Abstract

Geoelectrical method utilizes resistivity variation by measuring potential difference due to electrical current which is injected into the ground. The method can be imployed to characterize geological structure of the subsurface, to locate water reservoir, to monitor groundwater pollution and to explore geothermal reservoir. In this study, a laboratory physical model was used along with the geoelectric method as a means to monitor the pollutant transport in the sand of the model. The geoelectric method employed Wenner-Schlumberger configuration with electrode spacing of 5 cm.The result showed that the pollutant transport can be detected from the electrical resistivity variation. The addition conductive pollutant into the sand of the model caused the resistivity of the sand decreased, because the applied pollutant was conductive. After monitoring using five times measurement with pollutant interval application of 600 ml, the restivity measurement showed that the pollutant spreaded progressively at every measurement.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain student worksheets based on a scientific approach using the group investigation model that is feasible to apply to collision topic in High School. The research model used in this study refers to the ADDIE development model, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. The feasibility of student’s worksheets (SW) is measured by the results of SW validation, student learning outcomes and student response questionnaires. The SW is assessed by a team of experts. The overall results of the SW validation showed an average score of 4 was included in the good category. After the implementation of SW the learning outcomes have increased, namely the overall average of students is in the medium category and the average result of the overall response of students shows a score of 4 which is included in the agreed category Based on the three measurements of the feasibility of the SW, it shows that the SW is feasible to be applied in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause college students to experience difficulty in understanding Mathematics Physics I lectures and any material / subject from Mathematics Physics I subjects that college students experience difficulties. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were college students of FKIP Unsyiah Department of Physics Education 2017 with a population of 50 people . Data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and interviews. The results of the study concluded that college student factors, KBM factors, and learning facility factors did not cause college students to experience difficulties in understanding Mathematics Physics I lectures and overall Mathematics Physics I material / subjects were less difficult for college students to understand. .Kata Kunci : Learning Difficulties, Physics Mathematics I

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to use length measuring instruments at the State High School 7 Banda Aceh. This type of research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class X in State High School 7 Banda Aceh. The sampling technique in this study uses random sampling. The samples taken in this study were students from class X which totaled 5 classes, each class was taken 5 students who were randomly selected as samples. Data collection techniques by providing multiple choice tests of 10 questions and skills tests. Data collection techniques used were knowledge tests in the form of objective tests in the form of multiple choice and skills tests. The technique in data processing uses percentages to get the results of this study. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability of students' knowledge to use length measuring instruments by 60% and to use the calipers by 55%. While knowledge on screw micrometers by 72% and skills using screw micrometers by 63%. So it can be concluded that the grade X students of State High School 7 Banda Aceh had pretty good knowledge and skills in using calipers, while the knowledge and skills of students on the micrometer screw was good. Keywords: basic length measuring, physics education, instruments

Abstract

Learning about laboratory equipment is often done. However, at the end of the learning that is often carried out tests is knowledge. While the skills possessed by students are rarely carried out tests, even though skills are part of the competencies that must be achieved. This can be caused by the unavailability of test kits that can be used to measure skills. Therefore in this study researchers conducted research on the development of physics student skills tests using basic physics measuring instruments in the Fkip Unsyiah Physics Education laboratory. This study aims to obtain a skill test device using a valid basic physics measurement tool for physics education study program students. The products produced are in the form of assessment instruments in the form of rubrics on a scale of 1-3. This study uses the development model Rowntree which consists of three stages, namely: 1) Planning; 2) Development; and 3) Evaluation. The results showed that the instrument validation obtained a percentage of 80% with a very feasible category. While the results of the average percentage of practical performance using calipers is 90.3%, micrometer 92.1%, voltmeter 81.5%, and ampermeter 81.6%. That is, the average percentage of student performance is categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to determine the feasibility of the development of student worksheets to support ICARE learning model on optical material in MAS Darul Ihsan Aceh Besar. Student worksheets developed based on the elements found in the ICARE learning model. The type of research was Research and Development (RD) and the development design used in this research was ADDIE namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Student worksheets assessed by the validation team obtained a percentage of 84.2% with excellent category, then the students’ responses gained a percentage of 82.5% with excellent category. Therefore, students’ worksheets to support ICARE learning model on optical material was appropriate to be implemented in learning process. Keywords: Student worksheets, ICARE learning Model

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pengiriman uang melalui wesel pos instan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Sintang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan semua pelanggan yang melakukan pengiriman uang melalui wesel pos instan di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Sintang. Analisis Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode ServQual.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor ServQual dimensi keandalan (reliability) sebesar -0,25, dimensi daya tanggap (responsiveness) sebesar -0,40, dimensi jaminan (assurance) sebesar -0,26, dimensi empati (emphaty) sebesar -0,32 dan dimensi bukti fisik (tangible) sebesar -0,21. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Sintang kepada konsumen tidak berkualitas. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, PT. Pos Indonesia, Wesel Pos Instan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui gambaran tata kelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam tata kelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian ditetapkan secara purposive sampling Teknik analisis data yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) penyediaan fasilitas TIK dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai kebutuhan dan alokasi dana yang tersedia, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab kurang jelas, pengadaan fasilitas TIK mengalami keterlambatan serta pengawasan penggunaan fasilitas TIK kurang. Sedangkan gambaran tata kelola proses pembelajaran berbasis TIK, umumnya guru-guru SMK Negeri 8 Makassar telah merencanakan penggunaan fasilitas TIK dalam pembelajaran. Namun kenyataannya dalam proses pembelajaran  sebagian guru tidak konsisten dengan skenario yang telah ditulis dalam RPP. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan fasilitas TIK secara konsisten telah dilakukan pada mata pelajaran ’front office’ dengan menggunakan ’soft ware Fidelio System’ dan ’Galileo’ pada kompetensi keahlian Usaha Perjalanan Wisata. 2) Faktor-faktor pendukung  tata kelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SMK Negeri 8 Makassar adalah fasilitas TIK sesuai kebutuhan dilengkapi dengan jaringan internet dan WiFi,  loyalitas guru-guru SMK Negeri 8 Makassar dalam menjalankan tugas pengajaran serta regulasi atau aturan yang disepakati bersama walaupun belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal. 3) Faktor-faktor penghambat  tata kelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SMK Negeri 8 Makassar adalah kemampuan guru di bidang TIK masih kurang, lebih 50% belum bisa menggunakan  komputer.  Lemahnya kemampuan di bidang TIK secara tim di SMK Negeri 8 Makassar dapat mengakibatkan lemahnya pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan  pembelajaran berbasis TIK, sehingga manfaat TIK dalam pembelajaran dapat dirasakan.   Keywords: Tata kelola, Pembelajaran berbasis TIK

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the extent of the effects of principals’ transformational leadership in terms of teachers’ perception, work motivation, and discipline on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency. This research is a type of non-experimental quantitative approach, The subjects were teachers in the Unit Yandik Godean districts, teachers involved in the study were 173 persons. The descriptive results of the study show that principals’ transformational leadership is in the high category with a mean of 3.44, teachers’ work motivation is 3.46, teachers’ discipline is 3.36, and teachers’ career development is 2.94. The results of the regression analysis show that principals’ transformational leadership has a significant effect of 18,1% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development, teachers’ work motivation has a significant effect of 7,9% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development, and teachers’ discipline has a significant effect of 8,4% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development. The results of the analysis show that principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ work motivation, and teachers’ discipline as an aggregate have a significant positive effect of 24,8%, indicated by the statistical test showing F = 19,955 (p < 0.05), on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Territory.

Abstract

Microsoft Office lebih dikenal sebagai aplikasi desktop perkantoran. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, Microsoft Office bertranformasi menjadi aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara luas, dapat dipakai dimana saja, kapan saja, dengan media apa saja secara online. Banyak fitur-fitur baru yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh semua kalangan termasuk dunia Pendidikan. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam dunia Pendidikan adalah Microsoft Teams. Microsoft teams dapat menjadi salah satu platform pembelajaran yang memungkinkan pendidik dan peserta didik berkolaborasi maupun berinteraksi pada saat pembelajaran daring. UNS telah melakukan kerjasama dengan Microsoft Indonesia dan sudah  melakukan deploy pemanfaatan office 365. Kurangnya sosialisasi dan dukungan teknis menyebabkan pemanfaatannya belum maksimal. Untuk dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Teams sebagai media pembelajaran daring diperlukan pelatihan. Tujuan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatakan kompetensi dan literasi digital pemangku pembelajaran. Pelatihan diadakan secara luring selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Sasaran peserta pelatihan adalah 30 orang dosen pengampu matakuliah. Peserta pelatihan memberikan respon yang positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keaktifan peserta selama pelatihan berlangsung. Mereka merasa pelatihan ini sangat berguna bagi peningkatan kompetensi dan literasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai alternatif aplikasi pembelajaran daring.Kata kunci: Microsoft Teams; Office 365; LMS.
