Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan harga, lokasi dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada delaer motor Yamaha nusukan (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan. Penelitianaini merupakanapenelitian kuantitatif.aPopulasi padaapenelitian ini adalahaseluruh pelangganayang pernahamembeli 2 kali produk/jasa di dealer motor Yamaha nusukan surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknikapengumpulan data menggunakanakuesioner yangatelah diauji validitasadan reabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada delaer motor Yamaha nusukan, hargaaberpengaruh terhadapakepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan, lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan, inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan. Kata Kunci: Harga, Lokasi, Inovasi Produk, Kepuasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Abstract

This research is expected to be able to prove the effect of product quality, store atmosphere and brand image on repurchasing at FREMILT HOUSE THAI TEA. This study uses quantitative data types by distributing questionnaires to respondents through purposive sampling techniques. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study prove that product quality, store atmosphere, and brand image play a role in consumer repurchases. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image, Advertising Media, and Brand Trust on repurchase decisions. The population in this study is an infinite number of consumers in Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data collected by filling out questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, Advertising Media has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, and Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous or partial influence of financial inclusion, savings products and services at PT. BPR For Boyolali Power. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study are people who are customers of PT. BPR Guna Daya (856). The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data obtained by conducting a questionnaire with accidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test results prove that financial inclusion, savings products and services simultaneously affect the behavior of people saving at PT. BPR For Power, where the value of F count = 26.292> Ftable = 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000 1.660 and significant 0.025

Abstract

Penelitiannini bermaksud guna mengetahuippengaruhkkepercayaan, e-service quality, danncelebrity endorser terhadap keputusannpembeliannonline padaapengguna aplikasi Shopee.Jenis penelitian yaitu kiantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Waktu penelitian bualan Februari sampai Juni 2020. Populasiidalam penelitian ini merupakansseluruh pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Sampel berjumlah 91 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik sampling incidental. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner.iMetodeaanalisismmenggunakangregresi linierkberganda5dengan6Software5SPSS6versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji FHhasil penelitian5kepercayaan,ee-service quality, dan celebrity endorserbberpengaruh simultan dan signifikannterhadapakeputusan pembelian online pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Proporsi variabel dependen (keputusannpembelianoonline) yang diterangkan variabel independen((kepercayaan,de-service quality, dan celebrity endorser) sebesar 45%. Selain itu proporsi variabel independentlainnya 65%, dapat dijelaskan denganxvariabelglainhyangutidakkadafdalam penelitian ini. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, work stress, and work rotation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Panin KCU Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 78 employees was obtained. Data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) shows that the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). Based on partial testing (t test) shows that organizational culture variables, work stress, and job rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained 78.2%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation), while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by variables in outside this research. Reorder is the most important thing in corporate marketing, Reorder itself can be influenced by several things. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the variables Brand Image, Application Usability, and Promotion on Reorder on Grab Customer in Solo. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing Reorder on Grab Customer in Solo City. Abstract

Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan rumah warga untuk ditanami tanaman sirsak di Dusun Kalangan, Desa Mranggen, Kecamatan Polokarto, Kabupaten Sukoharjo merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan memenuhi kebutuhan akan buah sehat. Disamping belajar bertanam budidaya buah sirsak juga untuk mengisi kegiatan dan menambah kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya penghijauan untuk kelestarian bumi. Bentuk pengabdian yang diwujudkan dalam transfer teknologi budidaya tanaman sirsak di Dusun Kalangan, Desa Mranggen, Kecamatan Polokarto, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan harapan bahwa transfer teknologi budidaya sirsak cocok dikembangkan di daerah Sukoharjo karena selain iklim yang sesuai karakteristik syarat tumbuh sirsak, juga kondisi tanah yang subur, sangat menunjang bagi pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Sebagai tanaman pekarangan pada umumnya belum dibudidayakan secara baik, maka tanaman sirsak terbuka peluang untuk dikembangkan mengingat peluang pasar cukup menjajikan. Produksi benih sirsak dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu : perbanyakan dengan biji, sambung pucuk dan okulasi. Disamping itu pula, dari hasil penelitian medical (kesehatan) ternyata tumbuhan sirsak termasuk jenis tumbuhan yang mempunyai banyak khasiat dan manfaat untuk obat-obatan. Berangkat dari hal-hal yang telah disebutkan di atas maka dapat dikatakan bahwa tanaman sirsak mempunyai prospek dan daya tawar yang baik untuk menjadi semacam bidang usaha yang bernilai komersial. Maka dengan melihat sisi ekonomisnya, perlulah upaya untuk meningkatkan produktifitasnya melalui budidaya. Kata kunci : Budidaya, Sirsak, Kesehatan

Abstract

Sampah rumah tangga merupakan salah satu penyumbang sampah kepada lingkungan. Penanggulangan sampah dapat kita mulai dari skala rumah tangga dengan memisahkan sampah organik dan anorganik. Sampah dapur sangat bermanfaat bisa digunakan seperti sayur dan buah atau makanan yang sudah membusuk. Sampah tersebut diolah menjadi pupuk. Pengelolaan sampah merupakan permasalahan yang umum dialami Masyarakat. Dampak limbah rumah tangga dapat mempengaruhi terhadap pencemaran lingkungan. Dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga adanya hambatan yang sering terjadi kurangnya tingkat kepeduliaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan kepada sosialisasi pada penanganan limbah rumah tangga dengan metode pengomposan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Bendo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah dapat memberikan informasi tentang limbah rumah tangga organik dan anorganik menjadi pupuk kompos. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan menyampaikan materi, diskusi, demonstrasi pengolahan limbah organik diakhiri dengan tanya jawab Abstract Household waste is one of the contributors of waste to the environment. We can start dealing with waste at the household scale by separating organic and inorganic waste. Kitchen waste can be used very usefully, such as vegetables and fruit or rotting food. The waste is processed into fertilizer. Waste management is a common problem experienced by society. The impact of household waste can affect environmental pollution. In managing household waste, there are obstacles that often occur due to a lack of awareness. This service activity is focused on socializing the handling of household waste using the composting method. The service was carried out in Bendo Village, Boyolali Regency. The aim of this service is to provide information about organic and inorganic household waste into compost.
