Abstract

This research will describes about motivation Russian help opposition group inKyrgiztan’s president Coup in 2010. Kyrgyztan is strategic country in Central Asia,which is have two military bases. There are Manas air base and Kant air base.Manas air base is US own that established in 2001 after WTC Tragedy to responsethe terrorist isuued for security. Manas air base is making Russian government indilemmatic sutuation. Russian worried their hegemony will disturbed, and take theresponse of the US action with build the base in Kant. This research shows that animportant point which becomes references is describing the same interest betweenRussian government and opposition group of Kyrgyztan in ouster the Bakiyev fromKyrgyztan. The same interest is minimalize US influence in Kyrgyztan by ouster theBakiyev which is Bakiyev is pro US. Abstract

This research discusses about the Indonesia’s Interest Unratified Yet The Convention 1951 and Protocol 1967 about International Refugees and asylum seekers. Indonesia is a strategic place to visit by international refugees and asylum seekers with the geographic condition of Indonesia. Indonesian is not partner from Convention 1951 and Protocol 1967. So Indonesian doesn’t have in handling international refugees and asylum seekers. But Indonesian’s gets active role in this case handling. For example, the case handling of refugee from Vietnam and Timor Leste. Indonesian experiences obstacle in haldling of this case like case like deciding refugee status that is still decided by UNHCR. If Indonesian ratifies it, so there are some usefuls like refugee problem resolving and more comprehensive asylum seekers. Until now Indonesian still faces by international refugees and asylum seekers. The author analyzes this case by finding data and facts through some literatures. The literature were collected from books, journals, media and website. Theory that is used in analyzing ungratified yet Convention 1951 and Protocol 1967 about Refugees International and asylum seekers is the theory of foreign policy with the rational actor models by Graham T. Allison. From this research can be seen as for the Indonesia’s Interest ungratified yet Convention 1951 and Protocol 1967 about International Refugees and asylum seekers is Indonesia has not been able to handle properly internally displaced persons. Abstract

This research explains about how the UNICEF’s roles as international organization in overcoming child trafficking in Vietnam (2008-2011). Child trafficking is the one of international politic issues who forbids Human Rights especially for children. Vietnam is country which has high level in child trafficking activity. UNICEF as international organization was established on September, 11th 1946 and has headquarters in New York, has roles for being advocacy to children’s rights. Besides UNICEF also has obligation to fulfill goals of MDG’s program in 2015, is all societies in the world should get their rights in this case especially for children.This research used qualitative methods. In this research, the data was collected by using library research technique where this technique is collecting data sources from the literature, like books, website official publications, newspaper, and journal.This research uses pluralism approach which this approach has assumption that actor in international relation isn’t just a state but there’s another actor one of International organization. In this research, writer uses International Organization Theory which each organization has their duty. This research of UNICEF has important duties and roles to overcome child trafficking in Vietnam.To overcome this child trafficking in Vietnam, UNICEF has more roles in education aspects. Abstract

This research describes the effort of WHO (World Health Organization) within overcome cancer in Republic of Korea through it’s programme, Cancer Control Programme. Cancer main health problem in Republic of Korea. The cancer incidence and mortality number in Republic of Korea every year has been increasing. The annual number of cancer deaths has been increasing, it lead cause of death in Korea since 1983, and steadily as Korea becomes an aged society. The purpose of this study to find out the role of WHO within controlling cancer in Republic of Korea.This research is using descriptive and library research methods.The data and information obtained from books, journals and websites. This research uses pluralism perspective and international organization theory to explain effort of WHO in Republic of Korea.The result of this research shows that cancer as a world health problem makes WHO try to reduced the cancer incidence and mortality through it's program, Cancer Control Programme.This program promotes national cancer control policies plans and programmes, integrated to noncommunicable diseases and other related problems. National Cancer Control Programme is part of Cancer Control Programme which a public health programme designed to reduce the number of cancer cases and deaths. By using implementation plan, the 5-year survival rate of cancer patients in Korea has improved to 62%.Keyword : WHO, Cancer in Republic of Korea, Cancer Control Programme

Abstract

Post 9/11, many American Muslims face Islamophobia greater than ever before. The cases of discriminations and anti-Islam or anti-Muslim acts frequently occur. It is heavily influenced by the news-reporting from some media in America. The right-wing media influence the American Publics thingking by presenting negative news about Islam and Muslims, mostly Arabian Muslims.This research focuses on the efforts of ICNA (Islamic Circle of North America) in fight against Islamophobia in America. ICNA in this case by means of mass media and communication media, both electronic or print media in order to construct the correct understanding of Islam. Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Low Cost Green Car policy to strategy Nissan Motors Corporation dominate the automotive market in Indonesia. In 2013 Indonesia by Minister of Industry issued Low Cost Green Car policy. To face the enthusiasts of Low Cost Green Car that much, Nissan issued old products are very popular in Indonesia called Datsun.Perspective that used in this research is Neoliberalism perspective. The theory used in this research is the competitive theory by Michael Porter's. According to this theory, competitive advantage is the advantage by delivering greater value to customers, the price is cheaper and give more advantages from its competitors.The influence of Low Cost Green Car policy to the strategy of Nissan Motor Corporation in dominate the automotive market in Indonesia is Nissan follow low cost green car policy with its subsidiary company registered Datsun successfully. This is proven from the beginning of the presence of the first model of Datsun like Datsun Go+ Panca which began in May. Datsun sales continue to increase each month until November. Abstract

This study will analyze the role of COFS in overcoming organ trafficking in Egypt year 2006-2011. COFS has an important role for fight against organ trafficking in Egypt. Organ trafficking become a global issue that is a threat to crimes against humanity. Egypt was one of five organ trafficking hotspots in the world. COFS is a non-profit international health and human rights organization with a mission to end organ trafficking and enhance altruistic and deceased organ donation within standardized, transparent, and accountable channels based on social justice and equity.As for the method used in the study is qualitative research methods with explanation analysis methods. Data collection techniques are used library research techniques which utilizes secondary data obtained through library were abstracted from the literature such as books, journals, reports, documents and other materials that support this research.This study shows that in carrying out their role to overcome organ trafficking in Egypt, COFS implement some major programs, there are five programs conducted by COFS. These programs are outreach programs, creating public awareness, conducting research on victims, in cooperation with relevant elements and provide recommendations to the various parties. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how foreign policy of the United States against terrorist group al-qaeda in the reign of barack obama. in the 21st century, after the cold war, the threat of American countries not only come from the threat of the state, but it can be done by a terrorist group. 9/11 tragedy caused by terrorist group Al-qaeda has brought America into a country at the forefront to fight against the Al-qaeda. after 9/11, the United States changed the focus of foreign policy into a security policy. at that time, America was led by George W. Bush. many controversial policies that under criticism world. such policies to the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.in 2009, George Bush was replaced by Barack Obama, who led the United States. Barack Obama is known as a leader in contrast to earlier, it is evident from some of the policies of Bush and Obama are clashing. such as disagreements over Muslim countries.This research theoretically has built with realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by foreign policytheories, and also the concept of non-traditional security. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library.Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that foreign policy of the United States against terrorist group al-qaeda in the reign of barack obamacontinuing the policies the previous president, namely contraterrorism. Abstract

This Research describes is an international study that examines the political economy of the US policy-related tax rules known as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and how the cooperation between Indonesia and the United States in implementing this policy. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) is a new provision that is set by the Government of the United States are included in the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act passed on March 18, 2010 and entered into force in July 2014. The main objective of the establishment of FATCA is to tackle tax evasion (tax avoidance) by United States citizens who do direct investment through financial institutions abroad or indirect investment through ownership of overseas companies. FATCA requires that foreign financial institutions to report to the Internal Revenue Service on financial accounts held by US Taxpayer owned or foreign institutions where the US taxpayer has a substantial ownership. Formal agreement between Indonesia and the United States about the implementation of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) was conducted on May 1, 2014, the Government chose to use the model IGA in implementationFATCA in Indonesia, namely the reporting of financial institutions to the IRS.Keywords : Tax, National Intererst, Investment.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Google Inc. in thwarting the legalization of SOPA ( Stop Online Piracy Act) by the US. Internet is a platform for the delivery of information between users, and the other side the internet is a very promising business especially with the rapid developments in technology and communications. Google Inc. is one company that uses cyber cyberspace as an business. Relevant with the free flow of information on the internet, two perspectives appears related to the internet, namely explorative and emancipatory. This has led to the illegal activities of Internet users, piracy activities. US sees this as a threat, so it appears the draft law policy SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act). The rearch uses qualitative method according library system of study. The author is applying constructivism as perspective and propaganda theory of Harold Dwight Lasswell ini explain the Google’s propaganda to against SOPA what will be realease of US legislative. Constructivism emphasis the social character form by interest and identify actors. While propaganda is an attempt to forms, affect, alter, direct and control attitudes and opinions of the community in order to archieve a particular goal, by spreading idea of implanting and systematically into the minds of target. This research show that Google was followed by propaganda activity by using website blackout. Google uses Google Doodle in the search engine to attract the attention of Internet users around the world turn affects and escorted them to help support what is carried by Google.Inc. In its propaganda Google also makes a link that *Student of International Relation Faculty of Social and Political Science University of Riau takes into petitions that can be used by Internet users in the world to vote against SOPA rejection. Then Google's action also followed various other sites that participate in conducting activities and reject SOPA blackout promoted by the US Legislative.
