Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kebijakanpengobatan karyawan terhadap efektivitas pengendalian internal dan kualitas laporankeuangan sektor publik. Sampel ini termasuk 102 responden yang bekerja dan memiliki posisisebagai petugas administrasi keuangan dan aset serta bendahara Satuan Kerja PerangkatDaerah (SKPD) Pemerintah Kabupaten Situbondo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposive sampling, yaitu memilih sampel dengan kriteria sampel yang melibatkan minimal 2tahun pengalaman dalam pelaporan keuangan di masing-masing SKPD. Metode pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Analisis data menggunakan PathAnalisis dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwakebijakan pengobatan karyawan memiliki efek positif pada efektivitas pengendalian internal.Sebaliknya, kebijakan pengobatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh pada kualitas laporankeuangan sektor publik. Selain itu, bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kebijakanpengobatan karyawan pada kualitas laporan keuangan diperantarai oleh efektivitaspengendalian internal. Artinya, melalui efektivitas pengendalian internal, kebijakan perlakuankaryawan dapat secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Perawatan Karyawan, Efektivitas Kontrol, Laporan KeuanganBerkualitas, Sektor Publik.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to determine the effect of Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline partially to performance of ASN (2) to determine the effect of Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline simultaneously to Performance of ASN (3) to find out which one the variables of Human resource information system, Competence and Performance of ASN. The research method used in this thesis is a quantitative method. The result of research in multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 6.787 + 0.754X1 - 0.243X2 + 0.359 X3 + e. Partially Human resource information system has significant postive effect with a tcount value of 7,915 ttable of 2.001, Competence has not significant positive effect with a tcount of -1,636 ttable of 2.001 and Work discipline has significant positive effect with a tcount of 2,103 ttable of 2.001. Simultaneously the Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline affect the performance of ASN with an Fcount of 63,522 Ftable of 2.76. The dominant variable in this study is the Human resource information system with a value of 7,915.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of variable service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decision variables (2) to determine the effect of variable service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decision variables simultaneously on purchasing decision variables (3) to determine the effect of variable service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decision variables dominantly on purchasing decision variables. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.968E-16 + 0,830X1 + 0,189 X2 + (- 0,162X3) + e. Service quality has a significant positive effect with a value of 15,030, of 1.986, price has a significant positive effect with a value of 3,101, of 1.986, and promotion has a significant positive effect of -2,686, amounting to 1.986. Simultaneously, service quality, price and promotions affect purchasing decisions with a value of 86,9673, 2.71.. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is service quality with a value of 15,030.

Abstract

This Research aims to describe the effect of an integrated marketing communication strategy consisting of variables of Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Sales, and Advertising as Independent variables (X) of Domestic tourist interest as dependent variable (Y). This Research used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using probability sampling technique with equation model Multiple Linear Regression Analysis SPSS 22.0. The results showed that Fcount was 41,672> Ftable of 2,368, so simultaneously variables of direct marketing, sales promotion, public relations, personal sales, and advertising proved to have a positive and significant effect on domestic tourist interest. Regression coefficients for direct marketing are 0.181, sales promotions 0.155, public relations 0.182, personal sales 0.148 and advertising 0.249, with a significance level of 95%, of all factors have a positive influence on the interest of domestic tourists to visit Baluran national park tourist sites, but the dominant influence is the advertising factor. The result of coefficient of determination doubled by 0,673, this mean 67,3% variation of change of tourist interest can be explained by direct marketing variable, sales promotion, public relation, personal selling, and advertisement while the rest equal to 32,7% caused by other factor.

Abstract

His study aims (1) To determine the partial effect of product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). (2) To determine the simultaneous influence of product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). (3) To find out among the product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) that have a dominant influence on customer satisfaction (Y). Data collection techniques used Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, and Literature Study. Data Analysis Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, Dominant Test and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of the study are the equation of multiple linear regression Y = 3,716E-17 + 0,683X1 + 0,226X2 + 0,003X3 + e. Partially, product quality has a significant positive effect with tcount greater than t table 10.035> t table 1.986 or sig 0.000 <0.050, the price indicates a value of 3.319> t table 1.986 or sig 0.001 <0.050 location indicates a value of 0.053 <t table 1.986 or sing 0.958> 0.050. F test is known to know that Fcount 49.070> Ftable 2.70 and a significant value of F 0.000 <0.050, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The dominant influential variable is product quality received.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan program wirausaha merdeka merupakan pembekalan bagi mahasiswa dalam rangka kompetensi kewirausahaan, peningkatan skill wirausaha melalui praktikum atau magang, sehingga mahasiswa sebagai calon lulusan pendidikan tinggi mampu meningkatkan pengalaman wirausaha melalui keterlibatan langsung pada setiap proses prokdusi kemudian dapat mengembangkan ide dan implementasi bisnis. Program wirausaha merdeka merupakan bagian dari MBKM yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa belajar dan meningkatkan potensi diri dalam menjadi calon entrepreneur melalui kegiatan diluar kelas perkuliahan. Program wirausaha merdeka ini mengajak para mahasiswa untuk berkolaborasi bersama mitra dalam prakrik usaha sehingga kedepan mampu membuka peluang perkembangan bisnis mahasiswa untuk menumbuhkan potensti wirausaha baru. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah usaha rengginang UD 3 bintang di Kampung Gumok tengah, kelurahan gelung, kecamatan panarukan kabupaten situbondo, dengan adanya program wirausaha merdeka mahasiswa memiliki kesempatan untuk mengasah jiwa wurausaha, soft skill dan manajerial serta mendorong peningkatan pengalaman, kemampuan daya kerja yang diakui dan disetarakan dalam bentuk satuan kredit semester, melalui program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan wirausaha melalui proses pembekalan mindset dan kompetensi kewirausahaan, pengembangan dan penciptaan konsep usaha, praktek dan pengembangan wirausaha, analisis usaha dan penciptaan peluang usaha bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study uses statistical applications. The population in this study were customers who visited Duta Minimarket Mimbaan Situbondo. The sample used was 99 respondents and used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (product variety, price, location) have a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely repeat purchases. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that Y = -1.005 E-16 + 0.290 X1 + 0.346 X2 + 0.404 X3 + e. The standard error is 0.080, meaning that all variables calculated in the SPSS version 22 test for Windows 10 have a confounding variable level of 0.080. The results of the t test, tcount product diversity (2.042), price (3.594) and location (4.447). The diversity of products, prices and locations have a partial effect on customer satisfaction tcount > ttable. The results of the F test show Fcount > Ftable, namely 19.855 > 2.70. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.385. This means that 38.5% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by product variety, price and location variables. The remaining 61.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of career development and competence on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Medika (Persero) RS. Elizabeth Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive but not significant effect on performance employees, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that needs to be carried out by a company, be it a company of goods or services in an effort to maintain the survival of its business. Swasta and Handoko (2011:4) stated that "Marketing is an overall system of business activities that are shown to plan, determine prices, promote, and distribute goods or services that can satisfy the needs of both existing and potential buyers". The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Product diversity on consumer satisfaction at the Mandarien Moeslem Depot Kabupaten Situbondo with Purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in the study was consumers of the Mandarien Moeslem Depot. The sampling technique is determined by random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the results showed that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product diversity to consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and food quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Warung Tanjung in Situbondo. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were visitors to Warung Tanjung in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by probability sampling with simple random sampling of 95 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square (PLS) Equation Model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that the location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Food Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Location has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Food Quality has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. Food Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.
