Abstract

Pluit reservoir located at Jl. Raya Pluit Selatan, Penjaringan West Jakarta in area of 80 hectares and water depth ranges ± 2-6 meters. This research aimed to analyze the water quality using the phytoplankton communities structure. To determine water quality condition of Pluit reservoir can be done by using phytoplankton as bioindicator of water pollution. The research was conducted in April up to July 2016 with 11 sampling points, that spread in inlet zone, the middle zone and the outlet zone of the reservoir. The physical and chemical parameters of water quality analysis will compared by Government Regulation No. 82 year 2001 of Water Quality and Water Pollution Control, the result show that DO (0.07-2.7 mg/l), BOD (5.59-67.11mg/l), COD (13.76-275.2mg/l), The values of diversity index H’=0.12 – 3.47, the value of Evenness (E) is 0.39– 0.95, that indicated the diversity of species is low and values of Dominace Index is tend to ~ 0. The water condition classified as moderate or indicate semi-polluted waters.

Abstract

PT Pabrik Kimia Tangerang merupakan salah satu industri kimia yang menggunakan teknologi mesin dalam pelaksanaan produksinya. Rangkaian dari proses produksinya meliputi mixer, extruder, colling water, cutter dan packing. Proses produksi kimia menggunakan mesin yang dapat menimbulkan kebisingan serta berpotensi terhadap kecelakaan bekerja. Penelitian ini  dibagi menjadi 9 titik sampling untuk kebisingan. Alat sampling kebisingan menggunakan Sound Level Meter dengan baku mutu tingkat kebisingan  85 db(A). Dari hasil pengukuran tingkat kebisingan yang melebihi baku mutu terdapat pada titik 5, yaitu Plant Produksi C sebesar 91,16 db(A).  Berdasarkan hasil analisis hubungan pekerja terhadap paparan kebisingan. Faktor yang berhubungan berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik adalah faktor kebisingan terhadap risiko sakit kepala (OR = 1,15), faktor kebisingan terhadap risiko darah. tinggi (OR = 1,55), faktor kebisingan terhadap risiko cepat lelah (OR = 1,97), faktor kebisingan terhadap risiko gangguan pendengaran (OR = 1,79). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja menjelaskan bahwa 87% karyawan sudah menerapkan semua prosedur manajemen K3 sehingga kecelakaan  kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja dapat diatasi dengan kesadaran mereka dalam menerapkan K3.Berdasarkan hasil visualisasi pada peta sebaran tingkat kebisingan pada area produksi, menunjukkan bahwa hanya titik 5 yang memiliki warna sebaran kebisingan berwarna merah pada area (masterbach) dikarenakan tingkat kebisingan dengan intensitas diatas 85 db(A) yaitu 91,16 db(A). Dan 8 titik sisanya memiliki sebaran kebisingan berwarna kuning dan hijau untuk intensitas kebisingan diatas 70-78 db(A) dan intensitas kebisingan di bawah 70 db(A).

Abstract

Proses produksi di PT Semen Padang terdiri dari beberapa area kerja yaitu area Cement Mill, area Preheater, area Silo Cement, area Coal Mill, area Pregrinder, area Boiler, area Conveyor Klinker, area Silo Klinker, dan area Conveyor. Dimana semua area tersebut menggunakan mesin yang dapat menimbulkan bising. Area penelitian dibagi atas 15 titik sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan selama 2 minggu menggunakan Sound Level Meter (dBA). Nilai Ambang Batas mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi No 13/Men/X/2011 yaitu sebesar 85 dBA. Hasil penelitian tingkat kebisingan yang melebihi NAB terdapat 9 titik pengukuran yaitu Cement Mill titik 1 sebesar 86,0 dBA, Preheater titik 2 sebesar 89,2 dBA, Cement Mill titik 3 sebesar 88,4 dBA, Preheater titik 4 sebesar 89,5 dBA, Silo Cement titik 5 sebesar 88,7 dBA, Pregrinder titik 7 sebesar 89,7 dBA, Boiler titik 8 sebesar 87,3 dBA, Silo Cement titik 11 sebesar 88,8 dBA, dan Cement Mill titik 15 sebesar 88,8 dBA. Pada analisis hubungan paparan bising terhadap pekerja dari kusioner dengan jumlah 82 respondendidapati hasil paparan kebisingan terhadap gangguan mudah stress 39,0%, gangguan pendengaran 36,6%, gangguan sakit kepala 26,8%, dan peningkatan tekanan darah 14,6%. Saran yang diberikan adalah melakukan rotasi kerja sesuai PerMenaker No 13 Tahun 2011.

Abstract

PT. X adalah pabrik pemintalan benang yang bersekala besar dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 105.000 ton pertahun. Mengingat industri ini memiliki risiko terhadap Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja karyawan maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan, melakukan analisis risiko paparan kebisingan terhadap kesehatan pekerja dari aktivitas produksi di perusahaan dan mengetahui besar risiko relatif seorang karyawan yang berada di lingkungan kerja yang terpapar kebisingan dengan rumus pendekatan Epidemiologis yaitu odds ratio. Pengukuran tingkat kebisingan menggunakan alat Sound Lever Meter pada 11 titik pengukuran. Hasil penelitian dengan intensitas kebisingan tertinggi selama 2 minggu adalah di titik 10 yang berlokasi di twisting area yaitu sebesar 89,5 dB(A). Hasil wawancara dengan 93 responden yang dirasakan pada pekerja apabila mendengar suara bising tersebut presentase tertinggi yaitu pada penyakit pusing 30%, cepat lelah 29%, darah tinggi 19,4%, tuli 15,1%, dan yang tidak merasakan apa-apa sebanyak 6,5%. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa banyak pekerja yang terkena penyakit pusing dikarenakan bising di industri. Perhitungan nilai Odds Ratio (O.R) untuk memperoleh  besarnya risiko pekerja yang terpapar bising dengan tingkat kebisingan tertinggi pada tiap titik. Nilai (O.R) pada penyakit pusing yaitu sebesar 3,93 kali lipat lebih besar risikonya dibandingkan pekerja yang berada di luar proses produksi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Husein Sastranegara International Airport Noise Area in Bandung with the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method. There are 12 measurement points determined based on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) at a distance of 650 m parallel to the runway, and 1000 m, 2000 m, 3000 m and 4000 m from the end of the runway. Noise intensity measurements using the Environment Meter CEM DT-8820, tripod and GPS. Data analysis was done in the study using the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method. Based on Government Regulation No. 40 of 2012 concerning the Development of Environmental Conservation in the Airport it is known that the location in the Noise Zone Level 1 is 70 £ WECPNL < 75, the Noise Zone Level 2 is 75 £ WECPNL < 80 and the Noise Zone Level 3 is WECPNL ³ 80. In the Noise Zone Level 3 there are school buildings, offices, parks and residential areas. At Noise Level 1 there are school buildings, parks and residential areas. The results of the study concluded that the highest WECPNL index value is on the runway 650 m WECPNL index value of 72,6, 1000 m distance of WECPNL index value of 68,7, 2000 m distance of WECPNL index value of 66,7, distance of 3000 m value the WECPNL index is 66,5 and the distance of 4000 m the value of the WECPNL index is 66,6. The WECPNL index results at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport have a Level 3 Noise Zone and a Noise Level 1 Area which have school buildings and settlements that should not be all owed. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the concept of sound suppression in the form of planting trees and usage of building materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the challenges thar exist in the Minangkabau International Airport, Padang Pariaman, West Sumatera and  surrounding settlements. Find out how to fly at aiports. The primary data collection method is carried out using a Sound Level Meter, to measure aircraft compability when taking off and landing at 16 points in April – May 2018. The measurement point is determined based on ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) The results of the study show the facts above. Point 4 with a distance of 1000 meters from the end of the runway and has an intensity of 97.9 dB(A) and point 5 as far 2000 meters located at the airport which has a resolution level of 89.5 dB(A), according to Minister of Transportation Decree No. 48/2002 Point 4, a distance of 1000 meters from noise sources is included in the level III area. Based on the results obtained from the highest level in the regional area produced by Boeing 737-800 aircraft at 97.9 dB(A) and lower flying intensity at Point 3 at 61.7 dB (A. Suggestions given about others need to be improved with further assistance, special agreements were made on how to create a barrier or building installation damper such as planting more trees attached to the wall.

Abstract

Tujuan Pelaksanaan Program Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Ekonomi Kreatif PT PII (Persero) Entrepreneurship meliputi: menyediakan peluang pembukaan lapangan usaha baru yang diciptakan sendiri dari masyarakat dengan modal pengetahuan yang di fasilitasi PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penerima manfaat yaitu masyarakat desa Kuta khususnya perempuan, Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab perseroan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholder masyarakat di sekitar proyek yang dijamin perseroan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pendampingan selama 4 (empat) bulan yaitu bulan September-Desember 2019, bertempat di Desa Kuta, Kecamatan Pujut - Mandalika Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dalam pelaksanaan program CSR, PT PII (Persero) melibatkan pemangku kepentingan terkait seperti ITDC Mandalika, Masyarakat setempat. Hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa Program Kewirausahaan PT PII (Persero) ini terasa sangat istimewa karena merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara PT PII (Persero) dan PT Shamara Performa Berdaya (SPEED) serta ITDC Mandalika. Bentuk kerjasama ini merupakan salah satu wujud nyata dari kontribusi terhadap Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). Seluruh rangkaian program ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses, namun agar lebih mahir lagi masih perlu banyaknya melakukan praktik dalam memproduksi makanan khususnya pembuatan dodol dari bahan dasar rumput laut, dengan membuat standar rasa dan olahannya meningkat.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected human life. Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) is a government program that needs to be implemented in the community. The implementation of PHBS can prevent the spread of the Corona Virus. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to provide counseling regarding the implementation of PHBS as an effort to avoid the Corona Virus and to provide assistance for portable hand washing equipment to be used by the public in public places. The method used is counseling and training which is carried out partly online and partly offline with 75 participants from the community. The location of the counseling and training is divided into 2 (two) places, namely the Al-Amin Mosque, RW 12, Cisalak Village and the Cisalak Village Office Hall, Depok. The results of this PkM are getting public understanding about PHBS as an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 Virus and the availability of a portable sink for washing hands as one of the requirements for implementing PHBS. 2 (two) units of handwashing wastel were handed over to the Mushola and the Cisalak Sub-District Office, which was a contribution from the PKM Team to the community.
