Abstract

 Aceh province is the most affected area by the tsunami of 26 December 2004. Aceh also has experiencing a number of natural hazards; flood, earthquakes, and volcano’s eruptions. Until now, Aceh has no natural hazards information system which can be used to increase public awareness in order to reduce the impact of the hazards. Natural hazards information system provides hazard maps as the guideline for disaster risk mitigation planning. Therefore, the development of a Web GIS based information system for Aceh natural hazards, referred as Aceh Natural Hazards Information System (ANHIS), is a very strategic decision to increase public awareness of the risks of natural disaster hazard in Aceh. This paper proposes conceptual design and the development of prototype for ANHIS. The main purpose of ANHIS is to visualize many natural hazards maps and disseminate information of the hazardous areas for disaster agencies, researchers and communities in order to help them act on warning issue. In order to develop the prototype, the system requirements, configuration, system design and implementation are presented in this paper. Furthermore, the results of prototype for ANHIS are demonstrated in terms of individual hazard map and multi-hazard map of many natural hazards in Aceh. Finally, the conclusions give the perspectives for future implementation of ANHIS.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) currently uses a lot of coal-based power plants or Steam Power Plants (PLTU) in carrying out its operational activities. Aceh Province has a PLTU located in Nagan Raya Regency and is owned by PT. PLN (Persero). The Nagan Raya power plant has two generating units with an installed capacity of 2x110 Megawatts. The highest frequency of interference or damage experienced by the boiler section and this is very influential on the Nagan Raya PLTU production system. Performance evaluation in terms of reliability is needed to minimize interference or damage. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of reliability using Monte Carlo simulations on each important component of the boiler section. Monte Carlo simulations will be used to predict the time between failure or time to failure (TTF) and time to repair (TTR) so that the level of reliability can be predicted in the future. Monte Carlo simulations basically produce uniformly distributed random numbers (0.1) and then convert them into non-uniform distributions using the inverse transformation method. Monte Carlo simulation results on eight critical components in the boiler section obtained time to failure (TTF) obtained were 260 hours to 1312 hours with a reliability value of 30% to 42%. While the time to repair (TTR) is 1,57 hours to 2,26 hours with a reliability value of 22% to 41%.

Abstract

This research used descriptive method with farmers as respondents in Blang Bintang District, Aceh Besar. Results showed that farmers’ knowledge toward drought can be categorized as very high with 85-99% index value, but in some variables still need to be improved. Mitigation efforts analysis were also categorized as very high with 81-98% index value, known from data percentage of correct answers was on mitigation efforts to build/treated for facilities and infrastructures, especially to build water pump, in order to maintain water supply in rice fields that still 51,02% low. The preparation of an adequate water supply facilities and infrastructures in rice fields (to build ponds/small reservoirs) to face the drought was categorized as very low 35,71%.

Abstract

Gempa berkekuatan 6.4 Mw mengguncang Pidie Jaya pada 7 desember 2016, akibat gempa tersebut banyak bangunan yang mengalami kerusakan. Namun Masjid Tua Teungku Di Pucok Krueng yang merupakan bangunan cagar budaya yang berada di Desa Beuracan, Kecamatan Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, tidak mengalami kerusakan yang berarti. Masjid yang dibangun pada tahun 1622 M tersebut komponen strukturnya memakai material kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi bangunan mesjid pasca gempa tersebut. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan identifikasi secara visual menggunakan metode rekayasa forensic. Penilaian keandalan bangunan masjid meliputi bagian atap, langit-langit, rangka bangunan, dinding, kusen, pondasi, lantai, drainase, dan utilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai keandalan bangunan sebesar 70,6 % dengan katagori “sedang” yang berarti bahwa komponen bangunan masih berfungsi dengan baik, sementara penurunan kekokohan sebesar 29,4%.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada indsutri peternakan ayam broiler adalah karena tingginya tingkat kematian ayam yangdihadapi peternak, sehingga hal ini menjadi sektor kegagalan utama pada industri peternakan ayam broiler. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan sumber-sumber risiko pada peternakan ayam broiler. Metode analisis yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode z-score dan VaR (value at risk). Dari hasil kajianyang telah diteliti terdapat 4 jenis risiko produksi pada peternakan ayam broiler, yaitu kepadatan ruang, perubahancuaca, hama predator dan penyakit. Sumber risiko terbesar yang menyebabkan kematian adalah penyakit dan kepadatanruang. Sumber risiko penyakit memiliki tingkat probabilitas 37,8 persen kemudian kepadatan ruang memiliki tingkatprobabilitas 27,7 persen serta sumber risiko terkecil adalah perubahan cuaca dan hama predator. Sumber risikoperubahan cuaca memiliki tingkat probabilitas 12,3 persen dan sumber risiko hama predator memiliki tingkatprobabilitas 17,1 persen.

Abstract

Dhikrullah according to verse 2 of chapter al-Anfal and verse 28 of chapter ar-Rad in the Koran has a vibrational effect on the calmness of the heart. Dhikrullah has been practiced by Muslims for more than a thousand years, but the explanation of the implications of the dhikrullah's vibration on human health from the neuroscience approach has yet to be completed. This study is an academic response to get scientific answers about the influence of dhikrullah on the health of the human brain. The attention of Islamic scholars to dhikrullah phenomena from the scientific approach is still far from hope, so the explanation of the effects of the dhikrullah's vibration on human mental health has not been completed. In this study, the authors used combined data, qualitative data from 4 respondents to find the model of dhikrullah and quantitative data from 10 subjects to obtain samples of brain waves through Electro Encephalo Graf (EEG) to see the effects of the dhikrullah on human brain waves. The results of the study show that the brain tends to adjust its frequency with the frequency of the sound stimulus it receives through the ear. Dhikrullah's vibration influences beta waves and alpha waves on the subject's brain waves while running the dhikrullah. According to EEG, dhikrullah is proven to be able to present alpha waves as a stimulus to neurotransmitters in the human brain to produce endorphins. Therefore, the authors conclude that this study is a new approach to see the process of the significance of the dhikrullah's vibration on human health. The United Nations, especially WHO, can use dhikrullah vibration as an approach to help human beings who need a solution from a spiritual approach permanently.

Abstract

AbstractBased on data released by the Central Statistics Agency for Aceh Province in 2021, it stated that Aceh Province was the poorest province on the island of Sumatra, one of the triggers was the high open unemployment rate which reached 6.30% in mid-February 2021, one of the methods used to solve the problem. Problems with this high unemployment rate, the Aceh Government took the initiative in 2019 to start an acceleration program for the process of absorbing skill workers through domestic apprenticeship programs and workplace training placed by partner companies with the Aceh Province Manpower and Population Mobility Office for 3-5 months. The purpose of this study is to trace the effectiveness of labor absorption through this program, which has been carried out by the Aceh government from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of skilled workforce recruitment after the implementation of domestic apprenticeship programs and workplace training is 68%. in 2020 and 78% in 2021. This percentage can be categorized as an effective program. Keywords:Apprenticeship; Labor; Aceh Government; Skills;__________________________ AbstrakBerdasarkan data yang dirilis oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Aceh pada tahun 2021 menyebutkan Provinsi Aceh menjadi provinsi termiskin di Pulau Sumatera, salah satu pemicunya adalah tingginya angka tingkat pengangguran terbuka yang mencapai 6,30% pada medio februari 2021, salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tingginya angka penggangguran ini, Pemerintah Aceh berinisiatif pada tahun 2019 mulai membuat program akselerasi untuk proses penyerapan tenaga kerja skill melalui program pemagangan dalam negeri dan workplace training yang ditempatkan perusahaan mitra kerjasama Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Mobilitas Penduduk Provinsi Aceh selama 3-5 bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyerapan tenaga kerja melalui program ini, yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Aceh dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan besaran persentase perekrutan tenaga kerja skill setelah pelaksanaan program pemagangan dalam negeri dan workplace training sebesar 68% pada tahun 2020 dan 78% pada tahun 2021. Besaran persentase ini dapat dikategorikan program berjalan secara efektif. Kata Kunci:Pemagangan; Tenaga Kerja; Pemerintah Aceh; Skill; Workplace Training.

Abstract

Data acquisition is the process of collecting data or information from various sources, including sensors, software, hardware, or humans, for use in analysis or decision-making. The purpose of data acquisition is to collect data that is accurate, reliable, and useful for further analysis or decision-making. In introducing the concept of data acquisition, acquisition introduction training was conducted for the teaching staff. Data acquisition training covers the process of transferring data from sensors to Google Sheets. For teaching staff at SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, the use of Google Spreadsheets is still too common. Therefore, the community service team successfully carried out training activities on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. The training included an introduction to the ESP8266 microcontroller, then continued with the introduction of Google Spreadsheets, taught how to assemble hardware in the form of DHT11 sensors and ESP8266 microcontrollers, and carried out the process sending data as well as storing data on Google Sheets. This activity has a positive impact on improving the ability of teaching staff and indirectly can be applied in teaching materials or applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Central Aceh district is an area that has a high risk index for landslides. Besides that, Central Aceh is also rich in local wisdom, one of which is didong which has many poems.This study aims to investigate the messages of local wisdom about disaster risk reduction in didong uten poetry and obtain an integration model of didong uten poetry in learning that can be accepted by teachers and students at high school. The research model used is the Etnografi research model by Spradley which broadly consists of five stages, namely: First, a) have an ethnographic project, b) ask an ethnographic question, c) collect ethnographic data, d) make ethnographic notes, e) analyzing ethnographic data. This study has validated media experts in the form of didong uten poetry and obtained an average score of 97.3% with the criteria "very feasible", material expert validation in the form of disaster education and disaster risk reduction obtained an average score of 66.6% with the "feasible". Based on the results of the implementation of the instrument, the final score on disaster education (knowledge) is 62.65, the value of disaster education (attitude) is 77.68, the final value of didong uten poetry is 53.98, and the final value of disaster risk reduction is 68.7. conclusion after conducting ethnographic research interviews from 5 resource persons is that didong uten poetry can be integrated into school subjects such as geography, sociology, Indonesian language, besides that didong uten poetry can also be extracurricular at school
