Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dampak gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Jumlah anggota populasi adalah 31 orang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau sensus. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung kepada responden untuk mencari data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan hasil pengumpulan data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, variabel budaya sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, maka SMP Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi. Dengan mengetahui pengaruh hubungan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai parameter untuk merancang strategi dimasa yang akan datang guna meningkatkan kinerja guru. AbstractThis study aims to examine the impact of principals' leadership style, school culture, and motivation on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar Middle School. The number of members of the population is 31 people. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a questionnaire or census. The research instrument in this study is a questionnaire that was distributed directly to respondents to look for data related to this study. The data analysis method used is the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the study and the results of data collection showed that partially, the principal leadership style variable had a significant effect on teacher performance, the school culture variable had a significant effect on teacher performance, and the motivation variable had a significant effect on teacher performance. The empirical findings indicate that to improve teacher performance, Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar Middle School needs to pay attention to the factors that influence teacher performance, such as principals' leadership, school culture, and motivation. Because by knowing the effect of the relationship can be used as a parameter to design a strategy in the future to improve teacher performance.

Objective. This study aims to identify and analyze consumer considerations factors in online purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable. Research Methods.This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Study Program of Master of Management, Postgraduate, Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan who had made online purchases. The number of samples was 80 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection used questionnaires and secondary data collection used literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study used linear regression analysis and interaction test with a significance value of = 5% (0.05). Results.The results showed that the variables of consumer consideration factors and consumer confidence had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of Postgraduate Management Master Program. Consumer trust was able to strengthen the influence of consumer considerations factors on consumer purchasing decisions online. Conclusion.All aspects contained in these variables consisting of price, product, ease of transaction and transaction security have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions to shop online. The better and clearer the practice of prices, products, convenience and security of transactions provided by companies or individual online sellers, the easier it is for consumers to make purchasing decisions.

The objective of this research is to analyse a companyâ€™s bancruptcy by the use of Altman Z-Score model. This study used the descriptive quantitative analysis method. The data used are secondary data, the annual financial statements and income statements of each company. Data were analyzed using four X ratio defined by Altman and were used to calculate the Z score of each company in order to determine its health level. The analysis shows that in 2010 - 2012 the company's health condition was not good. In 2010 the company was in the gray zone, then the next year the company'sÂ condition declined, and in 2012 it was at an unhealthy condition/bankrupt. Telkom is in a healthy state and has increased each year, Indosat is in the unhealthy zone with Z score tends to increase every year. By knowing the health condition of a company, corporate management is able to evaluate each financial ratio and fix the company's financial performance in order to survive and compete.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, discipline and technical training on the performance of technical staff at the Xi Pandan Forest Management Unit Technical Implementation Unit. This research applies descriptive and explanatory methods. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, namely 32 people, all members of the population become the object of research. Thus this research was conducted by census method. Data collection techniques using interviews (intervew), and through distributing a list of questions (questionaire) to respondents. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence, facilities and training simultaneously had a significant effect on performance in the Xi Pandan Region Forest Management Unit Technical Implementation Unit, competence and facilities partially had a positive and significant effect on performance while training partially had a positive and insignificant effect on performance in the Unit Technical Executor of the Xi Pandan Region Forest Management Unit. Performance variations can be explained by variations in competence, facilities and training of 86.4%

PT. Pegadaian is a state-owned company engaged in its main business, namely pawning. PT. Pegadaian is the leader in the national financing market with a high market share and market growth. In the investment product financing line in the form of gold savings and the existence of competitors is a new strategy from PT. Pegadaian to be superior to its competitors. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Medan Utama. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods with a total sample of 380 respondents using gold savings customers. The results of this study are that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Pegadaian's gold savings product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Market orientation and innovation of Pegadaian's gold savings products have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage.
