Abstract

The aim of this study is to the determine the impact of the application of discovery learning models on the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Selayar. This researches is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data was collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study consisted of all class XI IPS students with a sample of 81 students selected from each class by simple random sampling. The results of the study were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was concluded that the application of the discovery learning model has an impaction the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Selayar.

Abstract

Using Jeneponto Regency's culinary businesses as a case study, this study tries to investigate whether digital literacy and entrepreneurial behavior have an impact on business performance. Business performance is the dependent variable in this study. The independent factors in this study include digital literacy and entrepreneurial behavior. Using quantitative descriptive research and correlational methods, this study examines the relationship between the two variables. 307 culinary enterprises registered with the Jeneponto Regency Department of Cooperatives and SMEs comprised the study's population, from which a sample of 39 culinary firms was selected. Observing, documenting, and distributing questionnaires were used to collect data (questionnaires). Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics are employed in the analysis process. Digital Literacy (X1) and Entrepreneurial Behavior (X2) had a good and significant effect on the success of small enterprises (Y) in culinary businesses in Jeneponto Regency, according to the study results. Because of its greater regression coefficient value than digital literacy, entrepreneurial activity is the most influential variable in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this finding is to determine the impact of entrepreneurial behavior on the performance of small businesses (on corn on the cob in Takalar Regency). This research is quantitative. Simple regression analysis was used to evaluate hypotheses, while data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to business people. entrepreneurship is an important factor in improving the performance of small businesses.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Behavior, Business Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning model on the ability to solve problems in economic learning for class XI students across interests in SMA Negeri 16 Makassar.  The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with Nonequivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design.  Data collection methods are through tests (pretest and posttest), observation, and documentation.  The number of samples in this study were 72 students, where in the experimental class there were 37 students and 35 students in the control class.  Data analysis used in the form of N-Gain experimental class and control class.  Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Problem Based Learning model variable (independent variable) has an effect on the problem-solving ability variable (the dependent variable).  This is evidenced by the comparison of the experimental class mean value of  0.71 (high) and the control class N-Gain average value of  0.53 (moderate).Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model, Problem Solving Ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga dan pramuka di sekolah, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis hasil penelitian berdasarkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada; (a) kegiatan olahraga dilaksanakan secara sistematis, membantu peserta didik untuk mengerti dan memahami nilai-nilai perilaku manusia, serta selalu ditanamkan rasa taqwa, bertanggungjawab dan berperilaku yang sopan, (b) kegiatan pramuka dilaksanakan dengan melakukan sholat berjamaah di setiap persami dan persari, berdoa sebelum melakukan kegiatan pramuka, menjaga kebersihan di sekitar tempat kegiatan dan strategi pemberian keteladanan, pembiasaan dan pengarahan yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang, (2) faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler diantaranya sarana prasarana yang memadai, lingkungan yang kondusif dari sekolah maupun orangtua dan kebijakan sekolah itu sendiri terhadap anggaran, sedangkan faktor-faktor penghambat diantaranya adanya pandemi covid 19 yang mengganggu tatap muka, adanya anggaran yang terbatas, cuaca dan pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of planning, implementation, and evaluation in the character education program and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects and information sources were the principal, deputy head of the curriculum section, deputy head of the student section, counseling teacher, Islamic Education subject teacher, PKn subject teacher, and social studies subject teacher. The technique of data collection is done by observation, interviews and review of the documents of the SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. In analyzing the data, steps are taken, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusions and verification. The validity test of the data is done by triangulation.The conclusions in this study are, 1) Planning for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out through 3 processes, namely socialization of character education, compiling curriculum, and managing school culture and extracurricular activities; 2) Implementation of the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out in: (a) learning activities, (b) school cultural activities; and (c) extracurricular activities. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supervision, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of implementation. 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supporting factors include (a) conducive situation, (b) programmed activities, (c) supporting infrastructure facilities, (d) Human Resources, leadership, and good teacher attitudes, while inhibiting factors include: (a) lack of communication between the school and parents, (b) awareness of students who are still lacking, and (c) different understanding of school people about character education. Keywords: Implementation, Character Education Program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar di kecamatan Mamajang kota Makassar, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar di kecamatan Mamajang kota Makassar, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar di kecamatan Mamajang kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 orang guru SD di kecamatan Mamajang. Sementara untuk uji hipotesis digunakan tekhnik analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah yang dijelaskan dengan hasil nilai sig 0,021 < 0,05 atau nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (2,382 > 1,697) artinya variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki arah pengaruh positif, (2) ada pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dengan hasil nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 atau nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (3,972 > 1,697) artinya variabel kompetensi kewirausahaan memiliki arah pengaruh positif, (3) ada pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah yang dijelaskan dengan hasil nilai F hitung> F tabel yaitu 46.925 > 5,10 atau nilai sig 0,000 < ???? = 0,05, Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel bebas yang digunakan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja kepala sekolah. Adapun besaran pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah sebesar 62,1% sisanya sebesar 37,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Implikasi dari penelitian adalah bahwa perlunya kecakapan dalam bertindak kepala sekolah dan peningkatan kinerja kepala sekolah, sehingga sudah menjadi keharusan bagi kepala sekolah untuk selalu memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Kinerja.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Using Shopee Paylater on Impulsive Purchases for Students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using the shopee paylater on the consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, totaling 4000 students, while the sample in this study was 115 students. Data analysis used is the assumption test, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Judging from the results of calculations through SPSS, the coefficient of determination using Shopee Pay has a significant effect on impulsive purchases of 43.8%. While the remaining 56.6% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study. The results obtained are ???? ℎ???????????????????? 0.00 < ???? ???????????????????? 0.05. This shows that ???????? is rejected and ???????? is accepted. Keywords: Use of Shopee Paylater, Impulse Purchases.
