Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah mikrofilaremik pada anjing penderita D. immitis terhadap angka kematian nyamuk Aedes albopictus isolat lapang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga sampel anjing penderita D. immitis dengan tingkat infeksi 330 mf/ml darah, 1.430 mf/ml darah dan  10.395 mf/ml darah, dan satu anjing sebagai kontrol negatif. Nyamuk Aedes albopictus yang diinfeksikan dengan berbagai tingkatan mikrofilaremik pada anjing dan diamati angka kematian nyamuk Aedes albopictus selama 13 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata angka kematian nyamuk pada tingkat infeksi 10.395 mf/ml darah sebanyak 15,6%, 1.430 mf/ml darah (14,8%), dan 330 mf/ml darah (10,7%). Pola peningkatan kematian nyamuk terjadi pada hari (3-5), (7-9), dan (9-10). Semakin meningkat jumlah mikrofilaria di dalam darah anjing menyebabkan peningkatan angka kematian nyamuk Aedes albopictus. Kata Kunci : Dirofilaria immitis, Microfilaria, Aedes albopictusABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of microfilaremic rate on dogs with D.immitis to Rate of mortality on mosquito Aedes albopictus  with isolate Field. In this study used three samples of dogs with D. immitis with infection rate of 330 mf / ml of blood, 1,430 mf / ml of blood and 10,395 mf / ml of blood, and one dog as negative control. Aedes albopictus mosquitoes infected with various levels of microfilaremic in dogs and observed Aedes albopictus mortality rate for 13 days. The results showed that the average mortality rate at 10.395 mf / ml blood level was 15.6%, 1.430 mf / ml of blood (14.8%), and 330 mf / ml of blood (10.7%). The pattern of increased mosquito mortality occurred on days (3-5), (7-9), and (9-10). The increasing number of microfilariae in dog blood causes an increase in the mortality rate of the Aedes albopictus mosquito. Keyword : Dirofilaria immitis,Microfilaria, Aedes albopictus

Abstract

This study aims to develop a laboratory work-based physics module with a Science Process Skills approach to increase the interest of high school students. The research model used was ADDIE development and the research design used was research and development. The subjects in this study were 2 physics teachers and 20 class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Meulaboh. Research data was obtained through expert lecturer validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires. The feasibility of the module is measured by the validation of expert lecturers and questionnaire responses by research subjects. The overall result of the module validation shows a score of 95.07% which falls into the very feasible category, the teacher's response is 79% and the student's response is 74.5%. Data processing was carried out through statistical analysis using a Likert scale. The validation results show that the module is suitable for use and the teacher and student response questionnaires show the subject's response is to agree. From the two measurements, it was found that the Laboratory Work-based Physics Module with the Science Process Skills approach could increase the interest of high school students.

Abstract

Dalam studi ini, kami menyaajikan investigasi eksperimental terhadap kinerja sel surya yang digabungkan dengan peredam panas. Pengaturan eksperimental dalam ruangan dirancang dan dirakit untuk menyelidiki dampak penggunaan sistem pendingin peredam panas pada kinerja sel surya. Lampu halogen digunakan untuk mensimulasikan radiasi matahari dan penelitian dilakukan pada nilai radiasi matahari yang berbeda. Selain itu, penelitian dilakukan pada udara alami dan paksa untuk mendinginkan peredam panas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem pendingin peredam panas meningkatkan kinerja sel surya. Suhu sel surya menurun sekitar 5,4 % dan 11 % masing-masing dengan menggunakan sistem pendingin peredam panas pada udara alami dan udara paksa di atas peredam panas. Selain itu, efisiensi dan daya sistem sel surya meningkat sekitar 16% saat sistem pendingin peredam panas digunakan.In this study, we conducted an experimental investigation of the performance of a solar cell coupled with a heat sink in a relatively simple system. An indoor experimental setup was designed and assembled to investigate the impact of using a heat sink cooling system on the performance of solar cell performance. Halogen lamps are used to simulate solar radiation and research is carried out on the value of solar radiation which varies from the highest wavelength to the lowest wavelength. In addition, research was carried out on natural and forced air to cool the heat sink. The results showed that the use of a heat dissipation cooling system increases the performance of solar cells. The temperature of the solar cell was decreased by about 5.4 % and 11 % respectively by using natural air and forced air to overheat sink cooling systems. We believe the efficiency and power of the solar cell system increase by about 16% when a heat dissipation cooling system is used.

Abstract

The learning process in Indonesia has not directed students to be able to think at a high level which resulted in the quality of education in Indonesia is still quite low. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of STEAM-based learning on students' critical thinking skills. This research is a "pree experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design" study. The population of this study were all students of class XI IPA, totaling 3 classes. Sampling was done by means of simple random sampling so that the students of class XI IPA 1 SMAN 1 Baitussalam were obtained. The data collection technique used is a test question (pretest and posttest). The results showed that the Pre-test score obtained was a minimum of 5 and a maximum value of 50, while the Post-test score of at least 60 and a maximum value of 95, the average improvement of students on the final test was more than the average score of the pretest. The results of data analysis showed the value of Sig. (2-tailed) value 0.000 0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected which indicates that there are differences in students' critical thinking results. This shows an increase in students' critical thinking through the application of a STEAM-based learning approach. These differences can be caused by differences in the learning approaches used, where in the post-test using the STEAM approach, during the learning process students are faced with a problem that must be solved with their respective group friends. In addition, students must be able to connect science concepts with concepts found in everyday life. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that there is a significant effect of implementing STEAM-based learning on students' critical thinking skills.
