Abstract

Penelitian pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pasien BPJS terhadap peningkatan pasien rawat inap BPJS di RSI Nasrul Ummah Lamongan bertujuan mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, serta bukti fisik berpengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Dan variabel manakah yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap peningkatan pasien rawat inap BPJS di RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pasien baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara parsial, sebaiknya variabel Responsives dan Assurance perlu dievaluasi serta lebih ditingkatkan karena tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pasien di RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif di UD. Yoga Putra bangkit dengan judul “Implementasi Strategi Pemasaran dengan Menggunakan Analisis SWOT dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan dan Pendapatan pada UD. Yoga Putra Bangkit Sambeng Lamongan”. Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah strategi pemasaran dengan pendekatan analisa SWOT dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan  pada UD. Yoga Putra Bangkit. Untuk mengetahui bentuk strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh UD. Yoga Putra Bangkit guna meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan yang sesuai dengan perusahaan. Obyek penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Dari hasil penelitian posisi perusahaan pada saat ini ada pada kuadran 1 merupakan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan  pada UD. Yoga Putra Bangkit. Untuk mengetahui bentuk strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh UD. Yoga Putra Bangkit guna meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan yang sesuai dengan perusahaan. Kata kuci : Strategi Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT.

Abstract

Lamongan is the largest sorghum producer in East Java. Patihan Village, Babat sub-district, is one of the sorghum-producing centers where the community already has post-harvest skills and processes sorghum into various food products. Standards are documented both the process, the origin of raw materials, as well as organoleptic factors related to quality; so that after the activity changes are obtained in the form of; the quality standard of sorghum flour produced from Patihana village will be in accordance with the criteria that have been determined together. Empowerment of sorghum processing groups through the application of the ISO 22000 food management system in a simple way becomes an urgent need so that various foods from sorghum produced are known and trusted as quality products by consumers and reach a wide market. adults and the elderly) , biscuits and so on with the specifications of the final product favored by consumers in general. The activities are designed in the form of an approach (socialization) to instill strong quality awareness, commitment and consistency in the production process. Further improvements are made together with the management of the production process, the application of traceability, sanitation, hygiene, documentation, packaging documentation, ISO wiring 22000. The method used is through qualitative descriptive research through: 1) Study Changes to the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System, 2) Gap Assessment and Analysis Before Improvement 3) Determination of Changes Action Recommendations, 4) Gap Analysis After Improvement. Based on this study, prior to the improvement the sorghum processing group had implemented the requirements of FSSC 22000 version 4.1 by 50%. Corrective action using risk analysis was carried out for upgrading FSSC 22000. The success of the corrective action was proven by the results of the 80.5% gap analysis. The result of the activity was a significant change. Manage the production process for the better, sanitary and hygienic and have quality documents to be implemented carried out with commitment and consistency

Abstract

Trepan Village has natural potential that is very useful in improving its economic welfare, namely there are banana trees that grow in this Trepan Village area. The surrounding community takes advantage of the natural potential that already exists, namely the use of banana stems into various beautiful crafts where this craft can increase the economy and increase the income of the community itself. This study aims to determine whether the creativity of the banana midrib craft can improve the economic welfare of the Trepan village community. The author uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by conducting interviews, observations, documentation as data collectors. The results showed that the use of banana midrib into handicrafts had a great impact on the economic welfare of the people of Trepan village. Through the creative economy, it was found that they were able to reduce the unemployment rate slightly and bring change to society, they were able to meet the needs of their families and the family's economic situation from better craftsmen. It was also found that by using the banana midrib, the community got additional income to meet the family economy, which income could increase the welfare of the people of Trepan Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the complecateness of the product, product quality, and product image effect partially or simultaneously on consumer loyality to the market Basmallah Karanggeneng Lamongan, as well as to determine the complecateness of the product, product quality, and product image, which is more dominant effect on consumer loyality partners market Basmallah Karanggeneng Lamongan. From the results obtained t test the completeness of the product (3.244), product quality (6.615),and the image of the product (11.217). The independent variable range of product, product quality and product image has t hitung> t table (1.984) then H0 rejected and Ha is received so at it can be interpreted that the independent variable range of products, product quality and product image partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable customer loyality. And the rest results obtained F hitung (94.545), while F table (2,70) for F count> F table then H0 rejected and Ha is received so that it can be interpreted that the independent variable range of products, product quality and product image simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable consumer loyality.

Abstract

This study has the objective to determine how much influence the determinants of the product The purchase decision by Federal Internastional Finance Branch of Cianjur. Known determinants are advertising and brand image. This study used survey method. By spreading the enclosed questionnaire at 74 respondents as consumers of PT Federal International Finance. The research proves there is a direct or indirect effect on advertising on purchasing decisions, and there is a direct or indirect effect on brand image to the purchasing decision. Results further said there are significant research on advertising and brand image together against keutusan the purchase of 92.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kelengkapan produk, kualitas produk, dan citra produk berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Basmallah Market Karanggeneng Lamongan, serta untuk mengetahui faktor kelengkapan produk, kualitas produk dan citra produk, mana yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen Basmallah Market Karanggeneng Lamongan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut Dari hasil uji t diperoleh thitung kelengkapan produk (3.244), kualitas produk (6.615), citra produk (11.217). variabel independen independen kelengkapan produk, kualitas produk,dan citra produk mempunyai thitung > ttabel (1985) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa variabel independen kelengkapan produk, kualitas produk,dan citra produk secara parsial memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dan dari hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung (94.545) sedangkan Ftabel (2,70) karena Fhitung > Ftabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kelengkapan produk, kualitas produk dan citra produk secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Di era ini, persaingan yang begitu ketat membuat koperasi - koperasi harus mampu memainkan strategi yang handal dan mampu mempertahankan pemberian pinjaman. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil variabel bebas antara lain character, capacity, capital, collateral dan condition of economi untuk digunakan sebagai acuan pemberian pinjaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah character, capacity, capital, collateral dan condition of economi berpengaruhi secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pemberian pinjaman pada KSU Kencana Makmur Sugihan. Metode analisi yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F, uji t, dengan menggunakan olah data SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas menunjukan hasil tiap variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda didapatkan suatu persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 0,419 + 0,604X1 + 0,041X2 + 0,734X3 + 0,311X4 + 0,295X5. Untuk hasil uji t diperoleh thitung (X1) = 2,355 > ttabel = 1,99495 yang berarti bahwa character mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap pemberian pinjaman, sedangkan thitung (X2) = 0,255 < ttabel = 1,99495 yang berarti bahwa capacity tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap pemberian pinjaman. sedangkan thitung (X3)=4,380>ttabel=1,99495 yang berarti bahwa capital mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadapa pemberian pinjaman. sedangkan thitung (X4)=1,753>ttabel=1,99495 yang berarti bahwa collateral tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap pemberian pinjaman. sedangkan thitung (X5)=1,397>ttabel=1,99495 yang berarti bahwa condition of economil tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap pemberian pinjaman. Hasil untuk uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung 9,170 > Ftabel 2,35 yang berarti variabel X1,X2,X3,X4 dan X5 berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pemberian pinjaman. Dengan demikian adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan pemberian pinjaman.

Abstract

One of the cultures that we want to promote in this study is the tradition of ruwatan wayang which is held by the community and members of the village of Sukoanyar. The tradition that is held every year always gets enthusiasm from the community, because in addition to this tradition which is only carried out once a year, this tradition also brings many positive things that will be accepted by the community. Ruwatan wayang is a tradition passed down from generation to generation from ancestors who believe in mystical things. The results of the questionnaire for residents focused on the understanding of tourism villages and exploring the village's potential according to the respondents directly, namely (1) the meaning of tourism villages, (2) the purpose of developing a tourist village, (3) village conditions, (4) village community responses to tourism villages, (5) the type of tourism that the community wants, (6) the form of community participation in the development of a tourism village, and (7) the development of facilities needed by the village as well as a critique and suggestion rubric if the community wants to add ideas and ideas that are not yet in the questionnaire choice. The people basically agree with the formation of a tourist village that has a distinctive village nuance, the aim of developing a tourist village is to provide a community forum to play a role and participate in tourism development in their area because people have various opinions regarding the condition of Sukoanyar village, some say it is cool and quite beautiful, but there are some who say normal so that it can be saved In fact, the condition of Sukoanyar village is actually normal so that to form a Sukoanyar tourism village through agricultural, plantation and cultural tourism through educational tours with the form of local community participation to organize and manage tours and facilities that need to be developed in Sukoanyar village are facilities for trading, parking, culinary , souvenirs and places of worship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant variables the Influence Of Digital Marketing Brand Image And Service Quality On Consumer Purchase Interest in MS Glow at FE Lamongan Islamic University. This study has a population and a sample of 75 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. That partially Digital Marketing (X 1 ), Brand Image (X 2 ) and Service Quality (X 3 ) variables have a significant influence on Purchase Interest (Y) of MS Glow products at the Faculty of Economics, Lamongan Islamic University. The most dominant variable from this research is Brand Image (X 2 ) by looking at the regression coefficient value in multiple linear regression analysis
