Abstract

Abstract: Mandailing tribe is one of tribes located in Rokan Hulu Regency. Mandailing tribe in Rokan Hulu regency is an immigrant tribe from North Sumatera Province involved in civil war in Padang Galugur area to settle and live in Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this research is 1) To know the history of entry of Mandailing tribe in Regency of Rokan Hulu Regency. 2) To know the factors inhibiting and pushing the entry of Mandailing tribe into Rokan Hulu District 3) To know the acceptance of local people to the entry of Mandailing tribe to Rokan Hulu regency 4) To know the role of government in the development of Mandailing tribe in Rokan Hulu regency. In this research using descriptive method, with qualitative approach, where it will provide complete information so that it is useful for science. The results of this study indicate that the Mandailing tribe is one part of the tribe that is in Rokan Hulu district. Who has long lived and lived in Rokan Hulu district from the days of the Kingdom of Rambah and Tambusai to the present time. Abstract

Abstract: Human values always coveted by all mankind in creating an Organized structure, dynamic and progressive. An order-which emphasizes Basically the message of peace, justice, order, freedom, and other humanitarian messages. HOWEVER, there is some interest for certainement parties That Are mastered and controlled as the invaders That Certain menguasaidaerah. Through policies notes many of the rights of the people who colonized ignored. The policy would Violate the very nature of human values zoals the right to mengeluakan opinion, the right to vote, the right to life and the basic human rights of others. The purpose of this study was to determining the biography of Mahatma Gandhi, to know what efforts were made by Mahatma Gandhi in the fight for human values based on the principles of Satyagraha, To know the obstacles faced by Mahatma Gandhi in the fight for human values , to knowing the end of the struggle of Mahatma Gandhi. This research method is historical. The historical method is a way to revive the event or Events that occurred in the past. The goal is to reconstruct the Past Systematically and Objectively, by collecting, Evaluating, verifying and systematize the evidence to get the facts and Obtain the Conclusions That can be dipertangungg Justified. The results Showed That Mahatma Gandhi is known as a leader who led the people of India to escape from the shackles of British rule with berasaskan peace. As a follower of Hinduism, Gandhi apply Their religion to inspire the world in order to renounce violence, Uphold human rights, and freedom. He is fighting for the rights of the Indian people in South Africa and in India withoutusing elements of violence. Gandhi apply the doctrine of Ahimsa (reject the desire to kill and endanger the life or love peace), Swadeshi (use products made in their Own Country), and ocher (mass strike in Rejecting the British government regulations) in-which all of the teaching AIMS to Obtain the truth (Satyagraha).Keyword : Role, Mahatma Gandhi, values Humanity

Abstract

Abstrak: The problem in this research is that students do not understand the explanation given by the teacher, because the teacher teaching only give lectures, so that students are not motivated to learn and ignore the student activity. To improve learning outcomes IPS History class VII C Senior High School 1 Koto Kampar Hulu through the Cooperative Model Type Make A Match. This research was held on 7 April to 21 April 2016yang done as much as two cycles. Subjects in this study were students of class VII C amounting to 23 students who serve as a source of data. Data collection instrument in this essay is to test students' achievements and activity observation sheet teachers and students. In this thesis presented student learning outcomes through the final test results cycle I and II. The improvement that occurred in the first cycle with an average daily quiz 66.30% and 80.65% second cycle. Learning outcome is supported by the increased activity of the teachers and students. In the first cycle of increased activity of teachers by 80% to 95%. While improving student activity increased from 75% to 92.5%. From the research results obtained show that the students managed to increase IPS History with good learning outcomes so that the implementation of cooperative models Type Make A Match in this study is proven and can be accepted in improving learning outcomes IPS History class VII C Senior High School 1 Koto Kampar Hulu.Keywords: Cooperative Model Type Make A Match, IPS Learning Outcomes History.

Abstract

Abstract: Letda Abdul Murad Saidun is a member of the military in the physical revolution Selatpanjang in the years 1945-1950. During the Japanese occupation, the Letda Abdul Murad Saidun joined the Japanese military organization heiho. Post-reading the text of the proclamation of Ir. Soekarno and Moh. Hatta, Letda Abdul Murad Saidun resumed his military career by joining the People's Security Agency (BKR), which is a progression to the Indonesian National Army (TNI) as the base defense in maintaining state sovereignty. After Letda Abdul Murad Saidun participate BKR in Selatpanjang, he is believed to be the deputy military commander of Company II Selatpanjang by Lieutenant. Col. Hasan Basri who is head of Regiment IV Riau. The purpose of this research is to know the life story of LetdaAbdul Murad Saidun, to find out how the role and fights Letda Abdul Murad Saidun uphold the independence of Indonesia in Selatpanjang, to determine the end of the match Letda Abdul Murad Saidun. The method used in this research is the method of historical and descriptive method in which data were collected through interviews and analyzed in its own language. The research location is in Selatpanjang Meranti Islands regency in Riau province. When the study started from the exam proposal for the final exam. Data collection techniques used were interview techniques, technical documentation and technical literature. From study said that Letda Abdul Murad Saidun is one of the military leaders in Selatpanjang. Based on these results, we can conclude that LietdaAbdul Murad Saidun has a big role in fighting to preserve the independence of Indonesia, especially in Selatpanjang.Keywords: Position, Maintain, Independence

Abstract

Abstract: Duanu tribe is community of laut tribe or sea people where located in Muara Sungai Indragiri Hilir, also part of Kelompok Adat Terpencil (KAT), it is a part of Ras Proto Melayu (Melayu Tua). Duanu tribe have an unique tradition, that is Menongkah Kerang. Menongkah Kerang is technique of Duanu tribe to looking for shell in muddy beach when the receding of sea water coming using piece of board that they named with papan tongkah. This research have purpose to knowing about: (1) To knowing about history of Duanu tribe in Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Tanah Merah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. (2) To knowing about development menongkah kerang tradition of Duanu tribe in Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Tanah Merah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. (3) To knowing about parents role and youth in there to preserve Menongkah Kerang tradition of Duanu tribe in Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Tanah Merah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. This research is qualitative descriptive and technique of data accumulation using observation technique, interview, documentation and documents. Result of this research showing that Menongkah Kerang already run into progress, which one, this menongkah karang have become the yearly travel destination in Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir and also already there are menongkah traditional dance that be showed at cultural festival event and tradition events in Indragiri Hilir.Keywords: Menongkah Kerang, Duanu Tribe

Abstract

Abstract: Interest Nias are people who live in the customs and cultures are still high. Nias communities have many cultural one of which is the procedure for a wedding, Wedding in Nias community is very sacred. One important requirement is to pay honesty marriage or dowry. The purpose of this research is to know What are the requirements in the society wedding of Nias village Onowaembo.Untuk know What are the factors that affect the way the people of Nias village wedding Onowaembo.Untuk know how is the wedding procedures performed by the people of Nias village Onowaembo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. When the study as from the start until the proposal seminar thesis examination. Results from this study is that the marriage ceremony is the Nias community is one of the cultural diversity that comes from Nias tribe. Before choosing a mate advance notice requirements that must be met before the wedding because if these conditions are not met there will be no wedding meal. Marriage in Nias community is also very closely related to the economic, social, especially education. Nias society wedding ceremony begins with the election of a mate (famaigi niha) that were once found a new soul mate is done with the next event, before the wedding ceremony consists of six stages, a wedding ceremony consists of 5 stages and after the wedding ceremony consists of two stages.
