Abstract

Latar Belakang : Sejak semula manusia di desain dan diciptakan sebagai mahluk yang dialogis disamping mahluk yang berakal. Adakalanya manusia berdialog dengan dirinya dengan sesama kaleganya terlebih dengan lingkungannya. Dalam dialog tersebut manusia memerlukan sebuah sarana atau komunikasi, karena dengan komunikasi itulah manusia dapat melangsungkan eksistensi dirinya. Manusia merupakan mahluk yang paradokal, kadangkala ia ingin berada bersama yang lain. Pentingnya ilmu hitung dalam kehidupan sosial telah menjadi perhatian yang menarik banyak cendekiawan dan pakar pendidikan. Sejak zaman Aristoteles, meskipun hanya berkisar retorika dalam lingkungan kecil, namun pada pertengahan abad ke 20, ketika dunia dirasakan semakin kecil akibat revolusi industri dan revolusi tehnologi elektronik, para cendekiawan merasakan pentingnya peningkatan materi berhitung. Karena didasari atau tidak manusia hidup selalu menggunakan ilmu hitung dalam kesehariannya. Rumusan Masalah : (1) Apakah melalaui penerapan kegiatan bermain di TK Pertiwi Rejosari 02 Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan?. (2) Apakah memanfaatkan penerapan Kegiatan bermain untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa 0 besar dalam memahami konsep bilangan di TK Pertiwi Rejosari 02 Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus?. (3) Bagaiamana upaya meningkatkan kemampuan anak di TK Pertiwi Rejosari 02 Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus untuk dapat memahami konsep bilangan?. Kesimpulan : (1) Peningkatan kemampuan konsep bilangan anak di TK Pertiwi Rejosari 02 Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus dapat dilakukan dengan melalui kegiatan bermain kartu angka. (2) Kegiatan bermain kartu angka merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat menstimulus kemampuan konsep bilangan anak anak. (3) Kegiatan bermain kartu angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan konsep bilangan anak. Saran : (1) Seorang guru  sebaiknya menggunakan berbagai metode dan media dalam pembelajaran diantaranya adalah kegiatan bermain. (2) Seorang  guru   harus    selalu aktif    melibatkan siswa selama  kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Kata Kunci : Meningkatkan, Pemahaman, Konsep, Bilangan, Bermain, Media,  Kartu, Angka

Abstract

Keindahan alam di kawasan Cisarua Puncak Bogor telah lama dikenal oleh wisatawan Arab. Mereka banyak datang ke kawasan ini untuk berwisata. Kehadiran mereka memiliki dampak positif, yaitu telah menggeliatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun pada sisi lain, muncul adanya praktik kawin kontrak, bahkan kini ditemukan perubahan trend, praktik prostitusi secara sembunyi, sehingga mulai dianggap meresahkan. Kajian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini dilakukan, untuk mengelaborasi fenomena praktik kawin kontrak dan prostitusi terselubung di kawasan Cisarua Puncak Bogor, dimulai dari sejarah terjadinya, proses, para aktor yang terlibat, dan respon masyarakat serta pemerintah setempat. Kajian ini juga akan menganalisa dari sisi pelanggaran hukum dan indikasi tindak pidana atas peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Hasil kajian ini, berhasil mendeskripsikan secara rinci fenomena kawin kontrak dan prostitusi "dawar" (keliling). Kajian juga menyimpulkan bahwa kawin kontrak dan turunannya yaitu prostitusi "dawar", merupakan pelanggaran secara nyata atas norma agama dan hukum yang berlaku. Namun harus diakui, fenomena itu tidak mudah untuk diberantas secara langsung, akan tetapi penertibannya dapat dilakukan secara gradual. Untuk itu hasil kajian merekomendasikan perlu pendekatan hukum, keagamaan, juga pendekataan ekonomi yaitu perlu adanya pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan, khususnya yang menunjang bidang sektor pariwisata, sehingga dapat memberikan mereka kompetensi dan peluang untuk beralih profesi, dengan bekerja di bidang lain yang legal.

Abstract

Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) act as a strategic force and have an important position, both in employment, community welfare, adhesiveness and stabilizing the problem of social inequality. The results of the preliminary field survey, showed that in Gunung Anyar Urban Village, Surabaya ponds, they have a pond cultivation business, especially milkfish cultivation and other fish. Fish farming results in addition to being sold in the form of raw fish are also processed in various kinds of processed fish, for example fish crackers, fish thorns, bandeng gapit and shredded fish. Various businesses, especially the business of removing thorns, cause problems, namely the increasing waste of milkfish thorns, especially from milkfish as well as thorns. Based on these problems, this paper aims to utilize the milk thorn waste into economic value so that it can increase people's income. The method used is the classical method and community development or community development in the Gunung Anyar Tambak village, Surabaya. Results of the East Java Thematic Community Service Program "veteran" namely growing awareness of the importance of utilizing fish thorn waste into selling products. One of the products from Thematic KKN is sticky crackers which are packaged in plastic with the Babone Stik brand. The value of the fish spines is because they contain high calcium so they are good for maintaining bone health.

Abstract

The beauty of nature in Cisarua Puncak sub-district of Bogor Regency has been recognized by the Arab travellers for a long. Many of them were coming to this sub-district for a tour. It has both positive and negarive effects. Their presence leads to the growth of local economy, but on the other hand, it also leads to the emergence of marriages contract. Even, a changing trends is founds there, a trend what is known as a hidden prostitution and this practice has become disturbing. This qualitative research was conducted to elaborate the phenomenon of contract marriages practice and prostitution in Cisarua Puncak sub-district of Bogor Regency, stratted from the history, the process, the actors, and the community and local authorities response. This research also analyzed the violations of law and indications of crimilan acts. The research result succeded to describe a detail information of the phenomen of marriages contract and “dawar” protitution. The research also concluded that the marriage contract and its derivates, namely “dawar” prostitution, is a violation of religion norm and law. But admittedly, its really no easy to directly eradicated, but it could be disciplined gradualy. The recommendation of the research are: legal and religious aproach are strongly necessary; economic approach also needed by doing skill trainings for those who involved in contract marriage and “dawar” prostitution. So they will have any competences and opportunities to work in legal fields.

Abstract

Diabetes adalah suatu penyakit, dimana tubuh penderitanya tidak bisa mengendalikan tingkat gula (glukosa) dalam darahnya. Penderita diabetes tidak bisa memproduksi insulin dalam jumlah yang cukup atau tubuh yang tak mampu menggunakan insuin secara efektif, sehingga terjadi kelebihan gula di dalam darah. Kelebihan gula yang kronis di dalam darah (hiperglikemia) menjadi racun bagi tubuh.Tanaman ngokilo dipercaya mampu mengobati penyakit diabetes militus. Penelitian terdahulu menjelaskan bahwa ekstrak daun keji beling dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Potensi Ekstrak Etanol Daun Ngokilo (Stachytarpheta mutabilis, Vahl ) sebagai Penurun Kadar Glukosa Darah pada Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus). Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan mencit (Rattus norvegicus) jantan strain Swiss Webster usia 2-3 bulan dengan barat badan 30-40 gram sebagai hewan uji. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat perbandingan dosis ekstrak daun ngokilo yakni 1:10:30:50 dan kontrol menggunakan aguadest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun ngokilo mempunyai nilai F Hitung 27.907 > F Tabel 2.60. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variable bebas (perbedaan konsentrasi ekstrak etanol daun ngokilo) terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kadar gula darah). Artinya ekstrak daun ngokilo mempunyai efektivitas dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah mencit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of readiness to change on employee performance through proactive behaviour. The readiness to change will lead to proactive behaviour in implementing the Financial Budget System (SIGARKU), which will impact employee performance. This study used the census sampling technique. The sample consisted of 80 lecturers and education staff of UPN "Veteran" East Java as the SIGARKU implementers. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach. Results of this study indicate that readiness to change has a direct effect on performance. Readiness to change has a positive effect on proactive behaviour, and proactive behaviour positively affects performance. However, proactive behaviour does not mediate the effect of readiness to change on performance. Keywords: performance, proactive behaviour, readiness to change, SIGARKU

Abstract

enelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahui pengaruh glass ceiling dan self-efficacy pada Pengembangan karier wanita. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai wanita PT. Angkasa Pura I Juanda (Persero). Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisinoner cetak dengan sampel yaitu pegawai wanita PT. Angkasa Pura I Juanda (Persero) yang ditentukan dengan teknik penarikan sampel proporsonal rondom sampling berdasarkan departemen kerja. Dengan teknik analisisnya menggunakan aplikasi partial least squeres (PLS), hasil analisisnya ditemukan bahwa : 1) Ditemukan pengaruh secara positif dari Glass ceiling pada pengembangan karier wanita dengan signifikan. 2) Ditemukan pengaruh secara positif dari Self-efficacy pada pengembangan karier wanita dengan signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan bisa lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan dari pegawai wanita agar wanita merasa didukung dan menunjukan sikap yang positif terhadap pengembangan karier. PT. Angkasa Pura I Juanda (Persero) juga disarankan memberikan penilaian secara adil kepada pegawai pria maupun wanita apabila memiliki kemampuan, keyakian, dan kulifikasi yang sama.

Abstract

The matrilocal system has had a positive effect on women in Aceh. This system has enabled them to become more resilient in facing life's challenges for themselves, their families and their communities. This study is a qualitative study with philological and anthropological approaches used to study Acehnese manuscripts that are relevant to the theme of matrilocality. In-depth interviews, manuscript studies and observations were also conducted to understand matrilocality practices in Aceh, particularly in the Pidie regions. In this way, historical and empirical knowledge of Aceh's matrilocal system is obtained. It was found that the matrilocal system had raised the status and enthusiasm and resilience of Acehnese women in wading through life as individuals, family members, and part of Acehnese society. Philologically, historically and anthropologically a harmonious life is seen in the matrilocal system, Acehnese women make it possible to face life's challenges, such as raising children for a successful life; maintain good communication with parents, neighbors and the community; and managing household finances. This diversity of matrilocal traditions can contribute to the status and resilience of women in the Indonesian nation-state.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the compensation model and interpersonal communication on the performance of CV Rizky Trans Jaya employees through morale. Work spirit which is still indicated to be low is a problem for CV Rizky Trans Jaya. The population in this study were all truck drivers who were employees of CV Rizky Jaya Trans and a sample of 36 people. This study uses the method of distributing questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire as a data collection method and using Smart PLS as a data analysis tool. The results of this study found that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on work morale, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work morale. compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation through morale has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, interpersonal communication through work morale positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve teacher skills, student activities and students' skills in writing simple essays for third grade students of SDN 3 Masbagik Selatan. The design of this research is classroom action research with stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle having 1 meeting. The research subjects were teachers and third grade students, totaling 15 students. Data collection techniques used tests, observations, field notes, and documentation. The results showed an increase in teacher skills. In the first cycle, the teacher got a score of 3.4 in the Active category and in the second cycle, the teacher got a score of 4.5 with the very active category. Student activity in the first cycle obtained an average score of 21.3 in the moderate category, and increased in the second cycle with an average score of 23.6 in the Active category. Students' skills in writing simple essays showed 53% classical completeness in the first cycle and increased to 100% in the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is that through picture and picture can improve teacher skills, student activities and student skills in writing simple essays. Suggestions for teachers should use innovative learning models and varied media.
