Abstract

Abstract: As an empire, Aceh experienced a period of forward and backward. This also made the Royal Commander think of appointing and inaugurating a Sultan, who later the Sultan could restore the glory of the Kingdom of Aceh. That is why a Sultan named Sultan Ibrahim Mansyur Syah was appointed in his government assisted by Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out who Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir was, 2) To find out about the condition of Aceh before the arrival of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir, 3) To find out the role of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir during the reign of Sultan Ibrahim Mansyursyah, 4) To find out how the end the presence of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir in the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam 1864-1878. In this study the author uses qualitative research methods with descriptive and historical approaches. This method is a research conducted by interpreting the data in the past or the present by using words on the results of the study. The results of this study are the emergence of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir in Aceh around 1864, where the Aceh Sultanate was a meaningless government. Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir is a foreign figure of Arab descent who gained an important position in the kingdom of Aceh Darussalam in maintaining the glory and power of Aceh Darussalam. Habib obtained several important positions including being the Imam of the Grand Mosque, resolving internal conflicts, the delegation of diplomacy abroad, and negotiator with the Netherlands.Keywords: Role, Habib, Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam

Abstract

Abstract: The Ratif Saman ritual is the tradition of the village net (village), the people of Resun Village, is a traditional ritual that is carried out to clean the village from disturbances of spirits and bad people who intend to disturb the village. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out a brief history Ratif Ritual Saman Community Resun Village North Lingga District Lingga Regency Riau Islands Province. (2) To find out the process of the Saman Ratif Ritual of Resun Village, North Lingga District, Riau Islands Regency. (3) To find out the changes that occurred in the Ratif Saman Ritual in Resun Village, North Lingga District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Qualitative method is a method that does not use numbers in data collection and in providing interpretation of the results. The results of the general research that the authors wrote ratif saman rituals in the resun village communities are carried out depending on the condition of how many calamities, but at this time it is rare to do this ritual.Key Words: Ratif Saman, Tradition, Resun Village

Abstract

Abstract: In the beginning the airport just a empty area which is landed by planes as the wind direction or military business. At the world war I, the airport started to contruct permanently as while the improving of using of air transportation and connecting from one island to other island. To support the air transportation activity then they contructed a wide field as the place of plane landing and take off and now it called airport. It’s started when Japan collonial and used for Japan millitary business. The history of the Silangit name based on story from generation to generation and the historical fact still exist around airport. That name came up when the Japan collonial while lot of people from Pariksabungan villages was death because shooted by Japan soldier. Lots of mother loose their husband pouring their tears and pain while criying ont “Cross” in the sky. That the only one place to accusation because they were powerless, to fight back Japan soldier which just relying arrow. By its development, Silangit airport are truly needed for people from Siborong-borong district to Samosir district. The method that used is descriptive qualitative method which the data colleted through interview, observation,documentation and literature study. Abstract

Abstrak: Disputes are a form of discord by individuals or groups because they have different attitudes, beliefs, values or needs. The process that occurs when an individual or group negatively affects another individual or group by engaging in physical violence that makes the other person's feelings and feelings disrupted. The purpose of this research is to know the cause of the dispute of society IV Koto with V Koto, to know the characters involved in the dispute between society IV Koto with V Koto, to know the resolution happened in dispute between society IV Koto with V Koto, To explain the impact of the dispute between the community of Koto IV and V Koto. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data obtained from the interviews are then analyzed in their own language. The location of the research is Padang Panjang City. This research began to be implemented after the exam proposal until this thesis is completed. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, interview techniques and literature study techniques. The result of the research indicates that there has been a dispute between IV Koto and V Koto in Padang Panjang City in 1815 because the problem of gambling and dispute took victim from community IV Koto.Keyword: Community IV Koto with V Koto, Dispute

Abstract: Silat Pangean has come up with a variety of style and toughnessconvincing and reflects a harmonious life, in addition to the virtuous piety is reflected inevery personal arts followers.Therefore Pangean has grown everywhere, not just in thearea of Riau, Jambi and Malaysia. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) theinterest Youth Silat Pangean (2) Structure of the Silat Pangean (3) What message iscontained in martial Pangean (4) Business and constraints in Preserving Silat Pangean inthe district of Pangean Kuantan. the method used is the qualitative and quantitativemethods. Engineering samples used in this study is purposive sampling techniques of dataanalysis in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are in line withthe passage of time and the development of science and technology and innovation in avariety of martial arts, and a variety of martial arts that is in the world Silat Pangean stillsurvive and exist in every person who has an interest and the interest in Silat PangeaniniKaum young participating in any martial arts event Pangean often held in the month ofRamadan more, almost all of the young people in the district following the event Pangeantersebut.Silat Pangean allowed to openly teach, a teacher of martial arts pages can be setup anywhere, these martial arts as long as the student of induak barompek it getspermission from the martial arts teacher Pangea and the area being laman.Silat Pangeanamong other areas, such as Pelalawan, Siak, even to Amerika.Silat PANGEAN veryattractive because in addition to the good life of peace and security both physical andspiritual. Abstract

Abstract: H. Himron Saheman is one of the fighters in maintaining independence in Rengat in particular and Riau Province generally. In addition H. Himron Saheman has many roles in maintaining independence in Riau Province. One of them in Rengat. At the time of the Dutch Military Aggression II occurred. H. Himron Saheman and other Soldiers tried to reclaim the town of Rengat that had been occupied by the Dutch by way of guerrilla attacks. In addition to his role in the field of Military he also has a role in terms of advancing the Riau region such as, as one of the founders of Building Juang 45 Riau Province, the originator for the construction of the Taman Makam Bahagia Kusuma Bhakti, Commander Kodim 0301, Becoming Bengkalis Regent, Chief Inspectorate Riau, Chairman of the Riau Regional House of Representatives, Member of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Riau, Chairman of PEPABRI Riau, chairman of DHD 45 Riau Province, and chairman of Legion Veteran of the Republic of Indonesia (LVRI) Riau Province. To know the role of H. Himro Saheman as a warrior character, the method used is qualitative which is a research method whose findings and sources are not obtained from statistical procedures or other calculations. This type of research is a field study to explore and examine data related to the title. The respondents from this research are H. Himron Saheman, outgoing party and relatives of H. Himron Saheman. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and related books in the role of H. Himron Saheman in maintaining independence in Rengat and Riau Province.Keywords: H. Abstract: Koto Kampar Hulu was a new expanded Sub-district at 11 June 2010 based on the rgulation of Kampar district number 2 year 2010, regarding to the change of the regulations at Kampar district number 22 year 2003, rgarding to the forming of the Bangkinang Seberang, Salo, Kampar Utara. Rumbio Jaya, Kampar Timur, Kampar Kiri Tengah, Gunung Sahilan, Perhentian Raja and Koto Kampar Hulu district. Koto Kampar Hulu has thousand villages. 5 local villages and an Ex-Transmigration vilage (transfer from XIII Koto kampar) with the names of villages as follows : Tanjung village, Tabing vlllage, Pongkai village (ex-transmigration), Gunun Malelo village, Sibiruang village, Bandur Picak village. The purposes of this study are 1) to find out the histoy of the expansion of Koto Kampar Hulu sub-disrict. 2) to finid out the fulfillment regional expansion requirements. 3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in development of Koto Kampar Hulu sub-district expansion. 4) to find out the effects of expansion in Koto Kampar Hulu sub-disrict at education field. This research use qualitative method wih desciptive presentation. The result of this research show that Koto Kampar Hulu sub-district was a combination villages from XIII Koto Kampar sub-district which want their area to be devided with the aim of facilitating public to connect with the sub-district and to close the distance to the previous sub-district.Key Words: Sub-district expansionJOM

Abstract

Abstract: Rail is a form of rail transport consisting of a series of vehicles drawn along a railway line to transport cargo or passengers. The railways are inseparable from a Dutch arrival to Indonesia. In 1886, the Dutch government built the Medan Station. This station is used to transport the plantation to the port. This research aims to (1) to know the history of Medan railway, (2) to know the development of railway in Medan 1886-1942, (3) to know the influence of railway existence in Medan there are indigenous society in the field of social-economy. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Qualitative method is a method that does not use numbers in data collection and in giving interpretation of the results. Data obtained from interviews are then analyzed in their own language. The location of the research is in Medan, precisely in Jalan Prof. H.M. Yamin. Research starts from proposal seminar to thesis exam. Data collection techniques used were interview techniques, documentation techniques, library study techniques and comporative studies. Abstract

Abstract: The name H. Azaly Djohan is indeed very popular for the people of Riau Province, as a figure in the government who is a role model for the community. In his service in Riau Province, he has occupied many government structures, he is known as a firm leader, trustworthy and disciplined in various ways, he is also active in various organizations in Riau Province, and now he is the Chair of Kwarda Riau Province. He participated in fighting for Riau to become a Province in 1957 which held a congress aimed at making Riau province formed and separated from central Sumatra. This study aims to determine the overall biography of H.M Azaly Djohan. SH what is his role in the world of government and community organizations in Riau Province. using a qualitative approach, a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. This type of research is field research, namely research carried out by direct involvement in the field to explore and examine data relating to the title. The respondents in this study were friends and colleagues H.M Azaly Djohan. SH. While the technique of collecting data in this study was conducted using two methods, namely: interview and documentation study. The results showed that H.M Azaly Djohan. Abstract

Abstract : Bekudo Bono is a people's game using a wooden boat. The role of Bekudo Bono in Telukmeranti Village brings many benefits especially in the field of tourism in Telukmeranti, while the purpose of this study is to determine the role of Bekudo Bono, to know the contribution obtained through Bekudo Bono, to know the perception of the people of Telukmeranti Bekudo Bono and tourism development in the District Pelalawan, to know the participation of the community in supporting the special interest tourism event of Bekudo Bono. The method used in this study is a historical research method consisting of four stages, namely heuristics (collecting resources), source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data obtained from the interviews plus the data obtained from the book. The data obtained from interviews and literature studies are then analyzed in their own language. The location of the study was conducted in Telukmeranti Sub-District of Telukmeranti Regency of Pelalawan Regency. This research was conducted from the issuance of the research permit until this thesis is completed. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, literature study and documentation techniques. The results show that Bekudo Bono has a very important role in tourism in Telukmeranti Village.Keywords: Role of Bekudo Bono, Tourism Development Bekudo Bono
