Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in student motivation and learning outcomes by applying the Discovery Learning model in social studies for grade IV SD Negeri Kalinongko for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was conducted in November 2020. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this study were all 11 students of grade IV. Collecting data in this study using observation sheets, interviews, test results and evaluation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research was conducted for 2 cycles and ended in cycle 2 with the results of the analysis showing that the application of the Discovery Learning model can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The results of the analysis of student learning motivation reached 77% in the "Good" category and the results of the analysis of student tests and evaluations reached 93% so that these results have reached indicators of success.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at SDN Brenggong which contains 4 components in the Adiwiyata program as well as supervision in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at SDN Brenggong. This type of research used in this research is qualitative research that is presented descriptively. The research subjects in this study were the principal, the Adiwiyata team, classroom teachers, school guards and students at SDN Brenggong. The data technique used was observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include data, data reduction, data collection, and data collection. Test the validity of the data using the Miles and Huberman model with the use of reference materials, namely interview data supported by recorded interviews, while data from observations and documentation are supported by documents in the form of writing, pictures and photos so that the data can be trusted. The findings show that: (1) the implementation of environmentally sound policies has been carried out by changing the vision and mission regarding support for environmental management and the availability of the Adiwiyata program budget, the application applied is the 2013 curriculum integrated with an environmentally sound curriculum that is inserted in every lesson on the theme and contains self-development activities, namely environmental education that is included in extracurricular activities, participatory-based environmental activities carried out intensively within the school environment or outside the school environment by involving other agencies and management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities carried out intensively by school residents; and (2) constraints in implementing the Adiwiyata program are the condition of students who have not met the environmental sustainability requirements, the costs to support the Adiwiyata program and the time and time of the school members, especially teachers and employees. because they have to work well and have full facilities at school during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Banyuurip in Mathematics by using nailed board media. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Banyuurip, totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, tests, observations, field notes, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the nailed board media can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class IV SD Negeri Banyuurip. This is evidenced by the data obtained through observation and tests. The observations that have been made have shown good results, this is evident from the increase in the percentage in the pre-cycle and each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, the percentage was 65.5%, the first cycle rose to 74.5%, and the second cycle rose again to 86%. This can be interpreted, that through observation, fourth grade students have reached the success indicator of 80% and are categorized as good. In addition to the results of observations, the tests that have been carried out have also increased, from the pre-test percentage of 49% of students completing the KKM, in post-test 1 in cycle 1 it increased by a percentage of 50%. In post-test 2, cycle two increased with a percentage of 86%. Thus, the achievement of the competencies produced by the percentage of 86% of students categorized as complete, exceeding the indicators of success with the achievement of class competencies reaching more than 75%.

Abstract

This study focuses on the use of snakes and ladders media with the help of number cards in learning mathematics for addition and subtraction. This study aims to improve activity and learning outcomes in the addition and subtraction material for Class II Girijoyo State Elementary School. The research method uses classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were the 10th grade students of the Girijoyo State Elementary School. The results of the pre-cycle research showed that the percentage was 66.5%, the first cycle increased to 76.5%, and the second cycle increased to 84%. This can be interpreted, that through the observation of the activeness of the second grade students, the success indicator has reached 90% and is categorized as active. In addition to the results of observations, the tests that have been carried out have also increased, from the percentage in the pretest 30% of students who completed the KKM, in the posttest 1 in the first cycle, the percentage increased to 50% of the students who completed the KKM. In posttest 2 in cycle II the percentage of students' completeness rose to 90%. Thus the achievement of the resulting competence with a percentage of 90% of students categorized as complete, exceeding the indicator of success with the achievement of class competence reaching more than 75%.
