Abstract

Insurance company need a boost and just leader and dedicated a job in order to maximize the potential of employees that have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Response from employees job satisfaction indicated by several aspect: the level of attendance, responsibility for work, timely completion of work and the positive reaction to the company policy. This study aims to answer the research question (research) is whether job satisfaction is influenced by motivation and leadership styles. The analytical method used was multiple linear analysis techniques. The result showed simultaneous motivation and leadership styles have a significant effect. In partial motivation and leadership style, and a strong effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Motivation, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation to employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Honda Nusadua Badung regency of Bali. The population of as many as 35 people. The sampling method used is sampling saturated, so that all the population is used as a sample. Data collected through interviews and observations. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. Results of the analysis showed that the style of leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership style increases the employee's performance will increase significantly. Variable compensation positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the provision of fair and adequate compensation given to employees, the employees performance will increase significantly.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior in Badung district inspectorate. This study was conducted on employees in the inspectorate of Badung Regency. The Population and respondents were 74 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of thi study indicate the transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in inspectorate of Badung regency. The head of the inspectorate of Badung regency must maintain and always pay attention to how much transformational leadership and organizational commitment felt by his subordinates. It aims to create employees who have extra role attitude or organizational citizenship behavior againt other employees at the inspectorate of Badung regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze 1) the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. 2) the effect of labor discipline on employee performance. 3) the effect of burnout on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees Arma Museum and Resort, samples taken as many as 52 people. Data collection is done9by observations,9interviews, and questionnairest. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, the model accuracy test (Test F), and the t test. Results of the data analysis showed that the variables of leadership transfromational positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, work discipline variable positive and significant effect on the performance of the employee, while the variable burnout significant negative effect on the performance of the employee. This research suggestion, the leader should always give encouragement or motivation to employee, management should be more assertive and did not hesitate to impose sanctions on employees who violate the rules, and the management provide additional hours of resting, so that employees are not exhausted in doing his job.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis peran efikasi diri kewirausahaan dalam memoderasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Udayana. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 93 orang yang ditentukan secara purposif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Moderated Regression Analysis.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri kewirausahan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat kewirausahaan. Selain itu efikasi diri kewirausahaan memoderasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan. Berarti efikasi diri kewirausahaan dapat memperkuat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Udayana. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Minat kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Karakteristik pekerjaan, penempatan dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Karakteristik pekerjaan, penempatan dan gaya kepemimpinan perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan dapat membantu perusahaan atau organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar yang berjumlah 209 orang.Menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria pegawai yang memiliki pendidikan minimal S1 dan memiliki umur 22-55 tahun. Jumlah Sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 102 karyawan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Karakteristik pekerjaan, penempatan dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kompensasi karyawan terhadap turnover intention dengan lingkungan kerja fisik sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 147 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis. Penelitian ini Pihak manajemen Hotel Mercure Legian-Bali harus tetap menurunkan stres kerja dan kompensasi karyawan di dalam perusahaan agar pegawai merasa aman dan nyaman dan dapat berkomitmen terhadap perusahaan, sehingga akan menurunkan turnover intention pada Hotel Mercure Legian-Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Pada Hotel Mercure Legian-Bali. Kompensasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Pada Hotel Mercure Legian-Bali. Lingkungan kerja fisik memoderasi berpengaruh Stres kerja terhadap turnover intention Pada Hotel Mercure Legian-Bali dan Lingkungan kerja fisik memoderasi berpengaruh kompensasi karyawan terhadap turnover intention Pada Hotel Mercure Legian-Bali. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. his study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 61 employees of PT. Kardiasa Denpasar. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. Obtained findings that leadership, communication, and physical work environment simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. Other results found that leadership, communication, and physical work environment is partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. Finally, the leadership variable is a variable that dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kardisa Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the placement, motivation and work stress either simultaneously or partially on employee satisfaction Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar, and variables dominant influence on job satisfaction. The study population is employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar as many as 47 people. Data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The study states the variable placement, motivation, a positive contribution to job satisfaction and job stress contributes negatively to job satisfaction. Partial assay results indicate that the placement and work motivation partially influence on job satisfaction. Work stress contributes negatively to job satisfaction. Farsial test showed that placement, motivation and stress simultaneously affect the job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the condition of achievement motivation, affiliation and power in gender perspective in PT. Bangun Bali Utama. In addition, to determine whether there is any difference in achievement motivation, affiliation, and power in a gender perspective, as well as to find out the differences among the three greatest motivation in a gender perspective. The analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, Average Difference Testing Two Samples. The analysis showed the condition of achievement motivation, affiliation, and power in a gender perspective, most of the motivation of men is higher than women. Motivation ruling has the largest difference from the third motivation. Advice can be given as a material consideration in the PT. Bangun Bali Utama is more concerned employees to be able to accept a relatively high risk, able to solve problems in the workplace, it can create a strong relationship between employees and leaders to be more attention to employees who have a suitable character as leaders in their respective fields so as to increase motivation their work.
