Stress is a naturalstate for human beings formed as a response to and a part of the everyday life of the first man to facethe era advances all areas faced with the hustle and bustle to be done. There are 4 types of stressorsthat affect job stress, namely: 1. Stresors Outside Organizations 2. Stresors 3 Organization. StressorsIndividual Level 4. Group level stressors. While the performance of a faculty member judged by TriDarma University is to conduct education, research, and Community Services and Allied Duties plusTridharma High. The main objective of this study to obtain empirical evidence about the influence ofDual Role Conflict and Job Stress on Performance Female Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics,University of Edinburgh, using sampling techniques such as random sampling. Abstract

Dalam rangka menjalankan fungsi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dibagian keuangan Universitas Jambi, dibutuhkan hubungan kerja yang profesional dalam bertugas sehingga masing-masing fungsi dibagian keuangan Universitas Jambi dapat menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan tupoksi masing-masing. Hubungan kerja dapat diartikan sebagai hubungan yang terjadi antara bagian-bagian atau individu-individu baik antara mereka di dalam bagian keuangan Universitas Jambi. ada berbagai macam bentuk hubungan kerja yaitu: (a) Hubungan Kerja Vertikal, (b) Hubungan Kerja Horizontal, (c) Hubungan Kerja Diagonal, (d) Hubungan Kerja Fungsional, (e) Hubungan Kerja Informatif, (f) Hubungan Kerja Konsultatif, (g) Hubungan Kerja Direktif, (h) Hubungan Kerja Koordinatif.  Selain hubungan kerja, bagian keuangan Universitas Jambi, memerlukan lingkungan kerja yang baik, lingkungan fisik yang menarik, adanya jaminan kesehatan fisik, kesehatan mental dan emosional serta tingkat keamanan yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap pegawai. Lingkungan kerja adalah suasana dimana para pegawai melaksanakan pekerjaan. Lingkungan kerja terdiri dari: (a) Lingkungan Eksternal, (b) Lingkungan Internal. lingkungan kerja baik maka akan dapat memicu semangat kerja yang tinggi, pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja merefleksikan seberapa baik pegawai memenuhi persyaratan sebuah pekerjaan. Ada lima faktor yang menentukan kinerja yaitu: (a) Kualitas pekerjaan, (b) Kuantitas Pekerjaan, (c) Supervisi yang diperlukan (d) Kehadiran ditempat kerja, (e) Konservasi. Tujuan pokok penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti empirik mengenai Pengaruh Hubungan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil dibagian Keuangan Universitas Jambi, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa random sampling. Metode pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh koordinasi terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan sebagai intervening pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Jambi (KPKJ). Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan penelitian survey terhadap 80 orang pegawai di KPKJ dengan menggunakan jenis data melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dan dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi secara parsial dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan maupun kinerja pegawai KPKJ. Ini artinya jika koordinasi kerja meningkat maka kepuasan maupun kinerja pegawai KPKJ juga meningkat. Namun kepuasan secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai KPKJ, sehingga diartikan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai tidak mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja KPKJ. Demikian pula koordinasi melalui kepuasan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yang berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai tidak memiliki peran dalam memediasi koordinasi dan kinerja pegawai KPKJ. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agar pegawai KPKJ tetap membangun kebiasaan kerja melalui koordinasi kerja mengingat perannya yang signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to examine psychological contracts in increasing organizational citizenship behavior with work attitude as a mediator. The psychological contracts identify that employees work effectively if there is a balance between what the organization gives to employees and what employees give to the organization in increasing organizational citizenship behavior as employee voluntary behavior in carrying out the task with work attitude which is the response of employees as mediators. The target of this research is BUMN employees based in Jambi Province with a sample of 267 permanent employees using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using Partial Least Square / PLS which shows the results of the study that psychological contracts can enhance the organizational citizenship behavior both individually and organizationally with tendencies to respond to employee attitudes work through employee satisfaction in work and employee commitment towards the organization as mediators.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki kontrak psikologis dalam meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi dengan sikap kerja sebagai mediator. Kontrak psikologis mengidentifikasikan bahwa karyawan bekerja secara efektif jika adanya keseimbangan antara apa yang diterima karyawan dan sebaliknya apa yang karyawan berikan pada organisasi didalam meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi sebagai perilaku sukarela karyawan didalam melaksanakan tugas dengan sikap kerja yang merupakan respon karyawan sebagai mediator. Target penelitian ini adalah karyawan BUMN yang berkantor di Provinsi Jambi dengan sampel sebanyak 267 karyawan tetap dengan menggunakan tekhnik sampel acak sederhana. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square / PLS yang menunjukkan hasil penelitian bahwa kontrak psikologis dapat meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi baik secara individual maupun organisasional dengan kecenderungan merespon sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan melalui kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja dan komitmen karyawan pada organisasi sebagai mediator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan karakteristik individu terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta untuk menganalisis motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Riau dengan jumlah 56 orang. Dimana teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh (Sampling Sensus), sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 responden. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Namun sebelum analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji outer model melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya melakukan uji Inner Model melalui uji R-Square (Coefficient of determination), dan F-Square (f2 effect size). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan karakteristik individu memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwasanya jika Dinas Pendidikan Indragiri Hilir Riau memiliki budaya yang kuat, serta didukung dengan adanya karakteristik individu yang baik, maka hal ini akan meningkatkan motivasi pegawai dalam bekerja. Jika pegawai telah memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam bekerja, maka hal ini secara tidak langsung akan memberikan dampak pada hasil hasil kerja pegawai yang optimal.

Abstract

Purpose - This study establishes a basic theoretical model developed using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM 3) with several critical factors on the effectiveness of accrual basis accounting systems in the State Budget and the Treasury System.Method - This basic research uses a causal model with primary data collected quantitatively and presented descriptively. The study population was users of the State Budget and Treasury System in the Regional Office V of Jambi Province using the convenience sampling method.Result - The results of this study stated that all TAM variables were correlated with each other and TAM 3 variables were correlated with the effectiveness of the accrual-based accounting system in SPAN. It was proven that there was a significant relationship between all variables. However, the accrual-based accounting system in SPAN practically does not provide convenience and tends to have low intensity of use and low effectiveness.Implication - The result of this research states that all variables of TAM are correlated to each other and TAM 3 variables are correlated to the effectiveness of accrual basis accounting system in SPAN.Originality - This study focuses on the effectiveness of accrual basis accounting system in State Budget and Treasury System: migration of the Indonesian Islamic banking system of BSI.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kerinci through employee engagement. The three variables were constructed and observed the relationship among them. This research utilized quantitative research method using data collection method in the form of a questionnaire then analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS). The analyzing steps conducted through finding the inner model, outer model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were relationships among these three variables. It was found that there was a positive relationship between empowering leadership toward organizational citizenship behavior, empowering leadership toward employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior toward employee engagement, and empowering leadership toward organizational citizenship behavior through employee engagement. Therefore, it can be concluded that empowering leadership influenced the formation of organizational citizenship behavior and employee engagement of employees at Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kerinci.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to examine the speed strategy of public administration services in fulfilling the basic rights of citizens in rural areas in Indonesia. The method in this research is descriptive type with quantitative approach and use explanatory survey. The target of the research was villagers in four districts in Jambi Province. The instrument used to collect the data is by using a structured questionnaire given to the sample respondents. The statistical tool to examine the hypotehsis is by using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with smart-PLS as the software. The study found that the speed strategy of public administration services has a positive and significant influence on fulfilling the basic rights of citizens in rural areas. However, these positive and significant effect towards fulfilling the basic rights of citizens are mediated by public administration services. These suggest that the role of public administration services in rural areas should be transparent, accountable, and it needs to accommodate public participants and public right equally.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat tim fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis adalah untuk mencari keunikan desa mewujudkan desa wisata di Desa Jernih Jaya, untuk memiliki sejarah profil desa sehingga dapat dipromosikan dengan lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dan wawancara kepada sesepuh atau tua tengganai Desa jernih Jaya. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Jernih Jaya berupa profil sejarah yang mendukung terujudnya desa wisata, keunikan yang dimiliki Desa Jernih Jaya secara konkrit dapat terujudnya desa wisata, sarana promosi yang dimiliki Desa Jernih Jaya didalam mewujudkan Desa wisata.
