Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Salary, Work Discipline and Job Stress Against Employee Performance CV. Sri Kencono Kesambi Village Rampak, Panji District, Situbondo Regency. The method used is: multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, classic assumption test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study provide the following conclusions: the selected research object is in CV. Sri Kencono Kesambi Village Rampak, Panji district, Situbondo Regency. CV. Sri Kencono moves in the field of ready-to-eat food and beverage distributors PT. Mayora, various stimuli of work motivating factors can improve employee performance, in general, people working at a company have the goal of getting a salary to meet their daily needs. The results of Partial statistical test or t test shows the value for this salary variable is tcount -0,834> ttable -2,018, work stress variable X3 is tt 4.018> ttable 2.018 and this stressful work variable is tt 4.018> ttable 2.018 . Significant value of 0,000 <0.05. Simultaneous statistical test or F test shows the value of Fcount 87.408 ≥ F table 2.827 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the dominant test of the independent variable with the influence value of Salary variable X1 of -0.834 work discipline variable X2 of 0.269 and work stress variable X3 of 4.018. The coefficient of determination or R2 indicates a value of 0.346 from these results means that all variables are free of salary, work discipline and work stress have a contribution of 34.6% to the dependent variable of employee performance with a significant degree of determination, and the remaining 65.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

Desa sumber kolak kecamatan panarukan merupakan desa idaman yang pertumbuhan dan potensi ekonominya berkembang pesat juga mempunyai masayarakat yang terbuka yang mempunyai beberapa etnis dengan adat yang mengutamakan nilai kebersamaan dan gotong royong dengan nilai agama yang didominasi Umat Islam.Atas dasar falsafah dan nilai yag dimiliki oleh masyaraakat maka diperlukan lembaga keuangan syariah.BMT ( Baitul maal Waat tanwil ) di Desa SumberKolak sangat potensi untuk memberdayakan usaha mikro dan masyaraakat SumberKolak.Data di analisis dengan analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan hasil surve yang diperoleh menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa SWOT penilaian terhadap faktor Internal dan eksternal yang dimiliki BMT menunjukkan hasil positif yaitu terdapat selisih antara kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki BMT sebesar 0,99, sedangkan dari faktor eksternal terdapat selisih total antara peluang dan ancaman sebesar 0,54,maka diperlukan upaya sosialisasi yang lebih intensif terhadap dan pendirian BMT.

Abstract

The results of multiple linear regression indicate that the service variable (X1), product (X2), and promotion (X3) have a positive influence on the purchasing decision variable (Y). it is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis Y= -2.775E-16 + 0.562X1 + 0.258X2 + 0.183X3 + e which shows the value for the service variable is tcount 7.274 > ttable 1.985. it means that the service variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The value for the product variable is tcount 4.463 > ttable 1.985. This means that the product variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The value for the promotion variable is tcount 2,531 > ttable 1,985. This means that the promotion variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at the Ahmadi Cell Counter located in Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. The F test shows the Fcount 136.964 > Ftable 2.70, so it can be concluded that the Service, Product and Promotion variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the dominant test, the value of the Service variable is greater than the other variables of 7.274. The coefficient of determination or R square shows a value of 0.812. from these results it can be concluded that all independent variables (Services, Products and Promotions) have a contribution of 81.2% to the dependent variable (purchase decisions) with a level of influence "Very strong", and the remaining 18.8% is influenced by these variables. ot.

Abstract

Marketing is the beginning of a sale. In sales, performance is measured based on how many transactions were successfully closed and some value from the transaction. Judging from the timeframe, selling aims to get marketshare where products and prices become weapons in selling. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Online Pricing and Promotion through Instagram on Purchasing decisions with Buying interest as an intervening variable in the Rifkhasira Store. The population in this study was students of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University class of 2018. The sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. This data analysis and testing uses the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the results of the study showed that Price has a significant positive effect on buying interest, Promotion has a significant positive effect on buying interest, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. to the purchase decision through buying interest, promotion positively affects the purchase decision through buying interest.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important factors in the company, so it can be said that marketing is the heart in the life of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and location on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction at the SK mart store. The population in this study were all consumers who came to the SK mart store. The random sampling method (simple probability) pays attention to the strata in the population in this research. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS .3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) is a government agency. BAPPEDA has the task of assisting the Regent in carrying out the supporting functions of Government Affairs in the Planning and Research and Development Sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of state civil servants through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the leadership style significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable leadership style on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work discipline on ASN performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Satpol PP Situbondo Regency. T The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by taking proportionate stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 50 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS- SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance ASN, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through motivation.

Abstract

Marketing management is a science that studies the implementation of marketing. In marketing management science, companies can determine which market to target by fostering good relationships with the target market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of location and service quality in determining consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees of Angkringan Aroma Kopi Pancur Prajekan Bondowoso. The sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. significantly positive on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the location variable on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and service quality on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions as an intervening variable in Bandung Clothing Distro Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 86 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction , Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, location has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Lifestyle phenomena, especially young people who tend to like to hangout or hang out together in cafes which is a form of globalization demands that have a significant impact on people's way of life. Not only to be used as a place to hangout or hang out, café is also a place or a place to express aspirations and ideas. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine of Price and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction at the Coffee shop Titik Kumpul Capore Situbondo through Consumer Trust. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers at the Coffee shop Of Capore Situbondo Titik Kumpul. The sampling technique is determined by probability sampling by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The result of the analysis using the smart partial least square (PLS) 3.0 software, show that price has a significant positive effect on Consumer Confidence. Store Atmosphere has a significant negative effect on Consumer Confidence. Price and Store Atmosphere have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Consumer Trust has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Price for Consumer Satisfaction through Consumer Trust has a significant positive effect. Store Atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction through Consumer Trust has a positive but insignificant effect.
