Abstract

This study aimed to know the psychometry characteristic of need assessment instrument on the topic of classroom guidance in the social guidance and counseling services for students at SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. This study was research and development followed Saifuddin Azwar model. Data collection method was a rating scale. Data analysis used content validity which was formulated by Aiken, construct validity used Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability analysis used Alpha Cronbach. The results of this development research were the need assessment instrument on the topic of classroom guidance in social guidance and counseling services for students at SMP N 1 Yogyakarta based on the content validity obtained 0,85, reliability 0,98 and found several new item groups from exploratory factor analysis result. It could be concluded that instrument of need assessment on the topic of social guidance and counseling was feasible to use

Abstract

The objectives of this study is the availability of standardized mini research assignment manuals for the student development subject as University courses that must be taken by all students in the first semester in all the Faculty in Medan State University. This research is a development research following the Borg and Gall models. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that previously analyze by material and media experts. The trial questionnaire was given to 50 students of first semester of Mathematics Department and operational trials were given to 150 students who came from various majors such as the Department of Physics, Chemical Economics, Geography, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering with random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. The outputs of this research is the mini research task handbook for student development subjects for first semester students of Medan State University.Keywords: Mini Research, Guiding Book, Technology and Science.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) Develop Module as learning media on academic guidance and counseling practice subject in Guidance and Counseling Department, Faculty of Education, Medan State University (2) Test the feasibility of module as learning media on academic guidance and counseling practice subject with content experts, media experts and respondent. This research is a research and development followed the 4-D Models method, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Disseminate. The data collection method involved two content experts and two learning media experts. Product quality testing was conducted on 20 students academic year 2018 of Guidance and Counseling Department, Faculty of Education, Medan State University. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kondisi nomophobia mahasiswa ditinjau dari gender, tahun masuk universitas, akses internet perhari dan jumlah sosmed. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tahun masuk 2015 (0,29%) 2016 (0,34%), 2017 (0,37%), dengan usia 19-23 tahun dengan jumlah 205 mahasiswa (laki-laki = 17,6%; perempuan = 82,4%). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental (non probability sampling). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen nomophobia yang berjumlah 33 item. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis perangkat lunak JASP dengan teknik deskriptif. Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan nomophobia di kalangan mahasiswa, rata-rata laki-laki (M = 99.7) lebih tinggi daripada perempuan (M = 93.82). Selain itu, temuan lain pada penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan nomophobia mahasiswa setiap tahun masuk terlihat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 91.98 untuk tahun masuk 2015, 93.69 untuk tahun masuk 2016, dan 98.21 untuk tahun masuk 2017. Dan ada kesamaan antara durasi internet per hari dengan jumlah akun sosmed dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan nomophobia mahasiswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan mengenai perkembangan individu yang masih sering di bahas ialah mengenai perkembangan kognitif manusia. Salah satu aktifitas yang melibatkan kognitif manusia ialah belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi self efficacy dan regulasi emosi terhadap kejenuhan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 153 orang  mahasiswa Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling FIP UNIMED yang terdaftar pada Agustus-Desember 2021 dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 111 orang siswa dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini berupa instrumen self efficacy, instrument regulasi emosi dan instrumen kejenuhan belajar dengan menggunakan skala model Likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy pada diri mahasiswa akan mampu mengurangi kejenuhan belajar, selain itu rendahnya regulasi emosi negatif pada diri mahasiswa akan mampu mengatasi kejenuhan belajar pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA-SMK Se-Kota Jayapura., 2 Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sistem terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA-SMK Se-Kota Jayapura, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional dan dukungan sistem terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA-SMK Se-Kota Jayapura. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan jenis survey cross-sectional. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dengan demikian, maka seluruh guru SMA dan SMK di kota Jayapura menjadi sampel yang berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini kompetensi Profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling. Dukungan Sistem  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi Profesional dan dukungan sistem berpengaruh kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Group Guidance Service with Systematic Desensitization Techniques on Anxiety of Passing Course Semester II Guidance and Counseling Students, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Medan Academic Year 2020/2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group guidance services with systematic desensitization techniques on the anxiety of passing course in the second semester of guidance and counseling students at FIP UNIMED  academic year 2020/2021. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research subjects were 8 people who were selected by screening using an anxiety scale to pass the course. data analysis used Wilcoxon test, The result showed that the group guidance service of the systematic desensitization technique has proven effective in reducing the level of anxiety in passing students' courses, where Jcount > Jtable is 6 > 4, from the crisis table J for the Wilcoxon marked level test for n = 8 , = 0.05. This can also be seen through the results of the calculation with the pre-test score obtained an average of 118.5 while the post-test data obtained an average of 61.5. Keywords: Group Guidance, Systematic Desensitization, Anxiety Passing Courses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling berbasis CIPP di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Model penilaian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan Observasi. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah, 1 Koordinator BK, 2 Guru BK, 10 orangtua dan 30 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi pada komponen Context, Process dan Product berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan komponen Input berada pada kategori cukup baik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan program Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan model evaluasi CIPP berada dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigated the effect of online counseling to cabin fever phenomenon of students in SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa . The research used a q u a n t i t a t iv e m e th o d . T h e ty p e o f t h is r e s e a r c h w a s q u a s i exp e r i m e n ta l w i t h p r e te s t a n d p o s t t e s t design. The data collection technique used a questionnaire of cabin fever scale. The sample of this research was 10 students which was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analyzed used Wilcoxon test. The result showed that the wilcoxon signed rank test obtained Jcount = 77 and Jtable = 5.Therefore, Jhitung> Jtable . The level of significance for test α=0.05. It could be concluded that there is the effect of the online counseling to cabin fever phenomenon of students in SMP Negeri 1Tanjung Morawa
