Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan  menganalisis kecocokan model secara keseluruhan (goodness of fit) pada penerimaan e-learning. Hasil pengujian dan analisis model ini akan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan e-learning yang telah diterapkan oleh para dosen di STMIK Bumigora Mataram. Penggunaan e-learning di perguruan tinggi dimaksudkan untuk mendukung kelancaram kegiatan proses pembelajaran. Namun pada kenyataannya di lapangan, penggunaan e-learning di perguruan tinggi tersebut belum maksimal jika dilihat dari frekuensi pengguna yang sangat kecil. Hal ini bisa ditinjau dari besarnya perbandingan pengguna dengan jumlah dosen dan mahasiswa secara keseluruhan. Model penerimaan e-learning dibentuk berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang dibantu dengan perangkat lunak AMOS diperoleh Goodness Of Fit (GOF) artinya model dapat diterima melalui pengujian model secara struktural, analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA) dari indikator variabel eksogen dan endogen serta analisis model secara keseluruhan. Selanjutnya, model ini dapat digunakan untuk menemukan evaluasi penerimaan e-learning sebagai sistem perkuliahan di STMIK Bumigora Mataram.

Abstract

Technology has helped many people in providing information to meet their needs. The development of information technology in the field of geography, information can be displayed better and faster through computers, one of which is a geographic information system for mapping the closest boarding house of Universitas Bumigora. The ease of obtaining boarding information is one of the demands in the city of Mataram, especially for migrants, for example students and students, especially STMIK students, Bumigora Mataram, who need temporary shelter. In finding a boarding house, it is sometimes difficult to find the closest boarding house and facilities that fit your needs because you do not know the area, so some boarders have to ask boarding information to the surrounding community or by circling the city which drains energy and costs. Based on these problems, a geographic information system is needed to map the closest boarding house from Universitas Bumigora using the Location Based Service (LBS) method, which is an application to facilitate boarders in finding temporary accommodation without having to search directly to the location. LBS is used to find the geographical position or position of a person through the website. In addition to finding the user's position, LBS can also determine the position of certain places, one of which is a boarding house. LBS is used to lock the search center point of a boarding house, namely Universitas Bumigora and change units to kilometers.

Abstract

Queue is a condition where the number of service recipients is higher than the number ofservice providers. This condition can cause a buildup of service recipients, and eventually,bottlenecks will occur. It faced by all service organizations that focus on service to customers.No exception is a car wash business whose business processes focus on providing fast andquality car wash services. But unfortunately, many car wash businesses get complaints fromcustomers, especially related to the queue buildup and unclear queue information received bycustomers. Therefore this study aims to produce a mobile-based car wash queue application,which includes a dynamic priority scheduling algorithm that functions as a queue manager.To carry out these objectives, a research methodology that is sequential and iterative used,namely, the software development methodology using the Rapid Application Development(RAD) model. This model consists of four phases: planning needs, prototype development,system development, and finally, testing. The Application test is finished with two approaches,namely testing of application code, specifically the application of dynamic priority schedulingalgorithm and testing of the overall functional system. From the test results, it knows that thecar wash queue application managed to sort customer orders based on the specified priorityrules based on the distance and time of the law. While the results of testing the systemfunctionality show that the application successfully manages a variety of errors, both causedby system failures and due to human error.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, mandates each university to organize quality education. To produce graduates who meet national standards of higher education (SN-Dikti). Hence, each university must evaluate its performance to know its current condition. Unfortunately, most universities in Indonesia have difficulty in measuring their performance. Therefore, the university becomes difficult to establish a strategic plan forward. This study aims to produce a performance dashboard that can help university leaders evaluate their performance. This Performance Dashboard visualizes Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information from a strategic plan in one screen. This research uses a user-centric approach with four main stages, namely, identification of needs, planning, prototype design, and prototype review to produce the performance dashboard. The Performance Dashboard produces interactive gauge charts (baseline, targets, and performance achievements) so that it can visualize university KPI information. The results of user reviews showed that the KPI visualization by the performance dashboard was declared correct and could be useful as a guide in preparing a self-evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of company management in general is to generate profit, but furthermore the management of the company is required to improve the welfare of the owners of the company or in this case the shareholders. To achieve these objectives, it is necessary to have ownership structures that can provide maximum supervision to managers in order to carry out their duties to improve the welfare of the owners of the company through increasing the value of the company. This is in accordance with the agency theory developed by Jensen Meckling stating that the manager as an agent delegated by the owner of the company to manage the company. In the process of managing the company, according to Jensen Meckling there is possible occurrence of agency problems, which arise because of the tendency of managers to not always make decisions that aim to meet the interests of principals or owners of the company to the fullest. To align the interests of managers and owners of the company so as to reduce agency problems, it is necessary to have a good ownership structure, capable of monitoring the performance of management in meeting the interests of the owner of the company. Therefore, this study would like to examine how ownership structures proxied with institutional ownership and managerial ownership can influence the value of firms that can ultimately have an impact on increasing shareholder wealth. This study tested 71 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016 using multiple regression analysis techniques. The test results show the significant influence of variables with institutional ownership and managerial ownership of firm value, which shows that the ownership structure that allows the owner of the company to supervise the performance of the company's management can have an impact on the increase of company value.

Abstract

Tantangan perkuliahan yang terjadi selama pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa slow learner yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengelola waktu dan motivasi dalam belajar secara rutin di masa perkuliahan daring atau luring. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan teknologi asistif berbasis mobile application pada materi metode simpleks untuk membantu mahasiswa slow learner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: Tahap Perencanaan, Tahap Perancangan, Tahap Pengkodean dan Tahap Pengujian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adalah produk teknologi asistif valid, dan praktis,. Berdasarkan uji validitas, teknologi asistif sangat layak digunakan dalam sumber belajar dengan skor rata-rata 3,6 (valid). Respon angket siswa menunjukkan bahwa e-Module praktis dengan persentase kepraktisan sebesar 80%. Keywords: Teknologi Asistif, Metode Simpleks, Slow Learner

Abstract

In process of implementation information technology and communication, every organization are demanded to produce information technology and communication product that aligned with the perpose of organization. Therefor every organization not only arrange plan of business strategic, but then every organization must arrange plan of IS/IT strategic that appropriate with plan of business strategic organization. This research aims to arrange plan of IS/IT strategic for STMIK Bumigora Mataram. Methods are used in this study is the method of Ward & Peppard. The resulted of this research are strategic plan of IT/IS of STMIK Bumigora Mataram that aligned with its strategic plan. In addition, this research also provides the policy of strategic management IT/SI and the schedule of implementation the IS/IT strategic plan for STMIK Bumigora Mataram.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) sebagai badan penyelenggara resmi pemerintah yang bertugas dalam menjamin kehidupan sosial masyarakat berupaya dengan memberikan pelayanan prima salah satunya pelayanan kesehatan prima. Dengan diluncurkan website dan aplikasi smartphone berbasis android BPJS Kesehatan diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam berinteraksi dan mendapatkan informasi. Masyarakat dapat mendapatkan informasi mengenai hal-hal yang bersifat informasi mengenai prosedur dan syarat mengenai produk BPJS dan sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi perihal akun dan informasi premi asuransi BPJS yang dimiliki oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Hasil uji analisis didapatkan bahwa data yang digunakan dalam pengukuran telah layak, dan hasiluji F memberikan penjelasan bahwa (1) variabel prediksi Performance Expectance (PE), Effort Expectance (EE) dan Social Influence (SI) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel prediksi Behavioural Intention(BI) dan (2) variabel prediksi Facilitating Condition (FC) dan Behavioural Intention(BI) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel prediksi Usage Behaviour (UB). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil bahwa beberapa strategi pendekatan untuk memaksimalkan pihak BPJS dalam mensosialisasikan aplikasi baik website maupun mobile berbasis android dapat didukung dari pemberian informasi mengenai pengaruh kinerja dan kemudahan dalam proses pencarian informasi.

Abstract

Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat pesat sehingga proses penyebaran informasi sangat mudah dan cepat. Penggunaan perangkat teknologi merambah seluruh aktivitas pemerintahan, perekonomian, pendidikan, industri, perbankan, hiburan, dan lain-lain. Berbagai aplikasi diciptakan untuk memfasilitasi penyebaran informasi sehingga komunikasi menjadi lebih mudah. Perkembangan teknologi informasi juga dirasakan di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat khususnya Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Pemerintah Lombok Utara melakukan berbagai upaya dan terobosan untuk memajukan daerahnya agar tidak tertinggal dari kabupaten lainnya yang ada di provinsi NTB. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya program kerja yang sedang digalakkan pemerintah lombok utara salah satunya adalah peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan yaitu dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi di sekolah-sekolah. Salah satu sekolah percontohan yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi di Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU) adalah Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN )1 Tanjung. SMAN 1 Tanjung mempunyai website sekolah dan telah membangun aplikasi untuk penerimaan siswa baru yang bernama E-Seleksi Penerimaan Siswa Baru (PSB). Namun pengumuman hasil kelulusan calon siswa baru masih menggunakan papan pengumuman dan website sekolah, maka pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengembangan pada aplikasi e-seleksi penerimaan siswa baru yaitu dengan menambahkan fitur SMS gateway.

Abstract

XYZ University is one of the universities that has used information technology to create quality service for students and the entire academic community. This Information technology service is managed by Information Technology and Communication Center (PUSTIK) which is responsible to carry out the development, management, service, and maintaining the security of information and communication technology. Good information technology governance should be able to maintain information security. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate information system security especially the security of academic information systems. This information system security evaluation uses Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) Index which refers to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard to be able to determine the maturity level of information security. An evaluation of five areas of the KAMI Index shows the Information Security Risk Management area gets the lowest score at 10 out of a total of 72. The result of the KAMI Index dashboard shows that the maturity level of each area of information security is at levels I and I+ with a total score of 166. This means that the level of completeness of implement ISO 27001:2013 standard is in the inadequate category.
