Abstract

Latar belakang: PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Kalimantan Bagian Tengah memiliki target kinerja semesteran dengan susunan penyelesaian projek sesuai Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (RUPTL). Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari beban kerja dan penerapan corporate university training terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bidang Operasi Konstruksi dan Unit Pelaksana Projek PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Kalimantan Bagian Tengah. Hal yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah tidak tercapainya target penyelesaian projek tahun 2019 yang disinyalir disebabkan oleh tingginya beban kerja yang menghambat kinerja karyawan, namun disisi lain perusahaan telah mengoptimalkan pelatihan melalui corporate university untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seluruh karyawan. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian bersifat asosiatif dengan mencari hubungan antar variabel. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan non-manajerial dari objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang berisi penilaian tentang besarnya beban kerja (X1) dan dampak dari corporate university training (X2) dari seluruh karyawan. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan corporate university training berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, beban kerja dan corporate university training dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa PT. PLN (Persero) telah menerapkan corporate university training yang optimal sehingga kompetensi karyawan mampu mengimbangi tingginya beban kerja yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

The population in this research is all of the permanent lecturers employed at University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM). The respondents are taken from 4 academic ranks, which are represented by Asisten Ahli (Instructor), Lektor (Assistant Professor), Lektor Kepala (Associate Professor), and Guru Besar (Professor). One hundred and thirty samples were collected by using a proportional-stratified random sampling method. A Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to analyze the data. The results showed that lecturers with a positive perception of the organizational support available to them feel more satisfied with their job, which in turn encourages the creation of a high organizational commitment and results in the emergence of positive organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). These study’s results showed us the application of social exchange theory and organizational support theory in a higher educational institution. The findings of this study are considered to be important, as they provide additional empirical evidence regarding the importance of organizational support as a basis for improving the ULM lecturers' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and OCB. The implications and further research are also discussed.

Abstract

This service activity aims to empower MSMEs, traders associations in the “Semangat Dalam” Market (barefoot entrepreneurs) so that in the end they can improve their welfare. The approach method to achieve the goals of the service activities carried out is to provide counseling to the target audience - through the delivery of discourse to open insights or bring up new ideas in their entrepreneurial activities. The target audience is a handful of market traders located at Jalan Semangat Dalam, Hadil Bhakti. The result of this service activity is the opening of the target audience's insight so that they are willing and able to make more efforts in utilizing market waste that has the potential to increase the variety of trade products, and to be more introspective not to get involved with debt, especially from loan sharks in an effort to increase the variety of their trading products. Keywords: barefoot entrepreneurs, MSME’s, market waste utilization

Abstract

This study aims to examine and to analyze the influence of workload and job burnout to employee performance with organizational commitment as mediation variable (Case Study At PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD/G Trisakti UPDK Barito). In addition, this study also examined the effect of workload to employee performance with organizational commitment as mediation and the effect of job burnout to employee performance with organizational commitment as mediation. The study was carried out using a sample of 42 PT. PLN (Persero) ULPLTD/G Trisakti UPDK Barito staffs as respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and used PLS (Partial Least Square) to test the hypothesis. The result of this study suggest that workload has a significant effect to employee performance directly or mediated by organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and job burnout has a significant effect to employee performance directly or mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training (X1), work motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously on employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable at PT. Ciriajasa Engineering Consultants in Jakarta. This research method uses a questionnaire with a total population and the type of research sample is 84 employees of PT. Ciriajasa Engineering Consultants in Jakarta. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To find out the correlation between variables X1, X2, X3 to Y using multiple linear regression analysis techniques previously carried out the classical assumption test. The significance test used the F test and the t test with the SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant positive effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Of the three independent variables, the dominant variable with the highest percentage (31.7%) is work motivation (X2) compared to the other two independent variables. And there is a simultaneous significant effect of three independent variables on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of HR competencies, entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intentions on business performance of Sasirangan MSMEs in Banjarmasin Municipality. The research results are expected to be able to identify and produce parameters for each research variable so that it becomes the basis for further research - for the purpose of scientific development in the field of HR Entrepreneurship. Research contribution results in the sustainability of the Sasirangan MSMEs business in the Banjarmasin Municipality by giving suggestions to Sasirangan business owners in paying more attention to their HR competencies and the importance to develop their own entrepreneurial competencies. Additional sugestions given also to maintain their level of entrepreneurial motivation and intentions in order to maintain and improve their business performance sustainability. This research was conducted with a survey method using a questionnaire and structured interviews. The sample selection uses proportional simple random sampling technique. Data processing uses the help of statistical applications, descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that only entrepreneurial competence had a significant effect on business performance of Sasirangan MSMEs in Banjarmasin Municipality. This means that the higher / better the entrepreneurial competence, the higher their business performance. Future research can add other variables that also influence the success of Sasirangan MSMEs business performance such as: capital, technology adaptation, online marketing, etc.

Abstract

This study aimed to provide an academic justification for the effectiveness of Instagram as a medium to promote the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector so that people's buying interest and its sales turnover could increase. Primary data was collected through a research questionnaire using Likert scale. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression which aimed to predict the effect of the effectiveness of promotion through Instagram on consumers buying interest using the AIDA concept (Attention, Interest, Desire, and Attention) for Gerobak Elba culinary products. The research sample was 100 active Instagram account owners acted as Gerobak Elba followers or have ever heard or seen "Gerobak Elba" IG account which promoted its culinary products through Instagram. The results showed that there were simultaneous significant effect of the Context (X1), Communication (X2), Collaboration (X3), and Connection (X4) dimensions on the customers Buying Interest (Y) for Gerobak Elba culinary products. The hypothesis testing results of the partial influence of each dimension showed that only the Collaboration (X3) dimension had a significant effect on the customers Buying Interest (Y) for Gerobak Elba culinary products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between workload (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y) with the effect of mediation burnout (Z) on the employees of PT. Sapta Sari Tama Banjarmasin Branch. This research method uses a sampling technique which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples with 33 employees of PT Sapta Sari Tama Banjarmasin branch obtained by survey method by giving questionnaires to respondents. Measurement of variables is measured using scale Likert with a weighting scale from 1 to 5. The method of analysis in this study using Partial Least Square is considered fitting with this study which only has 33 respondents. Based on research data it can be concluded that workload has no effect on burnout employee, but workload has an effect on employee performance. Work stress affects burnout employee, but work stress does not affect employee performance. While burnout has no effect on employee performance and employee performance is not affected by work stress or burnout employee, because employees are aware that the company will provide compensation in accordance with the work they do. The results of the study found that there is an influence of work stress on burnout employee with support between employees and superiors can be a motivation so that employees can contribute better. Future studies, should be added to some variables such as compensation and motivation which influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze : (1) the influence of Organizational Commitment and Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on OCB, (2) the influence of Organizational Commitment on OCB, and (3) the influence of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PD PAL Banjarmasin City. This research uses explanatory research. The respondents of this study were 31 employees of PD PAL Banjarmasin City. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. This study uses 4 classical assumption tests, namely, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality and linearity tests. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 21 application software. The results of the F test showed that Organizational Commitment and Quality of Work Life (QWL) had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results of the t-test of the Organizational Commitment variable have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). While the t-test of the Quality of Work Life (QWL) variable has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction (X1) on organizational commitment (Z) and teacher performance (Y) at the Darud Da' Wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This research used a questionnaire with 85 teachers at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Samples were determined using the saturated sampling technique, where all of the population was used as research samples. The data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) method in three stages: evaluation of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing using the t-statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant effect between job satisfaction and teacher organizational commitment, there was a significant effect between job satisfaction on teacher performance, there was a significant effect between organizational commitment on teacher performance, there was a mediating effect of organizational commitment through job satisfaction on teacher performance at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency.
