Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa kelas X MIPA 4 pada SMA Negeri 3 Palangka Raya dengan menggunakan integrasi metode pembelajaran project based learning dengan inklusi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Action Research Classroom atau penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis Mc. Taggart yang tediri dari empat tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitan siswa kelas kelas X MIPA 4, berjumlah 36 siswa terdiri dari 20 siswa perempuan dan 16 siswa laki-laki. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan blanko pengamat tugas gerak dengan indikator sebagai berikut: 1) mengambil ancang-ancang/awalan lari, 2) tambah kecepatan lari ancang-ancang sedikit demi sedikit sebelum bertolak, 3) kecepatan ancang-ancang dipertahankan tetap maksimal sampai mencapai papan tumpu/bertolak, 4) pinggang turun sedikit pada satu langkah akhir ancang-ancang. Kemudian pada tahap tolakan yaitu: 1) ayunkan paha kaki-bebas cepat ke posisi horizontal dan dipertahankan, 2) menumpu dengan kaki terkuat, 3) luruskan sendi mata kaki, lutut dan pinggang pada waktu melakukan tolakan, 4) bertolaklah ke depan dan ke atas (sudut tolakan 45°). Selanjutnya pada tahap melayang adalah sebagai berikut: 1) badan terangkat melayang diudara, 2) ayunan kedua lengan ke depan, 3) badan sedikit membungkuk, 4) kedua kaki sedikit ditekuk sehingga posisi badan berada dalam sikap jongkok. Selanjutnya instrumen penilaian pada tahap terakhir yaitu: 1) Tarik lengan dan tubuh ke depan-bawah, 2) tarik kaki mendekati badan, 3) luruskan kaki dan tekuk lagi sedikit sesaat sebelum menyentuh tanah, 4) jika kedua kaki telah mendarat di bak pasir, duduklah atas kedua kaki. Berdasarkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan melalui dua siklus. Berdasarkan analisis data pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 36,89% sebanyak 12 siswa yang tuntas kemudian pada siklus II yang tuntas 80,56% sebanyak 29 siswa dan 19,44% sebanyak 7 siswa belum tuntas. Dengan demikian penelitian tindakan pembelajaran dianggap tuntas karena sudah terdapat lebih dari 80% siswa mendapatkan ketuntasan belajar dengan KKM hasil belajar 76.

Abstract

Studi purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the Speed and Accuracy of Attacks on Fencing Athletes when making attacks lacking speed and accuracy so as to make attack techniques not optimal and effective which have an impact on points and endurance. Materials and methods. This research method uses descriptive-quantitative method. The population in this study were 19 Banjarbaru City fencing athletes, and a sample of 6 fencing athletes using purposive sampling technique (athletes who are still active). The research instruments used were the Kuhadja Fencing Test and the Kinovea program version 0.9.5. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Results. The results showed that male fencing athletes in Banjarbaru City had the highest Velocity of 3.83 m/s, the lowest Velocity of 2.94 m/s, and the average velocity of 3.39 m/s. while the highest velocity by female fencing athletes was 4.59 m/s, the lowest velocity was 2.99 m/s, and the average velocity was 3.79 m/s. In terms of accuracy, the highest score recorded among male and female fencing players is 9. However, male fencing athletes have a consistent accuracy score of 9 by producing an average accuracy of 9. Female fencing athletes showed a lot of difference in scoring accuracy, scoring from 7 to 9, resulting in an average accuracy of 8.25. Male fencing athletes are in the "excellent" category with a score of 9-10, while 50% of female fencing athletes are in the "Excellent" category and 50% are in the "good" category with a score of 7-8. Conclusions. After the research is done, it can be concluded that the speed and accuracy of attacks on male and female fencing athletes are in the excellent and good categories, from the results of the study it is recommended that fencing sports administrators be able to improve speed and accuracy training in order to get excellent results.

Abstract

Study purpose. Character education aims to instil positive moral, ethical and social values in students so that they can grow into individuals with integrity, responsibility and contribute positively to society. In Indonesia, character education is integrated in various subjects, including Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK). The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the contribution of physical education, sport and health in improving students' character. Materials and methods. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population of all class X students totalling 5 classes, in class X1 totalling 32 people, X2 totalling 32 people, X3 totalling 31 people, X4 totalling 30 people and X5 totalling 30 people. With a sample size of 155 students. This sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument used in collecting data for this study was a survey using a questionnaire distributed via google form media to facilitate data collection. Processing of collected data is processed using Microsoft Excel. Results. The results showed that the percentage of 155 students, there were 5% honest indicators, 5.23% discipline indicators, 3.06% confident indicators, 3.51% polite indicators, 4.51% meticulous and careful, 6.13% cooperation, 3.25% caring indicators, 3.98% tolerance indicators, 2.15% creative indicators, and 6.26% responsible indicators. Conclusion. It is concluded that there is an increase in student character through physical education. That the responsibility factor in students is higher than other indicators, and the cooperation factor of students also tends to follow the responsibility indicator more. The character of students in physical education can be improved from the responsibility of students the importance of maximising character education from an early age to achieve optimal results in the formation of student character.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study examines the effectiveness of plyometric training on improving handball shooting accuracy.Materials and methods. In this study using a prism flow diagram and using the PICO method data collection technique. By collecting national articles through google scholar, crossrev and scopus obtained through the help of the "Publish or Perish" application.Result. Based on the literature review collected by the researcher, it can be concluded that plyometric training has a significant effect on improving shooting accuracy in various sports. It optimises muscle strength, speed and coordination through explosive movements, which are essential for improving shooting performance. Plyometric not only improves physical abilities such as strength and jump height, but also improves technical skills in shooting more accurately and effectively. Therefore, the integration of plyometric training in athletes' training programmes is highly recommended to achieve optimal shooting results.Conclusion. 1). Plyometric training has a significant effect on improving shooting accuracy in various sports. 2). It optimises muscle strength, speed and coordination through explosive movements, which are essential for improving shooting performance. 3). Plyometric not only improves physical abilities such as strength and jump height, but also improves technical skills in shooting more accurately and effectively. Therefore, it is important to choose the right training programme for athletes to achieve optimal shooting results.
