Abstract

fisika pada siswa SMA di Yogyakarta. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif antara kemampuan mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar fisika pada siswa SMA X di Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala motivasi belajar yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur MSLQ (Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire) (Pintrich & De Groot, 1990) dan telah dilakukan analisis faktor oleh Nausheen (2016) dan skala kemampuan mengajar yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori kemampuan mengajar Barth (1990). Kedua skala tersebut disebarkan kepada 107 siswa-siswi SMA kelas X dan XI berusia sekitar 15-17 tahun. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment diperoleh hasil nilai koefisien r= 0,584 dengan signifikansi (p<0,01) sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pelatihan kebersyukuran dalam menurunkan stres kerja guru di sekolah inklusi. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat stres kerja kelompok yang diberi perlakuan pelatihan kebersyukuran lebih rendah daripada kelompok yang tidak diberi perlakuan pelatihan kebersyukuran. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan untreated control group design with dependent prates and postetst dengan menambahkan tindak lanjut. Responden penelitian sebanyak 14 orang yang terbagi ke dalam 7 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 7 orang kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur stres kerja guru dengan koefisien reabilitas sebesar 0,873. Modul pelatihan kebersyukuran disusunberdasarkan tiga aspek kebersyukuran (Al-Munajjid, 2006; Al-Jauziyyah, 2010), yakni niat (hati), ucapan (lisan), dan perbuatan (anggota badan). Data dianalisis menggunakan Anava Mixed Design untuk melihat perbedaan skor dalam kelompok (prates, pascates, dan tindak lanjut) serta perbedaan skor antar kelompok (eksperimen dan kontrol). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor yang signifikan pada prates, pascates, dan tindak lanjut antar kedua kelompok. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan skor F = 7,393 dan p = 0,003 (p<0,05). Selain itu, terdapat penurunan tingkatstres kerja pada kelompok eskperimen secara signifikan (MD = 13,857 dan p = 0,012), sementara pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan stres kerja (MD = -6,571 dan p = 0,189). Artinya, kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan tingkat stres kerjasetelah diberi pelatihan kebersyukuran sementara kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi pelatihan kebersyukuran mengalami peningkatan stres kerja. Selanjutnya, skor partial Eta Squared = 0,561 yang berarti bahwa pelatihan kebersyukuran memberikan kontribusi sebesar 56,1 % terhadap penurunan stres kerja guru.Kata kunci: Stres Kerja Guru, Pelatihan Kebersyukuran, Sekolah Inklusi This study examines the effect of gratitude training in reducing teachers work stress in inclusive schools. The hypothesis of this study is the group that given gratitude training has lower work stress than the group that did not receive gratitude training. This study was an experimental research that used the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and postetst added by follow-up. Participants of this study were 14 participants that divided into 2 groups (experimental group and control group). There are 7 participants in each group. This study used teacher stress inventory developed by Fimian (1988) that were modified by researchers with coefficient of reliability at 0,873. Gratitude training manuals were developed based on three aspects of gratitude according to Al-Munajjid, (2006) and Al-Jawziyyah (2010). Those three aspects are intention (liver), speech (verbal), and behavior (physically). The data were analyzed using Mixed Design Anova to determine the differences of pretest, pascates, and follow-up’s score, and the different between experimental and controlled group’s score. The results showed a significant difference in work stress score at pretest, posttest, and follow-up between the experimental and controlled group (F = 7.393, p = 0.003 (p <0.05)). In addition, there was significant changes in work stress at experimental group (MD = 13.857 and p = 0.012), whereas in the control group there was no significant change (MD = -6.571 and p = 0.189). Those findings indicate that there was reduction in the level of work stress in the experimental group. Whereas the increase of work stress showed in the controlled group. Furthermore, a score partial Eta Squared = 0.561 indicates that the gratitude training contributed 56.1% to the reduction of teacher work stress.Keywords: teachers work stress, gratitude training, inclusive school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa tes UPCM mampu memprediksi perstasi belajar mahasiswa fakultas Psikologi UII angkatan 2000.Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalm penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UII angkatan 2000 sebanyak 178 subjek yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak 170. Cara pengambilan datanya dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari PUSKOM UII untuk UPCM sedangkan IPK diperoleh dari Bagian Akademik Fakultas Psikologi UII.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah antara total UPCM dengan IPK ganjil diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,268 sedangkan koefisien korelasi antara total UPCM dengan IPK genap sebesar r = 0,263, koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh kurang dari 0,30. Hal ini menunjukkan suatu hasik yang tidak memuaskan karena koefisien korelasi yang dianggap memuaskan apabila lebih dari 0,30 (Azwar, 2000).Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar, UPCM, Validitas Prediktif

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress on senior high school students who join the acceleration program The hypothesis was that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress on senior high school students who join the acceleration program. Subjects in this study were 89 senior high school students who join the accelerated program in Yogyakarta. This study uses two scales, namely: (a) the scale of academic stress and (b) self-efficacy scale. Results showed that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress on senior high school students who following an acceleration program. High self-efficacy correlated with low academic stress. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (r2) indicates the contribution of self efficacy of59% against the academic stress students.Keywods: Academic Stress. Self Efficacy, Acceleration Program

Abstract

Ttiis experiment examined the influence of spiritual intelligence training on student college anxiety that enrolls undergraduate studies. The hypothesis was that there is a significant anxiety level difference between experimental and control group.The subjects of this experiment were Student College with age ranging from 22 26 years old. The design of this experiment was Pretest Posttest with Control Group Design. A measure of student anxiety was developed by using aspects from Nevid (2003). The training module was developed on the basis of Emmons Theory (Hendrawati, 2004).Data were analyzed using gain score method. The result show that there is an anxiety level difference between experimental and control group ff =- 3,732. p = 0,003, p<0,05). 77ms means that the spiritual intelligence training show influence in decreasing student anxiety. An experiment group data analysis show that there is an anxiety difference prior and after the training (t=-16.819; p<0.01). The result of this experiment confirmed the hypothesis.Keyword: spiritual intelligence training, anxiety

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve student's self efficacy through learning skill training at Psychology Department of UII. This research assumed that new college students having lower self efficacy. As mentioned by most psychologists, the individuals are expected to be responsible in order to gain optimum achievement from teenager to adulthood. Low self efficacy associates with teaching learning processes for college students. This research had employed experimental -design consisted of one group pretest and posttest. Subjects of this study were 144 new college students from Psychology Department of UII. Aspects of learning skill training measured were independent learner, effective learning, and present skill. This statistical analysis of t-test was used to examine differences between groups. The result shows that learning skill training can improve self efficacy for new college student (i=-2.438; p=0.016).

Abstract

This study aimed to develop Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) norms for the use in the Indonesian context. We used two approaches, namely classical test theory (CTT) which uses raw score (total score) as measurement result information and Rasch modeling which uses logit value as measurement result information. This research was conducted in four regencies and one municipality in the Province of Yogyakarta. The participants were 1,779 elementary school age children recruited through random sampling. The norming analysis in this study divided the data into five age groups in the range of 6 – 12.5 years old. The level of intelligence represented by the results of the CPM measurement consists of five levels, from Grade I to Grade V. Grade V as the lowest intelligence level has a value below the 5th Percentile of the data distribution. Grade IV as the second lowest level of intelligence was located between between the 5th and 25th Percentile of the data distribution. Grade III representing the average level of intelligence had the greatest range from 25th to 75th Percentile. In addition, the range allocated for Grade II was similar to Grade IV, but in the opposite direction of the distribution (i.e., between 75th and 95th Percentile). Lastly, Grade I as a representation of the highest level of intelligence is in the range of values above the  95th Percentile.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelatihan keterampilan sosial dalam menurunkan peer victimization pada siswa di SMPN “X” Yogyakarta. Adapun hipotesa dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pemberian pelatihan keterampilan sosial untuk menurunkan tingkat peer victimization di SMPN “X” Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 siswa (11-14 tahun) yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu tujuh siswa kelompok eksperimen dan delapan siswa kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala peer victimization yang merupakan modifikasi dari Multidimensional Peer Victimization Scale–Revised (MPVSR) yang dibuat oleh Bets, Houston, dan Steer, (2015). Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis Mann-Whitney dan Wilcoxon. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat peer victimization pada siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi pelatihan pada kelompok eksperimen (p < 0.05). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan sosial dapat menurunkan tingkat peer victimization pada siswa.
