Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Marketing Mix Strategy (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) of Tangerang Old Market Culinary in Increasing Consumer Purchase Interest partially (alone) or simultaneously (together). The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. , while the research method using Simple Random Sampling. The independent variables in this study are price, location, promotion and service, while the dependent variable in this study is the decision to stay. The data collection method was used by distributing questionnaires directly to the Tangerang Old Market Culinary Consumers. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of the coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis of the F test and the t test, using SPSS Version 25.00 which is based on data from 100 Culinary Consumers at the Old Market Tangerang. positive and significant (product t-count value is 6369. > ttable 1.985 and .0000 <0.05 to (Consumer Purchase Interest) At Tangerang Old Market, Price Variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect (t-value calculated price is 3559. > ttable 1.985 and. Tangerang , Promotional Variable (X4) partially positive and significant effect (t value of Promotion 4.648. > ttable 1.985 d an .0000 < 0.05 with respect to (Consumer Purchase Interest) at the Tangerang Old Market, and for the F test results obtained results for the calculated F value of 178,855 with a significance value of 0.000 so that the calculated F value > F table or 178,855 > 2.70 or the level of significance (sig) 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous (together) effect between product, price, place, promotion on consumer buying interest in Tangerang Old Marketand the adjusted R2 value in this study means that the variance in consumer buying interest can be explained by Promotion, Place, Product, Price through the model of .883% and the remaining 11.7% comes from other variables outside of promotion, place, product and price variables. Or in other words, the amount of contribution / contribution of .883 to Consumer Purchase Interest is 88.3%, the remaining 11.7% comes from other variables outside the variables of Promotion, Place, Product, Price

Abstract

This research was conducted based on researchers’ will to find out the Roles of Small and Micro Enterprises of Snack and Pastry Productions, and Product Inovation toward the Increase of Economy Income of Periuk People – Tangerang City. There are many factors influencing the increase of economy income of UMKM People. Some of them are the lack of policy program on foster father, which was identified to affect the increase of people’s economy income. There was also a shift on the business pattern, which is from conventional into digital. This was why the number of enterpreneurs of micro and small enterprises grew so rapid and massive that it affected the increase of people’s economy income. The lack information on UMKM programs for the people was identified to affect the increase of people’s economy income. The small number of innovation on snack products produced was suspected to influence the increase of people’s economy income. The independent factors studied were the Roles of Small and Micro Enterprises (X1) and Product Innovation (X2), and the dependent factor was People’s Income (Y). Based on the results of correlation coefficient analysis, it was found out that coefficient correlation for X1 is 0.750 and for X2 was 0,805. This means that the roles of micro and small enterprises and product innovation strongly influenced the people’s income. The positive impact showed that the better the roles of micro and small enterprises and product innovation, the higher the people’s income. To find out how much they influenced, Simple Linear Regression was used as analysis tool. It was found out that the results of Variable (X1) and the value of tcount (8.253) was higher than ttable (1.984) and it rejected Ho. So, the hypothesis is Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This showed that there were significant influences between roles of micro and small enterprises and the product innovation with the people’s income. The variable X2 with the value of Tcount 4.862 was higher than Ttable and it belonged to the rejection scope of Ho. So, the hypothesis was Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicated that there were significant influences between product innovation and people’s income.

Abstract

Aplikasi Tangerang Live merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang dikenalkan oleh Pemerintan Kota Tangerang untuk membantu masyarakat Tangerang mengefisensi dan mengefektifkan proses administrasi yang mungkin dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur sebuah model kualitas layanan jasa atas sebuah aplikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dan faktor penerimaan teknologi yang baru ini berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dan melihat pengaruh kualitas layanan aplikasi tersebut dengan pendekatan pada teori Skala SERVQUAL dalam kaitannya dengan faktor meningkatkan kualitas jasa. Uji hubungan antara variabel kualitas terhadap keputusan penggunaan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. mengambil sampel obyek penelitian pada mahasiswa program studi manajemen Di Universitas Buddhi Dharma sejumlah 68 responden yang memenuhi syarat untuk diteliti lebih lanjut dengan alat uji statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa rata-rata nilai kualitas adalah sebagai berikut : pertama, kualitas layanan situs pada aplikasi memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi, kedua, layanan dasar situs pada aplikasi memiliki dampak cukup signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan jasa itu sendiri. Hal ini sejalan dengan hasil dari metode analisis yang digunakan dalam regresi linear sederhana dengan hasil variabel X1 terhadap Y adalah Y = 20,349 + 0,477 X1 lalu untuk hasil variabel X2 terhadap Y adalah Y = 18,699 + 0,535 X2 dan regresi linear berganda dengan hasil variabel X1, X2 terhadap Y adalah Y = 14,036 + 0,373 X1 + 0,272 X2. Selain itu besaran pengaruh juga didapat dari hasil metode analisis koefisien determinasi, hasilnya X1 memiliki pengaruh kontribusi terhadap Y sebesar 30,8%, X2 memiliki pengaruh kontribusi terhadap Y sebesar 20,9%, X1,X2 memiliki pengaruh kontribusi terhadap Y sebesar 34,7%, hal ini menandakan bahwa studi ini memiliki kontribusi yang cukup signifikan terhadap kaitannya dengan peningkatan kualitas jasa.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is a planned process and must be carried out periodically to measure the success of the education and learning process. The author limits the discussion in this article to the aspects that must be assessed for educators and education personnel. The current problems are the absence of segregation of the assessed aspects, there are not any standardized of scoring system, and determination of benchmarks used in the assessment. The results of the performance assessment lie with the appraiser who assesses the teaching staff and education staff objectively and not subjectively based on the aspects that must be assessed. The success of the education and teaching process lies in the contribution of the teaching and education personnel performance according to predetermined standards.

Abstract

Suatu produk tentu tidak lepas dari yang namanya merek. Banyak masyarakat lebih sering menyebutkan mereknya daripada menyebutkan produk itu sendiri. Seiring berjalannya waktu dalam membeli produk, selain mereknya, tentu masyarakat juga memperhatikan kualitas dari produk tersebut karena dalam konsumsi bahan bakar minyak (BBM) berkualitas tinggi, semakin melaju seiring kesadaran konsumen terhadap komoditas tersebut yang kian meningkat. Dalam membeli produk tidak hanya dilihat dari segi kualitas atau merek semata. Tetapi dilihat juga dari segi harga. Harga juga bisa menjadi keputusan membeli untuk masyarakat membeli suatu produk.Tujuannya adalah melihat pengendara motor produksi masal yang secara umum adalah kelas ekonomi menengah kebawah yang memperhitungkan biayaoperasional yang menggunakan pengeluaran seminim mungkin untuk menekan pengeluaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuisioner dan jenis penelitiannya adalah eksplanasi kausalitas pada pengguna motor produksi masal yang memakai bahan bakar shell jenis super.Dari 95 responden, mayoritas responden yang menjawab kuisioner berjenis kelamin pria, berumur 20 – 29 tahun, berprofesi pegawai swasta, berpendidikan terakhir SMA / SMK dan pengeluaran biaya hidup rata – rata per bulan sekitar 1 juta – 2 juta. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terbentuk persamaan regresi linear yaitu: Y = -0,70 + 0,223X1 + 0,335X2 + 0,401X3. Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapat F hitung yaitu sebesar 32,834 lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu sebesar 2,70 dengan tingkat signifikan dibawah 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

The results of processing the data obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 2,937 + 0,485X1 + 0,415X2, meaning that any increase or decrease in the occupational health safety variables by 1 point, then the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics will increase or decrease by 0.485 and any increase or decrease in the working environment variable by 1 point, then the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics would have increased or decreased by 0.415. In addition, the authors also calculate the influence between variables. Correlation between occupational health safety and job satisfaction is equal to 0.661, and the correlation between the work environment and job satisfaction of employees amounted to 0.613. It can be concluded that the relationship between these three variables is strong and has a positive influence. From the test results F, model 1 obtained value of 76.187 with a significance level of 0.000, and model 2 obtained value of 50.841 with a significance level of 0.000. The results are greater than the value of which amounted to 3.09 Ftabel, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. While the results of the t test can be calculated at 5.205 occupational health safety and working environment t value is 3.845. Both values ​​are greater than the value that is equal to 1.98447 ttable. That is, there is a significant relationship between occupational health and environmental safety work on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat preferensi atribut yang biasa dijadikan sebagai parameter oleh warga RW 13 Perumahan Villa Tangerang Indah dalam memilih ikan konsumsi, dan oleh karena penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis maka data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah sedemikian rupa dengan pendekatan analisis conjoin. Data yang digunakan berasal dari survey dan kuesioner yang disebar berdasarkan purposive sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh sehingga sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 66 responden. Responden mengisi kuesioner dengan cara memberikan rangking dari 1 sampai 8 untuk menentukan jenis ikan, harga, dan kesegaran ikan yang telah dijadikan atribut stimulan sebelumnya. Hasil yang didapat menggambarkan bahwa warga RW 13 Perumahan Villa Tangerang Indah lebih menyukai jenis ikan tongkol dengan urutan preferensi kombinasi atribut yang paling diprioritaskan oleh konsumen berturut-turut adalah jenis ikan, kesegaran dan tingkat harga jual dari 2 jenis ikan tersebut.

Abstract

Tax has an important role in realizing government programs for the welfare of the people, for this reason the government tries to encourage potential compliance of taxpayers for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to increase the amount of regional income through various policies issued by the Directorate General of Taxes so that tax revenue targets can be achieved. This study aims to determine the level of taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with the independent variables used are knowledge of taxation, understanding of tax regulations and awareness of taxpayers. The research sample was using purposive sampling technique taken and obtained as many as 67 respondents who were used as samples. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, hypothesis test and data analysis. The results of data processing showed variable tax knowledge has a value of t count 2,034> 1,998 t table, variable understanding of tax laws has value t 2,293> 1,998 t table and taxpayer awareness variable has a value of t count 2,084> 1,998 t table F test simultaneous test results on the significant value of 0.000> 0.05 with f value count 28 299> 2.75 f table so that we can conclude the independent variables jointly significant effect on tax compliance

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of corporate social responsibility on the welfare of people's lives. (2) The influence of corporate values on the welfare of the community. (3) The influence of corporate social responsibility and company value on the welfare of the community. The sample of this research is based on social responsibility in the Property sector in 2018-2020 using the purposive sampling method. There are 17 companies in 2018-2020 that meet the criteria as research samples. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on the welfare of people's lives. The value of the company does not have a positive effect on the welfare of people's lives

Abstract

Segmentasi psikografis menjadi salah satu bagian dari kesinambungan sebuah capaian target dalam dunia pasar guna memasarkan produk yang sama kepada konsumen yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan persepsi yang kemungkinan muncul pada kelompok konsumen yang datang ke Mitra10 Pasar Baru, Kota Tangerang, dengan adanya pemetaan kelompok konsumen ini diharapkan dapat memberikan salah satu gambaran penting terkait persepsi yang muncul pada para konsumen yang datang ke Mitra10, sehingga gambaran tersebut mampu menjadi sebuah kesimpulan bagi pihak manajemen untuk menentukan langkah atau kebijakan yang bisa dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan capaian target pangsa pasar yang sudah ada. Untuk mendapatkan kelompok pemetaan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis klaster dengan memberikan angket kepada 134 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik aksidental selama kurang lebih 2 bulan lamanya. Dari hasil olahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setidaknya terdapat 4 klaster atau segmentasi dari konsumen Mitra10 yang terbentuk dari hasil rata-rata. Dengan demikian Pihak manajemen Mitra10 dapat melakukan targeting pada segmen dengan jumlah anggota klaster yang paling besar sehingga Mitra10 dapat lebih mampu menargetkan konsumen dan mempertahankan kegiatan bisnisnya dimasa pandemic saat ini.
