Abstract

A proportion of science subjects matter in elementary school are abstract concept; object of discussion away from the student environment, they can not be touched and felt, or even seen directly by eye. Instructional media  is needed for learning the materials; one of media is animation which is designed specifically for learning in elementary level. This paper focuses on to  discuss the use of animation media whether effective in achieving the KKM fourth grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Lambhe. Quasi-experimental design and Pre-Experimental of one-shot case study used in this research. The number of subjects for this studi was 31 students. The result based on formative test:  80.65% of students had score ≥ KKM. Based on pre-defined criteria, it can be conclude that the use of animation media effectively reach KKM  students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Lambhe, for the material of Appearance of the Earth and Sky Objects.

Abstract

Materi Kenampakan Bumi dan Benda-Benda Langit merupakan salah satu pokok bahasan bersifat abstrak, sehingga sulit dipahami tanpa menggunakan media. Tulisan ini membahas hasil kajian terhadap modifikasi metode demontrasi menggunakan media animasi untuk mencapai ketuntasan klasikal pada materi pembelajaran Kenampakan Muka Bumi dan Benda-Benda Langit. 21 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Sabang berpartisipasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Keterbatasan populasi menyebabkan one-shot case study sebagai salah satu jenis eksperimen semu dengan rancang percobaan Pre Experimental diimplementasikan dalam penelitian. Hasil tes formatif; 85,71% siswa mencapai nilai standar (KKM = 70), sehingga disimpulkan modifikasi metode demontrasi menggunakan media animasi dapat mencapai ketuntasan klasikal siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Sabang pada materi pembelajaran Kenampakan Muka Bumi dan Benda-Benda Langit.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu Tri Darma perguruan tinggi yang mutlak harus direalisasikan oleh setiap mahasiswa baik dalam kelompok maupun individu. Mahasiswa di tempatkan ke daerah-daerah untuk bisa hidup bermasyarakat, mengaplikasikan ilmu yang di dapat selama di kampus dalam rangka mengembangkan potensi masyarakat dari daerah tersebut. Dalam rangka mengembangkan potensi masyarakat dari daerah tersebut, maka mahasiswa di bagi ke tiap-tiap kelompok dari masing-masing Fakultas serta jurusan.. Lokasi yang dituju berada di Kp. Laladon RT 13 RW 04 Desa Cibitung Tengah Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor yang memiliki potensi unggul dalam sektor pertanian. Mayoritas masyarakat bermata pencaharian sebagai pegawai. Masyarakat dapat di kategorikan sebagai wilayah yang sudah sadar akan adanya teknologi. Kesehatan masyarakat terbilang baik karena aktifnya POSYANDU bagi balita serta lansia, pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang melayani dengan baik, serta lingkungan masyarakat yang terbilang bersih. Namun, satu hal yang menjadi perhatian besar adalah penyakit rata-rata penduduk yaitu penduduk menderita penyakit jantung. Penyebaran pendidikan terbilang baik. Karena terdapatnya sekolah-sekolah dari tingkat dasar hingga berjenjang. Namun, hal yang menjadi fokus bagi bidang pendidikan yaitu, masih rendahnya mutu pendidikan. Dimana kualitas siswa dari daerah tersebut masih jauh dari tingkat rata-rata. Asumsi tersebut di dapat dari hasil pengamatan serta studi kasus pada siswa-siswa sekitarnya.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran fisika berbasis Al-Qur’an terhadap sikap spiritual siswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA di SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh tahun ajaran 2015/2016 terdiri dari 5 kelas yang berjumlah 122 siswa. Dari jumlah populasi tersebut maka sampel penelitian yang diambil siswa kelas X MIPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran fisika berbasis Al-Qur’an dan siswa kelas X MIPA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa berbasis Al-Quran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan penilaian diri. Pengolahan data lembar observasi dan penilaian diri sikap spiritual siswa menggunakan uji statistik berupa uji t yang telah terlebih dahulu diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Hasil analisis data yaitu nilai  thitung= 10,46 sedangkan nilai ttabel=1,68 oleh karena itu berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis, tolak Ho jika thitung ttabel, Karena thitung ttabel maka tolak Ho. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran fisika berbasis Al-Qur’an lebih baik daripada pembelajaran fisika tanpa berbasis Al-Qur’an dalam meningkatkan sikap spiritual siswa, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran fisika berbasis Al-Qur’an terhadap sikap spiritual siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran Fisika Berbasis Al-Qur’an, Sikap Spiritual AbstractThe aims of this study is determine the effect of learning physics-based Al-Qur'an spiritual attitude towards students. The population in this study were students of class X of Mathematics and Science in SMA 2 Banda Aceh the school year 2015/2016 consists of 5 classes with totaling 122 students. The sample of this study is the class X MIPA 4 as an experimental class taught by physics-based learning the Qur'an and the class X MIPA 5 as the control class is taught based learning without the Qur’an. This type of research is experimental research with quantitative methods. The data collection is done by using observation and self-assessment sheet. Data processing observation sheet and spiritual attitude of self-assessment of students using statistical tests such as t test was first tested for normality and homogeneity. The results of data analysis that the value t = 10,46 while the value table = 1,68 therefore based on the criteria of testing hypotheses, reject Ho if thitung ttable, Because thitung ttable then reject Ho. Based on these results it can be concluded that learning physics-based Al-Qur'an better than learning-based physics without the Qur'an in improving the spiritual attitude of the students, it indicates that there is an influence of learning physics-based Al-Qur'an on attitudes spiritual class X SMAN 2 Banda Aceh. Keywords: Learning Physics -based Al -Qur'an , Spiritual Attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause college students to experience difficulty in understanding Mathematics Physics I lectures and any material / subject from Mathematics Physics I subjects that college students experience difficulties. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were college students of FKIP Unsyiah Department of Physics Education 2017 with a population of 50 people . Data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and interviews. The results of the study concluded that college student factors, KBM factors, and learning facility factors did not cause college students to experience difficulties in understanding Mathematics Physics I lectures and overall Mathematics Physics I material / subjects were less difficult for college students to understand. .Kata Kunci : Learning Difficulties, Physics Mathematics I

Abstract

Learning in the Covid-19 era requires lecturers and students not to study in the same place. This condition is a new challenge for lecturers and students to continue implementing effective learning using a suitable approach that is blended learning. This research is a preliminary study to determine the difficulties of lecturers in implementing blended learning at Department of Physics Education, FKIP – Universitas Syiah Kuala. The method used in this research is a survey using a questionnaire containing 30 statements. The indicators measured in this study were 9 (nine) indicators from 2 aspects, namely the readiness and skills of lecturers in implementing blended learning in the Covid-19 era. The questionnaire was distributed to 15 lecturers in the Department of Physics Education, and the results of the responses obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that 29.23% of lecturers are not ready to apply the blended learning approach because 53.85% of lecturers rarely access the internet and learning platforms to facilitate lecture activities, so they are not used to using it. 44% of lecturers are not yet skilled in using learning platforms which are shown by 46.16% of lecturers having difficulty changing the general appearance of the virtual class, and 46.15% of lecturers have difficulty interacting using the learning platform. These difficulties are the obstacles for lecturers to apply the blended learning approach in lecture activities, so it is necessary to immediately find solutions to help the lecturer difficulties so that lectures in the Covid-19 era continue to run effectively like previous lectures.Keywords: Blended Learning, Covid-19, Lecturer Difficulties, Obstacles

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of Instagram toward student’s learning motivation among class XI IPA 4 students at SMAN 2 Banda Aceh. The type of approach used in this research was qualitative. The method use of this research was experiment. the sample in this research were students of class XI IPA 4 at SMAN 2 Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques by using a learning motivation questionnaire. Analysis and data processing using a percentage equation. Based on the results and analysis of data based on the value range of the motivation level score, It was found that Instagram as a physics instructional media is beneficial to increase student motivation.Keywords: instagram, instructional media, and learning motivation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and differentiate the level of understanding of the electrical concepts of students' Grade XII Senior High Schools in Central Aceh. The population of this study was all students of Science students Grade XII Senior High Schools in Central Aceh which consisted of 19 senior high schools. The sample in this study were 115 students from six senior high schools in Central Aceh. The determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling. The approach which used is a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study used the test method. The form of the test instrument used is in the form of a three-tier test with a total of 12 items. The technique of data analysis was used in this study is percentage analysis. The percentage of the results shows there were 7.72% of students understood the concept, 51.52% of students lacked understanding of the concept, and 40.72% of misconceptions students. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the electrical concepts of students senior high school in Central Aceh is at level 5 means very poor. As further recommendation for similar research it is best to not only identify the understanding of concepts, but also to overcome the lack of understanding of concepts and misconceptions in students so that students' understanding of concepts increases, especially in electrical concepts.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab petunjuk sekaligus regulasi yang mengatur seluruh aspek kehidupan.  Kendati masalah-masalah yang dibicarakan terkadang bersifat global yang membutuhkan uraian dan kajian lebih lanjut.  Eksistensi al-Qur’an sebagai firman Allah seharusnya selalu diposisikan sebagai acuan dalam merespon dan memberikan solusi  terhadap persoalan-persoalan kemanusiaan.
