Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training (X1), work motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously on employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable at PT. Ciriajasa Engineering Consultants in Jakarta. This research method uses a questionnaire with a total population and the type of research sample is 84 employees of PT. Ciriajasa Engineering Consultants in Jakarta. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To find out the correlation between variables X1, X2, X3 to Y using multiple linear regression analysis techniques previously carried out the classical assumption test. The significance test used the F test and the t test with the SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant positive effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Of the three independent variables, the dominant variable with the highest percentage (31.7%) is work motivation (X2) compared to the other two independent variables. And there is a simultaneous significant effect of three independent variables on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out whether there is an influence between training, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa This type of research is an explanation (explanatory research) using a questionnaire method, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The study population was employees of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa with a sample of almost the entire population or known as the saturated sample. The independent variables studied were training (X1), compensation (X2), and work discipline (X3), while the dependent variable was employee performance (Y). Based on the test results concluded that training has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to research aimed at analyzing the effect of Intellectual Capital on the business performance of Sasirangan UKM in Banjarmasin City. TheElement Intellectual Capitalin this study consists of Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Customer Capital contained in a business company. This research is a type of causal research that aims to get evidence about causal relationships (causal relationships) and is carried out using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all UKM sasirangan in Banjarmasin City. according to Roscoe (1975) in Uma Sekaran (2006) In general, for correlational research the minimum number of samples to obtain good results is between 30 to So the number of samples used in this study is as many as 40 Sasirangan SMEs in Banjarmasin . Sampling based on purposive sampling with the criteria of UKM Sasirangan who are older than 1 year. The results showed that, Human Capital and Structural Capital had a positive effect on the performance of Sasirangan UKM in Banjarmasin while Customer Capital had no effect on Sasirangan UKM.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and to analyze the influence of achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, managerial competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency on job performance of the employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. There were 310 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin as the population of the study. Probability sampling with proportional sampling technique was employed as the sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the samples of 173 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regressions. Based on the findings of the research, it was found that each variable of competencies, such as achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency influence employees’ job performance in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation (X1), Education (X2), Training (X3) Work Experience (X4) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously to the Teacher Performance (Y) as the dependent variable in SMKN 5 Banjarmasin. This research method using purposive sampling technique with sample of 96 teachers SMKN 5 Banjarmasin. Variable measurement technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To determine the correlation between the variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 towards Y, multiple linear regression correlation technique was used; and to test the significance level, the form of test deteminasi coefficient test was used ;and F test and t test used using SPSS 16 series. The research concludes that there is a significant positive effect of each variable indenvenden variables simultaneouslyand partially towards the dependent variables. Among the four highest indenvenden variables, the variable Work experience (X4) was the highest variable compared to the independent variables towards teacher performance in SMKN 5 Banjarmasin

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance. The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test. The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the role of interaction in job satisfaction (Z) and its influence on exogenous variables: the organizational culture (X1) and competence (X2) for endogenous variables: employee performance (Y) of the Theological College Evangelical Protestant Church in Banjarmasin. This study is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Primary data have been collected using questionnaires. Research respondents used saturated sample with 31 employees of STT GKE. Data analysis technique to find out the role of interaction on the influence of exogenous variables X1 & X2 on endogenous variables (Y) used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0. software. The result of this research concludes that there is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is job satisfaction (Z) interaction on the competence of the employee performance (Y). Another finding is that there is no influence of competence variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) and there is no job satisfaction (Z) interaction on organizational culture (X1) influence towards employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the effects of transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneosly and partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin. This type of the research is a quantitative explanatory research with a population of 35 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and data collection technique applied by using questionnaires. Respondents who returned the questionnaire were 30 lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin. The instrument used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression by utilizing SPSS software ver.18.0. The result of this study showed that (1) the variables of transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the OCB of the lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin, (2) the transformational leadership has no effect on the OCB, and (3) job satisfaction has effects on the OCB of the lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aimed to identif and analyze the influence of Works Stress (X1) as independen variable and Job satisfaction (Z) as intervening variable either employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable on the employee off PT Panin Bank Banjarmasin TBK.This was explanatory research with unit analysis of PT Panin Bank Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used in study was stratified sampling with 102 employee. Measurement of variables is done by using likert scale technique with weight scale from 1 to 5. Path Analysis were used to analyze the effect of work stress among variables (X1) and Job Satisfaction (Z) on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, to test the level of significance with SPSS version 22 used. The study concluded that two independent variables simultaneously, namely work stress (X1) with job Satisfaction variables (Z) have significant relationship to employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, individually, job satisfaction variable (Z) has significant positive relationship on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to describe and to analyze the Y Generation and Adoption of Internet Banking on bank customers in Indonesia using TAM model. The results of this study showed that the variables of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a positive and significant correlation directly towards the attitude in using perceived usefulness, and also had a positive influence and directly towards the actual usage while perceived ease of use does not affect actual usage. Attitude towards using has a positive and significant correlation directly towards the actual usage
