Productivity and two free variables Compensation And Work Discipline. The study was conducted using a sample of 72 people. Research using test equipment and multiple linear regression analysis using sampling techniques with Slovin method by giving questionnaires to respondents. Increased employee productivity through compensation and work discipline on PT. Dutapalma Nusantara Perkebunan Sei. Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi simultaneously significant effect on the productivity of employees working. Compensation and working discipline partial effect on employee productivity. These results show that with the right policies and the compensation received by the employee as well as increased work discipline tergas will increase the productivity of employees on PT. Abstract

This study aims determine the influence of leadership and organizational cultureto motivation and employee perfomance of pt. angkasa pura II (persero) kantor cabangbandara sultan syarif kasim II pekanbaru. Populations in the study to 263 peoples andsampling technique is using slovin method. So the sample amounts to 159 peoples. Thedatas is testing by instumental testing whit is the validity test, reability test and classicassumption test. The analytical methods of this research is using descriptive analysis andpath analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result of this study showing that thevariables leadership and work dicipline had significant effect on work motivation andemployee perfomance and work motivation had significant on employee perfomance. Thisstudy also showed that variables leadership and organizational culture had significanteffect on employee perfomance with work motivation as intervening variable. Thecoefficient of determination (R2) structure I is equal to 0.646 with showing the variableleadership and work dicipline had influencing on work motivation about 64.6%. Thecoefficient of determination (R2) structure II is equal to 0,709 with showing the variableleadership, work dicipline and work motivation had influencing on employee perfomanceabout 70,9%.Keywords : Work Motivation, Employee Perfomance, Leadership, OrganizationalCulture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of RSIA Norfa Husada employees in Bangkinang City.The population of this study were all employees of RSIA Norfa Husada in Bangkinang City, totaling 55 people. The sample determination in this study was using the census technique. This means that the entire population is sampled. Therefore the number of samples in this study was 55 people. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of the study show that competence has an effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance, competence indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative knowledge, managerial ability, and entrepreneurial competence of cooperative management in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population of this study includes all cooperative administrators in Indragiri Hilir Regency, amounting to 64 people.. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is to use the Slovin formula. The results showed that: 1) Cooperative knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the cooperative management in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) the managerial ability of the cooperative management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the cooperative management in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 3). Entrepreneurial competence of cooperative management has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Cooperative Management in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4), the Effect of Cooperative Knowledge, Managerial Ability and Entrepreneurship Competence together have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Cooperative Management in Indragiri Hulu Regency with a strong influence value.Keywords: Cooperative Knowledge, Managerial Ability, Entrepreneurship Competence, Management Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and its influence on the performance of employess of the hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study includes all employees in Hotel amounting to 50 people. And primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with of SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (50 employees of the Hotel Kuantan Singingi Regency). The results showed that: 1) knowlegde has a positive and significant influence of Knowledge on the performance of employees in the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency, 2) Skills has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency, 3) Ability has a positive and significant effect. significant towards the employee performance of the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency, 4) Knowledge, skills, and abilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Hotel Industry in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords : Knowledge, Ability, Skills, dan Employee Performance
